Enviroment: City setting

Stipulation: Both Eren's Titan form and Godzilla are maxed out vertically at around skyscraper height, but Godzilla still weighs more.

Godzilla for the win with radiation breath blowing holes in Eren he can't regen fast enough to deal with properly.

Maybe I'm a bit late to this, but definitely Godzilla. Godzilla weighs a hell of a lot more. Eren's punches might pack a whallop, but Godzilla probably wouldn't even lose balance. And once Eren gets close, radiation breath, teeth, claws- you name it- he's toast.
