Fall Festival

Is it okay to start a role-play in central park for non-Titans? I know there's characters out there who aren't part of the titans. The Night-Hawks are some of them, and then the new people that have characters who aren't a part of any team.

It can be something like a City Fall Festival for the city people or something like it.

Sure sure in fact the party's not even going to last that long actually.

Make sure its during the day or night before though because Halloween night I'm afraid would be a bad idea.

Haruhi can be JaKs plus one btw at party. Plus I think most of Nighthawks have met Titans and thus are invited or can attend anyway.
