I. On the Involvement of Sentient Beings: A Magician always asks for volunteers. The Art of Magic may never be practiced upon an unwilling, sentient being. As a corollary, The Art of Magic may never be used to kill a sentient being, since they are presumably unwilling.
II. On the Creation of Monetary Value: Conjured currencies for purpose of illusion are themselves illusionary. They will fade from reality when not actively held or looked upon. Conjured currency cannot be used in payment for goods or services.
