| It was one of the last few warmish days in Jumpcity of the year so to celebrate the momentous occasion a festival was planned and now in the works in the central park. It was a bright and sunny day with little clouds in the sky and a wonderful breeze that smelt like the end of fall. It was cool but just warm enough for only a light jacket on. The festival had everything for the making of a great event, booze, underground bands, garage bands, low time fame bands, and heavy hitter bands and the genres hitting all over the board. There were small stages that were rented out to band tryouts of local bands, karaoke, and open mics all over the place. And ooooh the merch booths, there was some sweet ass merch around and all for stupid prices that you could get for cheaper online after you wait a week, but damn it you're gonna get that merch today from your favorite bands because today was THE day! It was now mid afternoon and the festival has finally hit its peak for day time activity, the festival was to stay around till about 1am and end with fireworks and all the top popular bands performing on all corners of the central park at the same time with their own mash up song mash up of their own songs so nothing conflicted with each other but everyone in the park had a show they could see along with the fireworks. The festival maker truly went all out on this one event. OOC: This is just a starting post Titan News will not be in the posting cycle so feel free to skip it. @Tython @Pikazard | |

| Simon walked through central park with five of his friends he had met during his time at Murakami High. One of them had heard about the event long before it started back when it was still being set up and had insisted that they should all go as a group. They were standing in front of a small stage where a local band was playing. Simon actually thought they were pretty bad, but he and his friends came to support the band since the drummer was his friend Lili's older brother.
Once the song was over everyone applauded, but Lili was very noticeably the only one who was clapping enthusiastically. Simon chuckled lightheartedly at the blonde girl and patted her on the shoulder, but she didn't seem to know why based on her confused reaction.
After that was over, the group gathered and started talking about where to go next. After a few minutes of everyone imputing their own opinions they realised that they would not be able to go everywhere together and still see everything. So they all decided to go their separate ways and meet up in a few hours.
With that in mind, Simon spent a small while wandering around and checking out all the bands playing and the merchandise stalls before deciding to do something else. He didn't know many people outside of his small group of friends despite how long he had been staying in Jump City and most of the city was gathered here, so he decided to spend some time socialising.
With that goal in mind, he spent a small while people-watching before walking over to someone who seemed interesting to him Hey there. You having a good time? | |
