Powers

• Luxomancer: Also known as, Light Manipulation in Superhero terms- but Fasilli being a magician, uses it primarily for ALL of his spells. His natural affinity combined with his expertise in magic, enables him to not just manipulate the light around him, but also change its properties for a wide variety of spells. From simply making a solid wall of light, to burning flames of light, Fasilli can also use light to manipulate the other elements around him in unusual or unheard of ways- like making pillars of stone rise up from the ground, whipping up a powerful wind, or making exploding bubbles! All of his spells have one thing in common, besides somatic and verbal components, there will always be a bright and flashy ringed pentacle to indicate about where his spell is taking place except in the latter case of bending the other elements. In that case, Fasilli will become super imposed by the image of a figure tied to the element in addition to the ringed pentacle.
  
  A drawback his spells also suffer from is using up too much light- which is absurd scientifically but magic doesn't care about your rules. Basically there are cooldowns based on the extent of the spell. Any 3rd tier spell (a 20 ton strength punch for example) will be at most 6 posts of cooldown, and decrease by 2 down the list- he can also use lower tier spells multiple times in a row, capping at the 6 post cooldown mark. ANYTHING below tier 1, for very simple and brief effects that fall into the realm of humanly possible, can be spammed- like shooting a "baseball" of light from his hand.
  
  
  
  • Conjuration: As the name implies, Fasilli conjures something from one of his ringed pentacles. This ranges from summoning a Steve, a handful of Steves- tentacles of the kraken... or any number of SIMPLE mundane objects. He cannot however, summon firearms, vehicles, fully live creatures (without permission) or basically anything modern or scientifically sophisticated. Also mostly used to summon pies to throw at Edgies.
    
    
  • Buffs/Debuffs: As the name also implies, spells which either buff or debuff the target- which gets a ringed pentacle around them for a short time before activating. Adds 1 post of cooldown for every post the effect lasts for.
    
    
  • Animancy: What do you get when you use the teachings of necromancy, and apply it to... more than just dead bodies? You get animated, talking furniture! Or zombies... or zombified furniture. Either way, it's hard to make a super zombie- but raising a graveyard of zombies is more likely.
    
    
  • OH MAN-cy: Portals, it's just portals- or dimension door for long distance, interdimensional travel- can be used to shoot projectiles back at people but the timing must be perfect, and Fasilli lucky.

• Photosynthesis: Similarly to plants, Fasilli's people supplement some of their needed sustenance from the sun, or light in general.
  
  
• I'M OOOOLD: Elves are notorious for being able to live for many human lifetimes. That is a moot point with Fasilli while he was a spirit bound to a mask. BUT now he will age regularly for an elf!
  
  
• Early Bird: Fasilli's people don't need sleep, but rather meditate for the same benefits for half the amount of time needed for rest.
  
  
• Charming: They are also more resistant to attempts at controlling, or manipulating their mental/emotional state through MAGIC.
  
  
• Magical Aura: Fasilli's body through how it works in his world, has the interesting ability to bolster magical sources around him through its unique aura.

  Physical Weaknesses
  
• Anti-magic: This should be obvious as to how and why it's a weakness. In addition, with the concept of anti-magic being so alien to his world, Fasilli actually has an allergy to Anti-Magic like Starfire to Chronotons.
  
  
• Magical Menaces: Because Fasilli's body bolsters ALL magical sources around him, it should stand to reason that OTHER spellcasters would be a good match against him. Fasilli's own magic doesn't recieve a boost, but every other spellcaster has their spells boosted by 1 power tier (5 to 10 tons for example)
  
  
• Starving for the spotlight: Fasilli's power seems to be reduced while there is a lack of light, the sun in particular. Unless well lit, his spells or "magical attacks" are reduced in strength by 50%.
  
  
• Obvious areas of effect: All of Fasilli's spells work in a way that unless you're not paying attention, you can do something about them. They have timing, and make it blatantly obvious where a spell is going to be.
  
  
• Cooldowns: Fasilli's spells use cooldowns, and unless he's fighting multiple people at once, he won't be able to cast the same spell over and over again until it comes off cooldown. But any "superman" character will be able to throw 20 ton punch after 20 ton punch no problem.
  
  
• Arcane Focuses: If somehow Fasilli loses his magic cane and or hat, his ability to cast spells becomes... difficult. How? Well, there's more time used casting the spell with his fingers.
  
  Mental Weaknesses
  
• Cocky: Fasilli is a very proud, and arrogant spellcaster who thinks that he is the most powerful magician... in ANY reality. To this effect he will not only pick pointless fights with people, but he will also underestimate them greatly. He will also restrain himself, because he doesn't feel the need to try his hardest.
  
  
• Ennui: Fasilli doesn't take very much, if anything seriously. Much like the above, Fasilli doesn't take his opponents seriously, and also acts inappropriately in situations that should call for seriousness. What's that? The world is ending because of a giant meteor? Fasilli will make a pun and laugh about it.
  
  Equipment
  
• Amplification Cane: A magical cane/wand/staff which boosts the sound of Fasilli's voice as if he was using a microphone. In addition,acts as a focus for his spells AND can change size. It can grow up to 10ft in length, and up to a foot in width.
  
  
• Juggling Stuff: Ranges from clubs, balls, swords, playing cards chainsaws and knives- none of which have any magical effects.
  
  
• Magical Magician's Hat: Fasilli can pull things out of it like a magician pulling a rabbit out of his hat. The notable difference is that... he can seemingly pull ANY animal out of it, but mostly seems to pull Steves out of it.
  
  
• Mask Of The Magician: The mask Fasilli wears seems to preserve his spirit, keeping it anchored to whatever plane of existence he exists in at the time of death, and it also protects him from being blinded.
  
  
• Nebulous coat: Works like his hat. It also gives him ONE free hit, in that if he were to take a hit, he'd instead vanish into the overcoat; which then explodes into rainbow confetti as Fasilli reappears nearby.
  
  
• Magician's Gloves: Special gloves which allow Fasilli to throw different explosive elemental based "projectiles." Each projectile is only as strong as a tier 1 power at most, and their speed is dependant on how hard Fasilli can throw them.
  

Personality
Fasilli the self-proclaimed "Master Magician," pleasure of crowds, entertainer extraordinaire, and the host with the most. He's definitely a colorful character to be sure, and he makes it a point to try and stand out in front of the drab, boring sour pusses that populate our world. He doesn't seem to take anything seriously, whether it be plots, people, or impending dooms. Nothing seems to get him down, and instead only makes him laugh.

This actually masks a very nihilistic attitude, where he has simply learned to not let the furtility of his actions get him down, and instead laugh it off. Everything is temporary, but will always come back in a later cycle. He has seen things repeat themselves so many times, he's decided to embrace the natural force of CHAOS by changing things up. As such he is very restless during long periods of peace and tranquility, and will throw a chair into a room full of people to see if they all riot.

About the only things he seems to care anything about to any degree is his faithful helpers, Steves; most of them anyway. There are some he treats like everyone else, but there are some he sincerely treats with compassion and looks after like they were children or close friends.

History
Fasilli comes from another world where magic is deeply rooted in everything, and is populated by a multitude of elemental "spirits." Other than that detail, it's virtually impossible to know what else he has been up to to this point. But he has definitely been to our world on more than one occasion, and he was around for when everything VANISHED apart from Titan's Tower. Then when the world was forced to reboot with no titans, Fasilli reappeared to antagonize the locals because it was too boring and peaceful for his tastes. But when Suzuki failed to play a simple game with him, THE WORLD ONCE AGAIN REBOOTED. Whether or not he had anything to do with that remains to be seen.

But in this boot of the universe, Fasilli once again appeared to create chaos by breaking out EVERY CRIMINAL the titans had ever sent to prison after their escapades against The Brotherhood Of Evil. He went on a brief vacation after that, with only his Steves coming out to play and bring about a supernatural winter that covered all of California in snow- which could've lasted forever. But Fasilli came back, got his Steves back, and based on this app has a brand new body- it is infact his ACTUAL body. How did he get it back? Well, that's a secret; but there is a reason for it. Only way to find out is to ask! He loves talking about himself after all!
