Ren crashed  through the wall of the nearby drug store in his nano armor landing on  a shelf which fell over which flung food and drink packages every ware. "God why do ya hit so hard." When he said that a vary beefy meta human that was 7 foot 8 walked through the hole in the store and growled. At this point  Rens nano armor retracted due to much needed cool down
"oh crap." Ren exclaimed as he pulled  his five seven from his thigh and discharged a few rounds at the meta. the meta shruged off the pain and picked up Ren and flung  him across the store into another wall. A sickening crunch could be heard when Rens back collided with the wall. as Ren fell from the wall to his knees  his vision began  blurring and every breath was harder to make than the last Ren only hopes he can get help soon

Ren was lucky then, since someone would be going to help. Not intentionally mind you, he was just in the neighborhood to buy some tylenol. He had been having ad headaches lately. And judging by the commotion inside, someone else was having a bad one too. He walked through the door and instantly saw the cause of the problem,Orion lighting his head on fire on reflex now. "Well this is awkward," Orion spoke up, getting the metahuman's attention. Hole in the wall, a guy crumpled into a shelf... this guy was strong at the very least. That was unfortunate, he would have loved to beat this guy with his bare hands.

"Come on then~" Orion challenged with his hand, and the meta took the bait. Barreling toward him like a bull as Orion slipped back outside, waited a moment, and then used some jet propulsion to launch himself straight up just in time to avoid the metahuman as he burst through the door below him. Orion rained fire down on him, keeping himself afloat as the metahuman screamed in agony, flailing around blindly as he tried getting out of the flames. Orion wasn't going to have any of that though, and after landing simply sent more fire at the metahuman as he tried to flee. Not even looking as the sounds of screaming stopped, and the metahuman crumpled over dead. That was easy. Oh, he should check on that one guy...

ren spent some time on the ground before getting up a good Samaritan who actually was a doctor concluded he just jot the wind knock out of him "ugh but what about the crunching sound " the civi holds up rens phone sighing ren walked up to the inferno "hey thanks for that Mr?"reaching into his pocket he pulled out a stack of 100's and tosses it to him "eh its not important here its the bounty someone had on him. i dont take credit for other people doing the job. " walking to the cashier of the store ren put another wad of cash down that was for after the job was done " this should pay for the damages right?"

"No prob shorty. And Inferno, a name you'll probably hear often," Orion gave Ren his current alias. He had definitely taken to hiding his identity more often lately. For some reason he had just been having very uncomfortable dreams lately that he couldn't fully remember. And then it dawned on him who Ren was- well, he had seen him once before. It was with those cute girls if his memory was correct. "Cheers then. Stay outta trouble," Orion remarked pocketing the money, free money was almost as good as free food... which is mostly what he was going to spend this on at his favorite restaurant.

ren ran to catch up with inferno "hey if you ever want to put those powers to use mabye you can acompiny me on my next job that is if you need more money " when waited for a response as he walked twords his bike

He didn't need money. Nina took care of him and his brother, and it wasn't like either of them were big spenders either. But it wasn't the money he was considering at the moment. "Depends. What's the job?" Orion asked, atleast considering it until he knew for sure what he would have to do.

ren handed inferno a piece of paper with the details "some parents are paying me any anyone who will take the job . at the local high school theirs a drug ring that uses the school at nigh our job elemanate the product and tools by any means necessary. so what da ya say, you in?"
