For Charity! (Bloo)

As Fenrir was doing his warmups, he couldn't stop himself from sending what he thought were subtle glares to the guys working with Ella. He wasn't the jealous type! He was just... territorial! Right. Either way, he didn't plan on voicing his concerns aloud. He knew they were silly. He was better than all those guys put together.

"Lets win this crap quick." He mumbled to his guys, seeming a bit distracted. After just the warmups, he was sweating. It was hot and sunny out... but at least it was just a one period game, higher score wins... and he had Ella cheering him on.

With that thought in mind, he dominated the game. He scored the first touchdown on the second play, and his roll kept going. The biggest problem was that Fenrir was a rather sore winner. He couldn't stop his celebrations after every touchdown. He was born to brag!

About three quarters of the way in, the score was 36 to 6 and Fenrir scored over half of those points. Each time he sent Ella a smile. This play started off much the same, Fenrir getting the ball and charging forward...

Only to be slammed to the ground by one of their linebackers, crashing into the grass with a loud thud that knocked the wind out of him. Immediately a whistle was blown and coaches ran out. This was supposed to be a touch game! Not tackle! Nobody was wearing pads!

Before the coaches could get to Fen, the kid rolled on his stomach and tried to push himself off the ground with one hand... only to fall back on his face. He looked around with confused eyes when finally his coach got to him.

"...at happened?" He asked, feeling dizzy and confused. They did as Ella ordered and pulled the guy that his Fen off the field and to the bench, where he watched with a smile as they tried to move Fen to his sidelines. The wolf was out of play, stumbling as he tried to walk on his own to the bench.

They'd keep people away while the field doctor looked at Fen, trying to figure out what happened, but from the way the boy was holding the back of his head it was pretty obviously a concussion.

They wanted to call his parents, only to find out he was emancipated and didn't have any. They let him sit on the bench to watch the rest of the game, despite how groggy he was. There was only a few minutes left, so they played 4v4 for those minutes.

When he saw Ella, he smiled despite the fact that his everything hurt and it felt like the world was spinning. The guy who hit him must have been 250 pounds. It felt like a truck hit him, but honestly he couldn't remember it.

"Got hurt." He answered her question short and simple, drinking water and blinking a lot to try and get everything to just hold still. Then he looked at her with a frown. "You're crying."

It seemed he was stuck to two word sentences for the moment. The doctor would come back, using the flashlight on his eyes and poking at his ribs. He'd tell Ella that he wouldn't have to go to the hospital if he could have supervision for a night. Then told her that he didn't have anyone at home to go to, and offered to let her supervise him or he could call an ambulance.

Fenrir listened to her orders rather submissively, and very quietly. He found it hard to crawl into the back seat of his two door car. He was just tired to be honest. Maybe a quick nap would be good... no no no... he was told not to nap by the doctor. Hmpf.

"Eh?" He realized she asked him a question. Wait they were moving? When did that happen? "Uhhh... Je m'apelle Fenrir Sabre... Je suis 16 ans." He answered confidently.

Nailed it. He was fine. As if to prove his own point, he put his hat back on, shaking his head to get the dizziness to go away... but the action made him feel sick so he stopped quickly. "Ugh..."

Getting up and moving around seemed to sober him up a bit, but he was still dizzy. He nearly tripped on the steps up and on the door stopped below the front door but he settled for simple stumbles. He kept himself quiet as she told him what to do and directed him where to go. It was hard to ignore the painful headache he had going on.

When she sat him down and gave him a towel, he raised an eyebrow. He wasn't sure what was goin' on but he was feeling more like himself. "You tryin... ta take adv-advantage of me?" His smirk was back, but even sitting down his upper body was rockin' back and forth.

She was running around a lot. When she left he did what she asked though, getting undressed then using the towel around his waist. Before she got there he'd try splashing cold water into his face. He wanted to sober up bad but found it hard to get his eyes to focus.

"Stupid game..." He mumbled, looking out the hallway to see all the bedrooms. How many people lived here?

Fenrir became submissive again, taking the pills and drinking the entire glass of water. Then she told him to get in the bathtub and that she wouldn't peek. He smirked at her. "It's polite to buy a pup dinner first... 'fore ya strip him down..."

He mumbled quietly, the sound of his own voice agitating his headache. Then he climbed into the tub quickly as she helped him, leaving his towel out by the sink. He settled for a second, the cold making him tense but easing the pain of a few random bruises. Not to mention waking him up and making him more lucid.

He grabbed her arm and pulled her into a kiss. "Thanks for takin' care of me, love. I hate hospitals. I'm lucky to have you... I love you..."

He mumbled the last part, closing his eyes and sighing heavily.

Fen was nearly completely asleep when she stood up, then his head perked up like a dog and he looked around with raised eyebrows like he'd forgotten where he was until his eyes settled on Ella and widened with clarity. Whether he remembered everything or just figured out what happened was a mystery. "R-right..."

He sounded exhausted. He let her help him up, quickly drying himself then putting pants back on. He left his shirt and hat in there though. He grabbed Ella, feeling much more in it than a few hours ago. "Sorry I got hurt and made you take care of me..."

His balance was still off, but words weren't slurred. When she got him to a bed he dropped like a rock, looking up at her with wide eyes. "Can you stay with me?"

When she got in bed with him he sighed in relief, holding her close to him at kissing her forehead. He enjoyed cuddling and love her warmth. He kissed her cheek after she kissed his jaw.

"Thank you." He repeated, then rested his head against hers. "Goodnight."

It would only take a minute for him to fall into a blissful sleep. He could get used to this.
