Powers:
Archery: Archie Hood is perhaps the finest archer ever known and is only outclassed by Green Arrow. He claims to be able to shoot 27 arrows per minute. He has a wide-variety of trick arrows, ranging from bola arrows to time-bomb arrows to the infamous boxing-glove arrow. While he has these arrows most of the time he prefers to stick the good old regular arrow. Blue Arrow has shown the ability to shoot an arrow down the barrel of a gun, pierce a drop of water as it leaves a tap, and shoot almost any part of the human body. He is also skilled with using his bow as a melee weapon

Martial Arts: Archie excels in advanced hand to hand combat, being a master martial artist. He is proficient in various types of fighting, and can more than hold his own against his opponents, whether with his signature bow and arrow or completely unarmed. He styled his fighting styles of self defense, offense, grappling, and takedown. The fighting form seems to be a combination of Wing Chun, Hapkido, Jujitsu, and Eskrima; as Archie has been seen regularly training with sticks, knives and using his bow as an improvised weapon.

Peak Human Conditioning: With years of training Archie has gotten himself to what many would consider to be the peak of human possibility, at least for his age anyway, there is a possibility that as he gets older and his body matures these limits could also mature slightly as well.

Strength: Due to his regular workout routine with weights Archie’s strength is well above the regular teen his age and is possibly higher than Olympic athletes his age with him being able to bench somewhere around the 700lbs mark.
Speed and Stamina: Archie’s speed is definitely higher than any other teen his age could wish to run at. He would have no problem keeping up with Olympic sprinters and he has the stamina of marathon runners, which with the two combined would allow him to keep up with cars that are moving at around 40 mph.
Reflexes: With his archery training came increased reflexes. Archie would have little difficulty in catching an arrow fired by someone else with his bare hands and if he was facing an opponent with a gun and knew that they were going to shoot his reflexes give him the reactions time to avoid it but shots from behind aren’t as easily avoided.

Skills:
Free Running: Archie is a top class free runner which he uses to traverse the busy city if he is chasing a suspect. Most of the time he will just run around the city and jump over obstacles for fun and will keep pushing his free running limits all the time to see what his potential is. At the minute he doesn’t have any trouble in leaping from building to building if they’re next to each other but if they’re a street apart then that might present a problem

Weaknesses:
Humanity: Even with his great archery skills and his seemingly inhuman physical abilities at the end of the day Archie is still human. He is just as susceptible to the effects of alcohol and drugs, just as vulnerable to gun shots, knife wounds and air born viruses as the average Joe.

Equipment:
Custom made recurve bow: Something that is carried by Archie at all times as Blue Arrow is his custom made recurve bow. He made the bow himself when he was roughly 10 years old. He knew at the time he made it that it was too big for him but he knew that when he grew up it would be a perfect fit for him and now it is.

High powered mini crossbow: On the off chance that something should happen to his bow and he should be disarmed Archie has a pocket on the leg of his trousers in which he stores a mini crossbow, just to be on the safe side.

Kevlar vest: Under his jacket Archie wears a Kevlar vest. He knows that he’s human and he knows that most villains out there carry guns. Even though he wears a vest that doesn’t do him any good if he were to be shot in the arms, lower body or even potentially his head

History:
While most people believe Robin Hood to only exist in stories Archie and his family know different, they are his descendants. Archie grew up in one of the richest families in the world, his family is known to have a net worth of roughlyy $15 billion so Archie has grown up with a Playboy lifestyle of getting women and partying almost every night. When he was younger his parents trained him in the skill of archery. Simply due to his famiky history, everyone in his family was forced to become an olympic level archer. What his family don't know is that as he grew up Archie continued to practice his skills and still does. To keep his abilities a secret he decided to move to one of the other houses his parents own, with their permission so it was suspicious. So now while his parents are off in another city Archie uses his great abilities and vast wealth to help his current city from crime
