Titans Meeting (Innovator/Open)

Black Jack sighed as he sat in a chair infront of a monitor. He rubbed his eyes in frustration as he looked at the monitor which showed a camera view of the Jump City Airport. The camera showed a private hanger, where a limosine waited with a tall man in a silk suit stood waiting paitently for something. Black Jack watched the monitor for a bit before looking up curiosly and speaking to someone.

"Aeon, this image is live right? I had to call in a lot of favors with some people to get the time and place for this" he called out as the blue holographic image of a woman appeared next to him looking a little perturbed.

"For the last time yes, and if you ask me again I am just going to ignore you. You ask a 2nd time, I'm dumping you out of that chair and right onto your Irish butt" the Tower AI said in a frustrated manner.

Black Jack nodded in understanding and said, "Okay, good to know. Just make sure you have those bios ready when they show up. When Ben and the others learn about this, it is going to shake them to the core when they learn who is coming to town."

Hotwire walked into the main meeting room.

"Hey blackjack. What's this about? I had to stop work on my latest project. Do you know how hard it is to keep trandium stable while I'm in a meeting? Pretty difficult."

Miley walks into the room wearing her hero costume and stands next to Hotwire.

"Sorry if I'm late I was having troubles locating my mask. If I have missed anything would you please inform me on what it may be?"

Miley says as she crosses her arms a bit the eyes on her mask and her hair not just yet lit on fire mainly because she saw no point to light them up just yet.

Black jack nodded as he watched Hotwire and Ben Ten come in. Nodding to the both of them he pointed at the monitor he was watching as he saw a private jet start to land and roll up towards the limo. "For some time guys I have been hearing rumors about somehting big coming to our City, normally I wouldn't be so bothered by it as I hear things every day. However when I got word of this I was horrified to say the least. Normally for just one of the people your about to see to be here would be a cause for concern, but all of them......that can only mean trouble and that something big is happening. Lets start with the man by the Limo. Aeon, zoom in and scan please" Black Jack asked.

The monitor suddenly zoomed in on the man standing by the limo. There standing next to the limo was a tall and very storng looking man dressed in a styled silk Italian suit. He had styled and long white hair, with a apair of orange sun glasses watching the plane pull up and the flight crew go about departure preparations. Black jack glared at the man as a smirk crossed the man's face as the plane door opened. "I take it you two have seen his face in the local papers. Dominic Moretti, said to be a wealthy business man from Gotham who has beocme the biggest club and casino owner in the city. He also built that massive Roman themed eye sore in the middle of the entertainment district. Unofficially, it's said that he is a Capo, or captain in the Romano Mafia family" he said as a quick dossier on Dominic complete with a photo taken of him as a young man when he was arrested courtesy of the Gotham PD.

Black Jack moved the VR dossier infront of Ben so he could read it himself. "According to what I have heard this guy came out west with one goal; take over all gambling operations under Romano Family rule. He started in Las Vegas and took over all prime Casinos and hotels, becoming a gambling magenant overnight. From there he took over Nevada, then Arizona, New Mexico and like a row of dominos has brought all legit gambling operations in the Wetern US under his thumb. Now he has come to Jump where that club of his is the palace he rules his Empire form like Ceaser in Rome. But as impressive that masy sound then wait to you hear about them" he said as he pointed at 4 figures leaving the jet and walking down to the tarmac.

As the four lined up, he camera zoomed in as Dominic walked over to greet them. Standing right to left where a tall and lanky man with silver cropped hair in a suit, with glasses and tinkering with a I-PAD. He had slit eyes similar to a fox with a matching smile, indicating what he saw on the I-Pad was very pleasing to him. Standing next to him was the tallest of the four, an older man possible between 65 and 70 years old. He had white greying hair that was cut short with a beard and mustache. However he looked like he had the body of a 30 year old body builder, dressed in a fine grey suit with sunglasses and a predominant pinky ring on his right hand.

Next to him surprisingly was a woman, with aqua blue hair wearing a female suit. She looked about 40 year old, lovely, perfectly shaped, but standing with a professional demeanor. The unique thing about her was that she walked with a cane, despite not having any forseen ailment, and had a set of folders tucked under arms. Lastly standing next to her was the youngest one of the group. A brown haired man, about the same age as Dominic wearing an expensive white suit and matching Italian loafers.

Terry delivered a right hook into the dummy's face, knocking it backward before it sprang back up, and he punched it a few more times in the face. It came back up for one final time before Terry roundhouse kicked it, knocking it across the room. The Titans training facility was very good. Stretching a bit, he got notification for a meeting. He sighed, drinking some water, before heading up to the meeting room.

Terry entered silently. Three members he didn't exactly know yet were there. One was showing them live film of people departing from an airport, and the other two were at the table. He narrowed his eyes, watching, and then asking as if he had already heard everything, though he had just sneaked into the room.

So who are they?

Hotwire looked over the file... this guy having the same strange name as him kinda urked Hotwire a little...

But he did love a mystery...

"What makes this mystery so special... not our bag it seems. I love a case... but..."

It was either that they didn't notice her or she just didn't notice her but miley didn't mind. Miley looks to Black Jack raising an eyebrow under her mask.

"I'm sorry but I'm a bit lost so forgive me if this was already answered but why are these men so dangerous?"

Black jack reicieved all the questions at once and turning back to his friends and comrades said, "To sum it all up for you let me ask you all a quesiton. Why are they meeting here? why come together? Even any small problem Dominic was having could be solved by one of them....so why are all of them here? The answer to that is a scary one, I believe it means they are preparing for War. An intercontinental gang war that will see innocent blood shed in the streets. That is one of the possibilities, as I said if only one of them had come I wouldn't be bothered but all of them.....No something big is going to happen and soon."

Looking towards Miley Black Jack motioned to the four figures on the screen as Dominic approached them arms opened in greeting and said, "Miley, the Romano Family is the largest and most powerful Italian mob in this country. They have operations, and affiliates from East Coast to West Coast, control God knows how many operations aside from gambling, and run it based on a Code of ethics that dates back to the Napolenic period brought over from Sicily. For decades that stayed out of the drug trade and illegal narcotics, becasue they knew.....oh they knew it would destroy thier rival families and the rival gangs. The Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, and Italain mobs and cartels all where torn apart by fighting over drugs; territory, sales, rackets, vioelnce. If not this then the Federal govt came down on them hard; but not the Romanos. They stayed in the shadows waited until they where ready and when the other groups where at thier weakest, swooped in like lions stalking prey and took down the other families in the East and established total control. That is what makes them dangerous Miley; they are cold, calculating, efficient, and well supplied.

He then motioned to Dominic on the camera as they saw Dominic greet the silver haired man in glasses with a firm hand shake and a pat on the shoulder. "Let's take a look at fox eyes here" he said as a dossier of the man appeared infront of Ben. "Edward Bianchi, also called Sly fox Bianchi. ben you asked why the Feds don't watch the family's casinos.....it's becasue they have no evidence to do so. How do you laundry money from a casino you don't want people to know about? You put it through a bank, and what better way to do that then a bank you own and operate. That's Bianchi in a nut shell, offically he is the President and CEO of the Pax Romana Bank. one of the largest banks in the country and one of the few to have branch offices across the world. Asia, Europe, the Middle East; they say there isn't a dime in the world Bianchi can't get his hands on. Unofficialy Edward Bianchi is suspected of being the Family Senior Capo Regime. Now technically he doesn't have a higher rank then Dominic per say, but all the other Capos such as Dominic report directly to him and he passes on orders he gets from the Family administration. A self proclaimed pacifist, Edward is said to not like to use violence, believing that hurting some one financially can be more painful then physically" Black jack explained.

As he did Bianchi reached up and removed his glasses and if to illustrate Black Jack's point opened his fox like eyes for a moment and smiled sinisterly as he watched Dominic walked down to the large, tall, older man standing next to Bianchi.

Terry listened to Black Jack as he explained that the Romano family was the most powerful Italian crime syndicate in the states, but that they strangely stayed away from drug trading. As Black Jack went on about how they proceeded to take control of the states by striking when the other syndicates were at their weakest, Terry deduced that the head of the Romano family was also very intelligent, and employed stratagems. Money, intellect, and power. One of the most dangerous mixes of all. Black Jack proceeded to sum that up right after Terry had made the thought.

He motioned to the silver haired man wearing glasses, introducing him as Edward Bianchi, often called the sly fox. This was to answer Ben's question of why the FBI weren't watching them. Owning a bank system yourself four you to launder money through did indeed allow a perfect system for not getting caught. He also informed the teen that he had about the highest rank, at least in comparison to Dominic.

Unusual eyes. That might mean he also has superhuman abilities. I can investigate for us, but what about the other members?

"I'm in... sound like a challenging case... an I do like challenging cases. Aeon... start a new evidence folder for me and link it to our crime labs."

"You could say please."

"Aeon."

Aeons hologram sighed. "Fine"

Miley looked to ben Holding her hands behind her back.

"I would like to help so is there anything you require my services sir?"

Miley thought the sir thing was stupid and didn't really like saying it but she also saw it as a sign of respect so she kinda felt like she had to.
