The New Site Banner

I'm working very hard on creating a site banner akin to the work of Energy up above, since that's what people seemed to like the most when we discussed it at the time. Now I can do these pretty well. I'll edit the images into this message later but I'm not on the computer with all of them, so I only have the ones that don't work. Here's Yang's.



This looks pretty fine, right? And I went through manually putting yellow on this silhouette.

Here's the problem though. Let's do an example.

To do your silhouette on the banner, I need a full body image with a clear background.

This image looks fine, right? Well thanks for your appreciation of my minimal skill, but when it has a white background like that, the process I use to make the silhouettes makes the entire image that color instead.

When I say clear background, this is what I mean.

I put this image in the spoiler below, and look what happens.

See? The image background BECOMES the background of the site, because it's not white. It's clear; like glass. THESE are the images I need to do the banner.

Just an addendum; I've recently learned a way to convert them. Somehow forgot to mention that. But it would just be a lot easier if you guys sent me ones with clear backgrounds. Just for future notice.

Using this new method is actually quite easier than I thought it was. You should no longer need clear images, though those are definitely the most simple.

I'm sure you know how to work with scaling tools, but be careful when you work with the height of the characters. If Neo is taller than anyone, I might have to facepalm :P

Also, May's has a tiny bit of background in the bottom left hand corner that I dunno if you caught or not. Sorry the pic I got was a bit hard to work with. May was a one off in the show and thus doesn't have much art made of her.

I know. I caught it once I uploaded it, but I can change it later. Main point was to show you guys I can do it.
