Mission #1: The Capture

Rawhide would be standing in the construction site with one worker in a headlock and another being held back by his face by Rawhide's bear hands. Rawhide would ignore everyone for a few seconds as he started to sniff around. The scent that was being given off was distinguishable from every other scent out there. It was the scent of those wretched Titans coming into the area and one of them was really close. The scent of this one was more feminine than most of the others ones and she was close. Rawhide would go back wrestling off the workers as he would grab his communicator and was standing in a way where Grace was not able to see him talking on it.

"Boys looks like we're gonna have a fight on our hands soon, heheh. Get ready."

Rawhide would say into the comm to all of the others. Everyone would acknowledge what Rawhide had said as they would continue to fight off the police and workers alike. In fighting they would also group up a bit closer to each other, tightening their ground only being about a mere 30 yards away from each other.

"You all know what to do. We distract them as we send one of them over to Stone. Take on the same opponents as last time and make them think they are winning. When they think they've won we give Stone's position and that's when we'll switch it up on them. Use your training from the academy to block this out of your mind so the mind reader won't get any hint of it."

Protege would say through the communicator as he was able to multitask fighting and talking through his comm. He would look over to the others as they all understood what to do. Now they would just stand there and fight off all of the police men and workers as they looked around, pretending not to notice that the Titans are there.

As Deep Freeze chimed in over the intercom, JaK Sage and the rest of the team were scouting from a distance or at least he was. Superboy did his own thing usually, and Fen & Will could fly. JaK was on his way steadily, but he didn't have flight or super leaps to help him out so he had to move on foot thanks to the Tower's EMP knocking out his speedbike. Although, he was no slouch in the running department obviosuly.

"Alright, Freeze stay out of sight were coming in. Lets switch dance partners this time guys, they're expecting the same Titans as last time probably, but they don't know we have a freaking Angel and the half-son of Krypton with us. DF you're taking the reigns on this one right? What's the plan of attack do you see Stone with them?"

JaK didn't mind letting Grace lead this time, seeing as last time he had been in charge of the Co-Op. and it ended in disaster and then Will had seemed to fail to coral the situation after JaK fell.

"Lance isn't here. He's Will's responsibility, though. Sage, you're fighting Protege. Brianna and Scope are taking on the Cricket. Fenris and Toji will take out Checkmate. I can handle Rawhide. Everyone, when you win your fights, move on to help someone else. We can win this because Lance isn't in the picture at the moment. Without him, the H.I.V.E. has nothing."

Grace continued getting closer to Rawhide. She didn't want to attack him before the others made a grand appearance, because doing so would reward her with the full attention of the other 3 H.I.V.E. members. That was something she definitely couldn't survive. She just hoped that Rawhide didn't notice her before the battle began.

OOC: As far as controlling NPC's, I can control Checkmate. The fights will be boring if we control our own opponents.

While waiting for her teammates, Grace watched the cops continue to shoot at the four teenagers until they were scared off by the agitated metahumans. Biting her lip now as she worried about what the HIVE member were up to, Grace’s face shows a grin as she hears Psychosis in her head telling her that their payback is about to start very soon. Just as the sentence ends, Sage could be seen sneaking up on Protégé with his skin already coated in the metal that he absorbed from the manhole cover in the street, along with five of her other team mates out of sight waiting for her orders to begin the strike. Psychosis lands next to Deep Freeze, putting his hand on her shoulder as he reassures her that they will be the ones who win this time. After destroying one of the cop cars with his kicking and scaring the cops away from him and his friends, Cricket laughs at the police force of Jump City when a small white energy ball lands in front of him. Looking down at the orb and getting the attention of the other three, the HIVE are blinded by the flash that emitted from the orb.

During the distraction, Deep Freeze’s voice could be heard bellowing the others to come out and begin. With the light dying down and Cricket’s vision returning, he heard the yell and saw The Stray coming at him with her fist. Swaying to the side, Cricket avoids the attack but feels his feet swept from under him because of Scope’s kick from behind. As he fell back, Cricket rolls with the fall so he could quickly get back to his feet. Jumping at Scope, Cricket spins around to roundhouse kick him but his foot is blocked by Scope and he is tackled right after by Brianna to keep him off his feet, but he pushes her off of him quickly and jumps at Scope again who jumps at him as well. In the air, Cricket tucks his legs and pushes them out against Scope’s chest, hitting him with a mule kick. Scope takes the kick hard and falls down on the street, but is helped back up with the help of The Stray. Smirking and thanking her, the two charge back at Cricket who jumps over them with ease, but what Cricket wasn’t expecting were the electric discharge balls that Scope had dropped while he was running at Cricket. As the volts hit Cricket, his body stretched out as he yelled out loud from the shock treatment until he fell face down unconscious.

Getting his vision back, Protégé turns his attention to the metal clattering behind him. Seeing the titan Sage approaching him, Protégé swings his bow staff at Sage who shatters the end of the staff by blocking with his left arm. In reaction, Protégé pulls his staff back to grab the broken end and flips over Sage with his arms extended to catch Sage around the neck. As Sage gripped the staff with his hands, he is suddenly pulled backward over Protégé and slammed head first on to the concrete. Getting back up, Sage shakes off the move. Giving out a taunt that he’d need to hit JaK a lot harder than that to hurt him, Sage throws his fist at Protégé who gets knocked back by it in the face, but blocks the following three strikes. Seeing his punches were being blocked, Sage anticipates Protégé to put his arms up to keep Sage from hammering the sides of his head with his palms. Gripping Protégé’s arms tightly now, Sage yanks Protégé forward to knock the wind out of him by hitting Sage’s knees fiercely into Protégé’s gut. Rolling back now, Sage yells out “Catch!” as he throws Protégé through the air by using his legs to launch him after rolling onto JaK’s back.

Fed up that he hasn’t gotten a chance to fight this HIVE yet because of his team mates already taking care of their targets, Superboy hears Sage’s yell and watches one of the HIVE kids being tossed at him. The chance to fight now lights a fire within Superboy as he catches the airbourne Protégé and punches him in the chest with enough strength that made Protégé create a crater in the wall he landed against, but luckily his suit absorbed most of that punch, not that it didn’t hurt him any though. Reaching for his belt, Protégé throws three discs that combusted on Connor. Feeling his ribs were bruised badly if not broken, Protégé sees the fire didn’t affect Superboy at all as he watched the flames be patted out. Sage and Superboy start to corner Protégé when the street became covered with smoke from the ten pellets Protégé tossed to cover himself and the others.

On top of his rook robot, Checkmate hears the sound of his team mates starting their fights against the Teen Titans that took them by surprise when his pawnbot falls apart in front of him after a blur flew past him. The flapping of wings are heard behind him now along with the knightbot firing lasers at the angelic Fenrisúlfr, who was deflecting the beams with his sword. Getting close to the knightbot, Fenrisúlfr slashes at the metal coating making a deep gash in the exterior. With the pawnbots taken care of, Toji runs quickly over to Fenrisúlfr was as he charged his electrical attack in his hand. Watching in horror as the half demon roars out like a beast while driving his whole body into the knightbot and out the other side, Checkmate puts his arm up to keep from being knocked over by the explosion. The side of the rookbot opens up after Checkmate pressed a few buttons and a barrage of missiles came shooting out at the two Titans from the enraged Checkmate that was upset about his machines being destroyed. With the smoke of the explosion on the titans fading away, Checkmate’s jaw drops as he saw the two were still standing. Protégé’s voice comes in over their com links and tells them they need to retreat from this fight.

Psychosis throws the flash spell out in front of the HIVE 5 which was followed by Deep Freeze giving the orders to attack. The time for their rematch was here and this time Grace and Will were teamed up for a personal attack. Before Rawhide could get his sight back, Will had run in up to him with his fist hitting Rawhide square in the gut. Toughing the attack out thanks to his enhanced strength, Rawhide swipes at Psychosis who jumps out of the way so the blizzard of ice bullets would hit Rawhide instead. Shielding himself from the ice shards by making an X with his arms, Rawhide yells out in anger from the stinging cold. Moving behind Rawhide quickly, Psychosis generates an orb in his hand that grew into a giant dome as it got pressed into Rawhide’s back forcing him to fly at Grace who was ready with her famous ice hammer. Unable to embrace in time, Rawhide is hit with the hammer at full force and sent flying upward into the air where he managed to recover enough to keep from hitting the ground at full force. Fully enraged, Rawhide grabs a hold of Psychosis in a bear hug and starts squeezing with enough strength to crush the bones of Will, but Psychosis gets his knees up in between him and Rawhide to push away before getting locked in the death grip. Switching his bear hug out to grab hold Psychosis by the hips, Rawhide lifts Psychosis up and slams him hard on the street. Staggering a bit, Psychosis gets back up as fast as he could to pummel Rawhide with three left and right hooks to Rawhide’s head. Rawhide puts his hand in front of his face to prevent any more punches when he feels his hand being pulled to his sides and two simultaneous kicks planted against the front and back of his head from both Will and Grace pulling on Rawhide’s arms and using them as leverage for the kick.

His brain rattled now, Rawhide tries to get back to his feet when his vision is obscured once again but by a black smoke this time. Hearing Protégé telling him to come and retreat for now, Rawhide grabs hold of Will’s and Grace’s wrists as they were still holding his and using the last amount of strength he could risk losing, Rawhide spins around with the two before throwing them both at the wall of a restaurant. Being quick, Psychosis protects Deep Freeze by putting a shield around her as the two of them hit the brick wall. Hearing the sounds of an engine, the Titans catch the rookbot flying up into the sky as the HIVE kids retreated from their fight.

They got away....And the Teens had no clue where Lance was, but Fen was sure that he was still alive...They would keep hope alive. For they knew this wasn't the end of the HIVE they'd be back again and the Teen Titans would be waiting. The war between Good Vs Evil, had honestly just begun...

OT: Good Job Crazy, Sorry Hellbreaker but this was the true ending.
