Powers:He has super speed. He can only run as fast as 160 miles per hour. He can run up walls and across water. He can throw 5 punches per second. He can fight two regular thugs at a time while drinking a soda.

Skills:He is a skilled acrobat and is a master strategist.

Weaknesses:His mind is like a fly, can't stay in one spot for long. He can't take tons of damage. And he is easily persuaded.

Equipment:A Black jumpsuit, that a has a red lightning bolt going diagonally across his chest, that is made from a material that doesn't burn up when he runs. A black mask that covers his head and face, but leaves open his eyes, nose, and mouth. The mask has one red ear piece on his right ear that look like lightning bolts.




Personality:He is kinda shy, but is very defiant when he has to be. He has the mindset of a 5 year old child but has the physical body of a 13 year old.

Strengths:Is a very protective boy. He will hurt somebody very badly when he is mad.

Interests/Habits:He has DMDD (Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, he loves to fight, love peace and quiet, and can't stop moving or talking for more than a minute.

History:Arsen's life as a superhero began when he was born. He lived with a homeless family that found him in the streets. They lived together for 10 years and then the homeless family was killed by a gang.He then lived for two years by himself. In that time he was chased by the government  but then allowed to go free when they couldn't catch him. Then he found Jump City which he lived in the streets for a 6 months. That was all up until now.
Sample rp:He was running in a dark forest. He didn't know how he got there, but he did know he was being chased. He tripped on a tree root. He turned around to  see a giant, dark figure with its hand in a fist ready to attack Arsen. Then he woke up screaming "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH."

My only issue here is with your speed. You have a defined limit of ninety miles per hour. But 90 miles per hour isn't fast enough to run across water or scale a wall. At least not by human standards.

Address this issue and you'll be one step closer to approval.

Perhaps I should have been more clear. I apologize, as I should have mentioned this in the first post.

To tread water indefinitely using only raw speed, you'd need to be moving at least 155.25 miles per hour.

So make your speed 155.25 mph, or 156, or even 160. As long as it's your only power, you're approved.

Also, running up walls isn't all about speed, either. It's about running up it without exerting enough force to push you off of it. Keep that in mind.

Once you change your speed to the sufficient rates, you can be approved, as long as nothing else changes.
