Banner Art!

So, it looks like it's about time we update to a new banner! *and the crowd cheers*

Now you have the chance to show off your artistic skillz and make something awesome! You can incorporate characters from the show, from the site, whatever! Post whatever you come up with here and you can have the chance of making your banner the site's official banner! Go for it!

The current banner is nice, but I do think it is time for something fresh.

Thr33, that is pretty good. I'll try to make a banner too, but I can't promise it will be as nice.

If anyone wants to just edit the current banner so that it displays some of the new main characters of the site, like Jemmy, or Spidergirl maybe, etc., go for it!

I didn't make this. It's from the new Teen Titans shorts on Cartoon Network. The lightheartedness of this screenshot could be a refreshing change of atmosphere. It also has all the copyright information on it, which might be nice.

I thought about adding the TTRPG title to it, but the site already has a title directly under the banner.

Putting some of our characters on that could be good.

I don't have Photoshop and I'm not about to attempt to use Paint to paste some of our characters into anything. Perhaps someone a bit more gifted than myself could do this.

Perhaps it is more important to change the banner more frequently (like every couple of weeks) instead of spending so much time looking for the 'perfect' banner. If we do anything to make the site look different, it will be noticed, and will show that this site is still active and changing. I think we should put up a new banner at least once a month. Furthermore, I don't think that the banners need to have our characters in them, although that would be a plus.

Thoughts?

I think that's a good idea but making a good looking banner monthly would still take effort, we would still need to show that we're a professional site rather than just something thrown together randomly, since the first thing new members will see is the banner we have to make it look good but also I agree that it needs a bit of an update.

I could attempt something in Photoshop.

The problem with adding the pictures of people's characters, is some are hard to render well. As well as being different quality and style. A mix like that won't necessarily blend well together.

Alright, I've changed the banner, and I'm wondering what everyone thinks. The last banner was really cool, so I'm not really going for better as much as different. Thoughts?

I will learn how to do that Chibi art and try to draw some of our characters on the seats next to the original Titans!

Yea.. I dislike the new banner. It's huge... And it's not eye catching to me <.< Alright, I'll scuddle away now since I'm just being a critic. It's not often that an image hurts my eyes instead of my head...
