===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION===

Hair Color:Dark brown with black dyed tips.
Eye Color:Light blue.
Height:nearly 6 foot.
Weight:100 pounds
Other Traits:Jay has a pair of large wings that are normally colored like a blue jay's wings. Recently she has developed the power to not only change the color and appearance of her wings.

===POWERS===

Powers:Jay has had the power of flight and communication with birds. She has recently developed the ability to change the colors of her wings and the powers she is able to use. She can now change her wings to four different birds. Her normal blue jay wings that hold her normal everyday powers of flight and bird speech. Phoenix or Fire bird wings that are bright red and orange, these allow her the power to set her feather on fire and she can manipulate the flames to use against her enemies. Bald eagle wings. brown with white feathers on the bottom edge. These allow her the power over air. Not total power but the ability to cause mild whirl winds and gusts of air (like a pidgey in Poke'mon) These also allow her better flight abilities, allowing her to fly in harsh wind conditions. Lastly, she can change her feathers to be silver and gray, these are stiff and when she uses her wings to block the feathers are stiff and prickly like a porcupines quills. She can also launch them at her enemies. The switch between each wing color usually only takes a few moments as each feather flickers and switches its texture.

Skills:She's a fast flier with sharp vision, making her some one who can sweep an area easily and quickly. She also has sharp hearing and is able to remember details pretty well. Also can get hyper over a spoon full of sugar... that's a skill right?

Weaknesses: She is usually pretty hyper since she is usually eating sugary foods or just sugar. Jay also is unable to swim. If she was to fall into a lake or body of water her feathers would become water logged and she would be dragged down and she would drown. Also if she would be able to get out of the water Jay would not be able to fly until her wings dried. She also would not be able to use her fire bird wings while they where wet.

Equipment:Doesn't really carry any equipment with her. She has a pouch on her belt to bring along anything she would need for a run. She has a short iron bar that she will use if hand to hand fighting becomes necessary. She also has a heavy jacket that's basically the same to Zack's only it has two holes for her wings to slide through.

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===

Personality:Jay is a person who is up beat and creative. She is usually is very joking and friendly with her team mates.

Strengths:Sharp hearing and eyesight allows her to know when people are behind her or snooping in the dark. She also has pretty good aim at throwing things from the air at people below. Jay is also pretty quick making her difficult to catch.

Interests/Habits: Jay likes to draw. Especially animals that she has seen before in her travels. Also Jay likes to listen to any kind of music, though she will usually turn the volume up pretty loud to drown out any one else. She also likes to get crazy on sugar. When ever Jay gets nervous she will shift her wings and shift her feathers.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Family Members:Jay doesn't know if any of her family is still alive. Her parents died when she was young, leaving her alone in the world. She had to fend for herself most of her life and traveled any where she wanted until she came to the Titans Tower.
Place of Origin: A small town in Arizona
Current City:Jump City
History:Jay has been on her own since twelve. Her parent died in a car crash after leaving her alone to go shopping. She ended up in Jump City and then became a Teen Titan with Rain as her leader and Zack and Honest as her first team mates and friends. After almost two years of being a Titan she began to molt, losing her feathers and ability to fly. She thought she would have to leave the Titans since she could no longer fly or be any use to them. But after she left the tower for a month her feathers grew back with surprising new abilities. Now she's eager to put the new abilities to use on her team.

OKAY! Apologies for taking this long to respond; I expected someone else to have done so already. Everything looks good but one thing: how long does it take to switch between sets of wings, and how does she do it? (i.e., does she just will them to, or say an incantation, or something else?)

k, thanks, any way, they shift in a matter of seconds, and she simply has to want them to change. Kinda like how Mystic (from X-men) changes her forms. Any way. I hope that helps. Thank you!
