Personality: Dominic is a new age italian style mobster who follows the new and old ways of Costa Nostra. As he is a Capo, he realizes he weilds great power and influence in a family as large and powerful as the Romano family, thus he tries to lead with both respect for his men and others. He tends to be a level headed man at times who tries to view all things as a business transaction and to never let things get personal. However as he is a former boxer and still young, he does tend to lose his temper at times when pushed to far, though this has been rare and very few. He is a deeply religous man who does attend church and tries to be honorable in his dealings and life style. His loyalty is to his Don though and the will of the Don will always be the will of Dominic.
Strengths: Expert marks man and a champion boxer who can give most pros a challenging fight thanks to his past. Physically strong enough to lift a grown man by his neck and could strangle a man to death if necessary with one hand. He is an expert negotiater due to being street smart and able to read people.

History: Dominic Moretti was born in the Little Italy district of Gotham City where his parents owned an Italain style resturant. At the same time his father was a soldat in service to Don Giovanni Romano, Godfather of the Romano Mafia family. Growing up, due to his father's relaitonship with Don Giovanni, he came to befriend Giovanni's son Antonio, as well as a local neighborhood bully named Carlo Vinci. The three forged a storng friendship over the years running into local mischief and causing petty crimes. However when he was 10 years old, Dominic witnessed the shooting and murder of his father at the hands of a rival family, the Rosario family. Don Rosairo himself was there to give the order personally. Dominic was heartbroken, looking at his father's bullet riddled body, but was comforted by Don Romano himself who pleged to take care of Dominic and his mother.
Dominic never forgot what Giovanni did for him and his mother and grew to respect him deeply, seeing him as a 2nd father to him. As he grew older, his ties to the family grew deeper as Antonio rose through the ranks eventually becoming underboss to his father. Dominic took to boxing to become stronger and tougher over the years while his friend Carlo became a numbers man for the family. As he skill grew, he took part in numerous undergorund fights for the family, winning everytime and earnign them money with Carlo as his handler. During this time he came to know Don Giovanni's eldest child and only daughter Francesca Romano, whom he called Frankie. At the time she was her father's lawyer and Consigiliri, and came to see young Dominic as a younger brother. After serving the family as an Associate for some time, at the age of 25, he and Carlo where invited to join Don Giovanni's fmaily as made-men and soldats. Pledging thier loyalty to the family and Don Giovanni, the two joined thier friend Antonio in the Romano family's ranks. It was 3 years later that he got his reveenge when the Romano fmaily became the dominant family in Gotham, after a quick war with the Rosario family that saw Dominic personally shoot and kill Don Rosario, revealing who he was to him before pulling the trigger.
Dominic's postion in the family was now secure, and learning from other capo's such as Leonardo De Luca and Edward Bianchi, his skills grew and his psotion rose. However two years ago, a great tragedy occured that hit the family hard, when Don Giovanni Romano; beloved Godfather to so many, died of lung cancer. His death required new leadership in a mafia that was ever expanding and growing more powerful by the day, and as such Antonio Romano was made Don of the family with his older sister Francesa Romano becoming Underboss due to a male hierarchy. Always one to repay his friends and beliving new leadership required new and younger blood; the now Don Antonio Romano made his childhood friends Dominic and Carlo Capo Regime; having them stand and rule beside him as his right and left hands.
Now a leader in the family, Dominic was sent out west first to Las Vegas where he took over all prime real estate and casnios in the city, solidifying the fmaily's hold on all gambling in the city and Nevada. As he expanded the family's grip he opened up "The Colissium" casino and night club in jump City where he now runs all his operations in the Romano family name while maintaining his orders from Don Antonio back in Gotham. Now with all the western casino spots under his control, which he rules like Julius Ceaser in Rome, he has earned the nickname "The Ceaser of the Romano family." Like most members of the family's leadership, he is more interested in maintaining business and order in the cities the family controls then anything. As such to maintain the family honor he enforces thier ideals on ending drug use and drug selling in thier cities and neighborhoods, while working with the police and other heroes such as the Justice League and the Teen Titans to keep peace and get rid of rivals.
Sample RP At an old factory in the warhouse district of Jump City, Russian gangsters where processing Heroin on cheap machines and processors. The boss of the group, Sergi Kuznetsov, watched the men work from a small office in the corner, eager at making profit off of what would become the biggest drug score in the City's history. As the men worked, two guards stood outside amred with pistols. As the two men took a smoke break, they where interrupted by 3 cars pulling up and surrounding the warehouse. Curiously steeping into the lights of the cars, the two men where suddenly horrified as Uzis and Shotguns emerged form the windows. Thouh they tried to turn and run, the combined gun fire cut the two men down easily as Italain mobsters ran form the cars, reloaded and surrounded the buildings, while one man in particuarly stayed behind in a car seat and lit up a cigarette.
The sound of the gun fire natrual confused Sergi and as he stood up to see what was happening out side, the doors to the warehouse opened, and soemone thre three grenades inside. Although Sergi tried to warn his man, all he could is is duck behind his office desk as the explosion tore through the ware house and the sound of gun fire cutting down his men before they could react echoed throughoutt he area. When the gun fire ceased, he peeked over his desk and saw dozens of the Italains reloading thier weapons and standing over his dead men. Putting his hands up Sergi emrged and shouted, "
Don't shoot! Don't shoot! I surrender!"

I know you do Sergi, and fortunately you won't suffer the same fate as your men" a voice called out as the mobsters moved to make way for Dominic Moretti who walked into the warehouse, dressed in one of his suits, with a rain coat drapped across his shoulders like a cape, smoking one of his cigarettes. "
M-M-Moretti! Why are you doing this? I told you when you came out here I had no beef with you or Don Romano?" Sergi stammered in his accented English. "
And I told you we would get along as long as you stayed out of family affairs Sergi. Drugs are the ultimate evil and have taken so many lives, the Romano family has made this clear to all, yet you still try to sell this to the good hard working people of this city and it's children?" Dominic said as he lashed out and hit Sergi with a punch to the stomach that had Sergi hunch over and collapse as he struggled for air.
Grabbing the Russian thug by his hair, Dominic nodded to his men who started to collect bags of the Heroin, while also setting a fire to brun the factory down. Pulling Sergi up, Dominic glared at him and said, "
You have left me no choice Sergi, consider this your punishment." "
NO DON'T!" Sergi shouted as he was blind folded and gagged, before being taken away towards Dominic's car as the warehouse and it's product burned into the night.
A few hours later, a few Jump City police offciers where leaving the station to go on thier shifts, when suddenly a car tore around the block and opened the doors. As the car sped by, Sergi, still blind folded and gagged was tossed out of the car. The ploce ran over and saw that while Sergi was a little beat up he was alive. At the same time, there was a bag of Heroin tapped to his chest ad two suit cases also containing evidence of his drug product where tossed out of the moving cars as well, leaving the police plenty of evidence to lock Sergi up for decades. The cars then suddenly tore down the road again and vanished around the curb, causing the police officers to smile and sliently thank whoever had dropped Sergi and the mountain of evidence into thier laps.
