Territory (Night Hawks)

When: Night. Around 2 AM.
Where: The Nest
What: A gang of thugs tries to take the Night Hawks hotel for themselves.

The night was dark, and the smell of trouble was in the air. The door to the seemingly abandoned hotel was suddenly pried open with a crowbar. Alarms sounded at the break in, much to the suprise of the thug who had done the breaking.

"Hey Boss, this wreak still has a security alarm."

"Ignore it. The cops won't bother to come and check it. Nobody has lived here for years."

The thug opened the door all the way and stepped inside. With his flashlight he could see newly painted walls, a clean cafeteria, and a spotless, shining desk. "Someone's living here now."

The other 9 thugs piled into the building, suprised to see the place in such good repair. What was going on here?

Hearing a noize, the thugs looked down one of the hallways.

It seems they had heard her. Haruhi leaned back into the corner so she wouldn't be spotted yet. What were those guys doing here, well she was going to find out, there was no way she was going to let them take their base.

As they approached, waving the flashlights back and forth, it was obvious that wasn't the only thing in their hand. Guns....she hated guns, they were fast, super painful, even deadly, and not to mention super loud. And they always made the job of taking out thugs harder.

A voice came out of nowhere addressing the gang. It was Mr. Pacific. "This building has been taken. Leave now and nobody will get hurt."

The leader of the gang laughed as he looked around for where the voice was coming from. "No deal. This building is ours now!"

"You were warned. Hawks! Decend upon your prey!"

From down the hallway opposite of Haruhi, a pierced bottle of Mace spray was thrown into the invading mob. The gas stung their eyes and blinded about half of them in pain. One thug blindly fired a bullet in the general direction of where Mr. Pacific had been, but he was now safely behind the corner.

shawn aka bloodmoon had on the second floor when the alarm had gone off quickly he transformed into his wolf forum and jumped down on top of one of the gang members causing the thug to fall dropping his gun shawn then quickly bit down hard on both wrist of the thug breaking them and then left the group as the half that where not blinded by mace turned and only saw their freind howling about a wolf breaking his wrist. shawn then backed away from the group and waited for his next chance to strike.

Haruhi jumped into action, charging at the men watching for any gun pointing. One of the guys was rubbing his eye with the back of his wrist and lifted a hand gun pointing it at the new team member, Shawn. She quickly ran at the man and kicked the gun out of his hand, then punched him square in the face causing him to stumble backwards. As this happened one of the other guys pulled out a pocket-knife and charged at her, jumping to the side she dodged the man's strike as the blade barely nipped her jacket. She did a 180' spin and kicked the guy in the side, sending him to the wall.

It had been a while since she had kicked bad guy butt, so she was going all out tonight.

Good gravy those two had some good moves. Haruhi and Shawn were taking the thugs apart. Pacific decided to get in there before they actually killed someone.

Throwing a nun-chuck at a thug who was still looking in his direction, Pacific hit the man in the face. A loud crack was heard as wood connected with bone, knocking the poor lowlife out.

Pacific was then able to close the gap between himself and the thugs. He was glad to have his form-fitting sunglasses on, as they allowed him to see even amidst the powerful tear gas. He knocked a thug unconcious with a quick swipe of his remaining nun-chuck before collecting his other one. A large thug tried to punch him with brass knuckles, but Pacific swatted the arm aside and delivered a bone-crunching strike to the man's chin. Another one down, although Pacific had been aiming an inch further to the side. Apparently, his nun-chuck skills still needed some work.

Alpha put on a pair of goggles quickly, knowing Pacific had used his mace spray, as per usual. He hung in the darkness, waiting for a chance to strike. As if on cue, a thug backed towards Alpha's position, not aware that the hero had targeted him already.

Alpha's hands began to glow green, and the criminal turned only just before he was knocked to the ground by a powerful blast of energy. Again Alpha went to the darkness, waiting for another chance to strike.

Seeing his chance after haruhi got rid of the thug pointing his gun at him turned human again and move as acouple of the thugs where trying to get near Pacific while he focused on his opponent. He quickly slammed his shields into the side of their heads with just enough force to knock them out and not causing to much lasting damage.

Now only one thug was left standing, the leader. The man's eyes were filled with tears induced from the Mace spray, but he was still aware of his surroundings. He was surrounded by four individuals who were very strong. These four kids had taken down the entire gang...except for him.

"Who...who are you guys?"

Pacific walked up to the man and grabbed his collar. His eyes were hidden behind his emotionless sunglasses as he stared down at the pathetic man. "We are the Night Hawks. And this is our territory."

Pacific punched the man in the neck, knocking him out. Turning to face his teammates, Pacific allowed himself an evil smile. "Well done, Hawks. We've defended our home. Do any of the attackers need first aid? We should take care of them first. Then we're taking them out of here. Any suggestions for an embarressing place to wake up?"

Alpha looked at Pacific. "I was thinking the ladies' room at the Cineplex..." he said, with an evil smile.

"These two might and he needs his wrist set" said shawn as he proded the two he knocked out with his boot and pointed to the one trying to get up. I got nothing on finding a wake-up spot

Pacific used his medical skills to treat the injured thugs that Shawn had pointed out. He looked at Alpha. "ladies' room? I think that can be arranged."

The next morning, the thugs would wake up in the ladies' room of the local Cineplex. A note was taped to the leader's face.

'You have been warned. Stay out of our territory.'
