| Zydon BattleshipLefray frowned at the massive machinery monstrosity in front of him. He frowned. "You're sure it won't eat me?""Of course," said Barrel, one of the less renowned inventors in the Zydon military. "It might explode at any time, though." Lefray sighed. He had failed a mission, and this was his punishment. Technically, he was simply being transferred to this department momentarily. They would be using him to test pilot experimental weaponry in combat situations. He couldn't help but fear that this job would last him the rest of his short life. "Very well, let's do this."After strapping himself into the machine, Lefray felt his stomach rise into his chest. The device had been dropped from the ship. He was in free-fall now. After a few seconds of trying not to throw up, the rockets went off, aiming the weapon towards its destination. And then it aimed him away from the location. Apparently, the rockets weren't on straight. Lefray screamed into his microphone as the ground got closer. At the last second, the landing rockets went off, and he landed gracefully on a mountain of junk. Tito's Junkyard"Titan Crusher Prototype on the ground. Beginning mission. I'm quite far from the target, so let's see if this thing can run as far as I can."The Titan Crusher started running through the junk yard, heading in the direction of the far-off Titan's Tower. |

| Zydon attacks had become more and more frequent recently. But today, there was a lull. Maybe they were preparing for something bigger? There were still sparse troops here and there, who were quickly taken down by either military or metahumans. William didn't interfere with those, he didn't have reason to.
But he did see a problem he could deal with. In the distance, a huge robot, easily the size of Colossus landing in the junkyard. He could hear its weight crashing down, even from here.
It was going towards Titan's Tower. William grimaced. This could be bad, if it got there, though he had a feeling the Tower had its own defenses. But a lot of harm could come to a lot of people if someone didn't stop the thing. It was moving fast.
William began to run towards it. It was still in the junkyard. William ran into the junkyard, currently hidden from it behind a pile of junk. It was nearly there. William then did what he had to do, biting his hand hard, thinking in his mind...Stop the mech.
A flash of lightning, red and green combined in a double helix of light streaming down to hit William, a cloud of steam covering him as Colossus burst forth from it. The mech was right there as Colossus' left fist flew forwards to the side of its head. It had only taken a second.

| Running past piles of junk, Lefray saw lightning strike ahead of him. Strange. But what happened next was even stranger. Red and green lines spiraled around each other, forming a vortex of sorts and spreading a heavy cloud of steam over the area. Lefray had no idea what was going on, but it couldn't be good.
"Stop," he said, even though the mech could be given orders silently from his brainwaves. The Titan Crusher kept going. "I said stop!"
A calm, soothing female voice began speaking in his ear, explaining why the mech was disobeying. "Due to our current velocity, it is impossible to stop without..."
A giant fist came out of the steam and punched the Titan Crusher in the face. Lefray was battered around in his chair as the mech flew into a nearby pile of junk. As his brain stopped bouncing around in his head, he decided that the Titan Crusher belonged here. His opponent was a giant human. Lefray's eyes went wide. Could humans really grow that big? Maybe they were like the snails on his homeworld, that kept growing as long as they were alive.
The Titan Crusher stood up, awkwardly. As Lefray spoke his own language, the Titan Crusher translated his words and sent them out at the giant with loudspeakers. "I was supposed to fight the Titans, but I suppose a giant will do." The Titan Crusher ran forward, jumped in the air, and tried to plant its feet on Colossus' chest. |

| Colossus took two steps back as his punch had landed, the skin of his fingers slowly growing back with steam. He seemed satisfied that the mech had fallen down, roaring with intensity into the air.
Colossus had raised his fists to combat the mech as an opponent, and thought this would happen, until the Crusher was sailing through the air. Colossus reacted quickly, rolling under the flying mass of metal and hydraulics, then as soon as it landed he would attempt to get it in a choker hold.

| That roar was unnerving. Lefray knew that this could very well be his last day among the living. What a way to go, torn apart by a giant, feral human. Lefray had never been one for wanting to leave a legacy, so he decided to do everything he could to survive this encounter.
The giant moved fast, rolling under the jumping Titan Crusher. The mech crashed into another pile of junk, causing the artificial mountain to collapse. Before Lefray could get the Titan Crusher to stand up, the mech was grabbed from behind. Lefray managed to get in an elbow jab at Colossus' face, but wasn't sure how much damage the attack would do. He couldn't even be sure it had hit. The cameras of the back of the Titan Crusher had some pretty big blind spots.
Well now the Titan Crusher was stuck in a choke hold. Fortunately, the giant mech didn't need to breathe. On that note, it didn't really have a head. The control station was merged into the chest, so there was no head to break off. Unless Colossus could break the Titan Crusher in half, the choke hold was little more than an annoyance.
But Lefray didn't want to risk giving Colossus the chance. He activated the landing rockets and angled the Titan Crusher to fly into Colossus, giving the thrusters enough power to make the mech fall over backwards on top of Colossus. Having a giant, junky, metal mech rocket itself into you was certain to be uncomfortable for even the most feral of giants, or at least Lefray hoped so. |

| Colossus now realized the redundancy of a choke hold. The Titan Crusher had no head! It had the beginning of a neck, nothing you could choke, and besides, it was a robot, it didn't need air, at least, the pilot did, but Colossus knew he had some way of getting it.
And now, the Crusher was flying up and back. It would crush Colossus, and boy, that was ironic. Especially because he so resembled...a Titan. Enormous in stature and fury, and he was going to let himself be beaten by...a machine? No way! This mech wasn't even well-built. It had many faults that even William could tell, so why let it beat him?
Colossus reacted as quickly as he could, moving his arms around the robot's "waist". Within an instant, he was using the weight of the Crusher against it. He felt the scream of tortured metal as his fingers clamped into it, and he lifted, moving the robot up more and back more, like it wanted. He was performing a suplex on it, intending on making it crash on the ground behind them.

| It was working! The Titan Crusher was going to flatten Colossus into the ground. Wait, something was wrong. The mech's angle was changing too much. Were the rockets over-performing? Or was Colossus doing this?
The Titan Crusher slammed into the ground, shoulders first. The machine rattled, and Lefray bounced around again, in spite of the metallic mesh that covered most of his torso. The Titan Crusher was damaged, and the calm female voice was making sure to inform him of every minute detail.
"Quiet," Lefray said. These words were not projected outside, he was simply speaking to the AI. "Make a note. Add a very large, very sharp spike to the back of the next Titan Crusher."
"Noted."
"Good, now let's burn him." The Titan Crusher's legs bent at an unnatural angle, aiming the landing thrusters at Colossus' torso. The giant would roast alive.
Unfortunately, the instant before the legs could get in place, the landing thrusters ran out of fuel and the flames died. Lefray closed his eyes. "Peace. Please, just a little peace." He decided to go for the next best thing. The legs, still at an angle no normal humanoid could imitate, reared back before kicking at Colossus' stomach. The awkward kick should still carry enough force to get the annoying human off the Titan Crusher's back. |

| Colossus had taken a step back after the suplex, but wasn't too far off from the Crusher yet. He hadn't expected that kick, and it hit his stomach full force. A clear liquid came out, the only thing that was in his stomach, but the kick hadn't broken anything.
Colossus wiped his mouth, eyes twitching in the beginnings of anger. He let out another primal, nearly inhuman roar, and charged at the Crusher with a slight stumble, still feeling the pain from the kick. He was aiming to bring his knee to the robot's chest as it got up.

| The kick landed perfectly, sending Colossus away from the Titan Crusher. Finally. Lefray was disappointed to see the giant human still standing, but he wasn't really surprised.
"Another note, spiked feet."
Colossus was running at the Titan Crusher, which was standing up slowly. Lefray bit his lip. If he was the size of the Titan Crusher, with his skills intact, he would be able to deal with this giant easily. However, transferring martial arts to a giant robot was more difficult than he had imagined. As the giant drew closer, Lefray willed the Titan Crusher to move faster.
As Colossus kicked his knee up, the Titan Crusher reacted with a sudden, surprising agility. It moved to the side, dropped to the ground, and swept a metal leg in the path of Colossus' non-kicking foot. If this worked out, then Colossus would be planting his face into the ground very soon. |

| As Colossus charged the Crusher, he hadn't expected agility at all. So, the sudden speed of the Crusher really astonished and surprised him. He had been going so fast, the kick did not only trip him, it snapped off Colossus' entire leg, sending him to a knee and both hands behind the mech.
Colossus stayed there for a few moments, that seemed like eternity, seemingly crippled. But then, with an intense roar, his eyes flashing blue, he jumped onto the back of the Crusher. He began to bite at where he thought the pilot was, some teeth falling out as he attempted to bite through the metal.

| It had worked, good. Lefray was surprised to see Colossus' leg go flying off. He certainly didn't expect that, but decided to take it as a positive bonus. He had some trouble getting the mech to stand up, but soon he was standing above the one-legged human giant.
Surely, after losing a leg anyone would be out of the fight. Colossus was probably in a lot of pain right now, and Lefray was not without mercy. He would put this giant out of its misery.
Before he could, however, Colossus was airborne, leaping at the Titan Crusher. After some awkward clamoring, the giant managed to get his face in front of the pilot chamber, and proceeded to bite it.
Lefray couldn't believe what was happening. His giant, feral human was breaking the Titan Crusher apart with his teeth. Of course, his teeth were shattering, something that couldn't be pleasant, but the metal that held the pilot's chamber together was being torn apart.
Lefray started to panic. Was there no stopping this monster? He brought both of the Titan Crusher's fists smashing together, with Colossus' head in the middle. Hopefully, the giant's head would be flattened, and that would bring an end to all this biting.
Whether it worked or not, Lefray doubted the Titan Crusher would be of much more use. |

| Colossus was quite angry now, gnashing his teeth, mouth bleeding from the broken teeth. They were growing back moments after losing them, so soon he would get to Lefray...but there was an issue now.
The Titan Crusher had made a crushing move. In a desperate attempt to get Colossus off of him, William assumed, if he was even really thinking right now anyways. The fists of metal came from both directions, crushing into Colossus' skull with a sickening sound and a splatter of quickly-evaporating blood.
Colossus still tried to bite a bit more before he seemed to slump to the ground. He seemed beaten, and though Lefray wouldn't exactly know, William was still alive in the neck.

| Lefray sighed in relief. The monster was finally still. The damage the giant human had done to the Titan Crusher was impressive and terrifying. Perhaps this man was merely a meta-human with the ability to grow larger. That made more sense, now that Lefray thought about it. More relief. How would he have fared against such an opponent if he had been on foot? Not well, that was for sure.
Taking a deep breath, Lefray collected some ki from around him. It made him feel a bit more secure, but that hadn't been his motivation. The fight with Colossus must have drawn at least some attention. This junkyard was far removed from everything else, but more humans were sure to be here soon. Lefray wasn't sure how much longer this damaged Titan Crusher would last. When the giant bucket finally died, Lefray would have to fend for himself until his rescue arrived.
The Titan Crusher stood up, not bothering to move far away from Colossus. "This is Lefray. The Titan Crusher is in critical condition. My friend is telling me that the damage threshold is between 9 and 99%. She isn't being any more specific. In any case, I'm done here. Come pick me up." |

| Colossus did not stir as the Crusher began to walk off, but that did not mean he was done for. Inside the body, William was very active. Slightly moving, twitching, breathing heavy. He was mad, and going a bit mad.
"I'll...destroy that thing...haha."
William was trying to will the giant body to its feet, though it only had one. He was becoming increasingly infuriated, at the mech, himself, and especially the pilot of the robot. Colossus stirred slightly, eyes turning up slightly, seeming to glow with how intensely he was staring.
The giant was suddenly moving. A sudden flash of light as every single vein of Colossus' body flowed with ignited blood, the giant newly enraged. He flung himself forward on his four limbs, rather, three limbs and one stump. He was faster than before, roaring furiously, his head reformed, teeth sharpened. He leapt onto the back of the Crusher once more.

| What was that sound? It couldn't be the giant human. Before the Titan Crusher could even turn around to look, Colossus was on top of it. Lefray struggled to stay calm. How was this possible? He had crushed that monster's head flat! The Titan Crusher's arms started to beat at Colossus, trying to do as much damage as possible before the mech fell apart. The cracking metal and constant alarms told Lefray that it wouldn't take much longer. His mech would be unusable soon, and he had to smash this giant human to bits before that happened.
The Titan Crusher stopped punching for a moment and brought its right leg up. The joints could turn farther than those of a normal humanoid, capable of kicking Colossus' head or high back while still standing on one leg.
"Warning," the calm female voice said in Lefray's voice. "Engines are overheating."
"What does that mean?"
"The Titan Crusher cannot keep up to the physical demands you are placing it. It will explode within the next minute."
"WHAT?" |
