I do think it's time to put this on halt for now. You see, it seemed this is working for a lot of members. I will make arrangements so we can implement this into the site. After that, everyone will have a personal avatar.

The only different thing would be the fact that I'd have them link to a compiled database. If I move one person from active to inactive, then a link to their profile changes, and nobody would want to click on a picture that leasds to nothing.
With Heroes in Green, Baddies in Red and Neutrals in Blue, and possibly a distinction between Steel City and Jump City, new members would be able to find profiles easily and see who's who and who's where. Or just remove all avatars from inactive roster entries, that might even be easier.
EVPW, that old E-fed site also had a 'relationship'' thing below every biographical post. I might continue with that, as it allows people to see who's friendly with who and who is affiliated with what group or friend circle or whatever.
