Powers:
Lupinthrope - Being a werefox he is able to change between Human, a form between human and fox that is pictured, and a red fox.

Attraction - using power innate to his people he can attempt to implant powerful feelings of attraction for himself in someone regardless of gender or species. This can be resisted with exceptional willpower (By this I mean someone who mediates to focus themself at least daily, Raven would be a good example) or the ability to block out psychic influence.

Super agile - as a result of the beast side of him, Mateo is more agile than normal human physiology allows making him able to dodge near anything he can see, as in if he sees someone pulling a trigger he can avoid where the gun is pointed, however he cannot perceive the bullet. He can dodge anything slower than 300 feet per second.

Skills:
Martial arts - has been training in martial arts for the last 13 years, he is very experienced and has practical skill as well as his training


Weaknesses:
He is only as tough as a normal human and is subject to exhaustion from straining himself.

Silver will also cause severe allergic reactions. If ingested can lead to death without treatment.

Personality:
Mateo is quite simply a guy who enjoys life at the expense of others. He uses his abilities for his own gain regardless of the safety and well being of anyone around him. He has very loose morals when it comes to life, and will hit on anything intelligent that moves and will stop long enough to hear him.

History:
Mateo grew up living a simple life with his parents in the mountains, they lived comfortably but Mateo got into trouble in town from a young age. They put him in martial arts hoping that the new place to focus his attention would keep him out of trouble. It worked for a time and he gained skill quickly.
When Mateo hit the age of thirteen he'd learned all he could from his martial arts instructor and his parents bought him his claws as a present. That same night he used the claws to murder them. He then killed a drifter on the way to town and got a horrible idea. He took the body back and burned the house down with the three bodies inside.
He has wandered since absolved of the crime and presumed dead. He arrives in Jump full of joy and with a few hundred dollars in his pocket. All that's left now is to find his first mark.

Does being a fox do anything for him? That should be included. Also, how/when did he realize he had/get his powers, its not in the history.

Why did he kill his parents, he doesnt seem to be insane and there wasn't a reason given or is that just part of his selfishness and he wanted to leave?

As a fox he is nothing more than a normal fox, the changes are purely cosmetic. He was raised by his parents as a werefox it wasn't hidden, the powers are legacy from his ancestors. And yes he killed them simply out of selfishness.
