Other Traits:
Paragon's legs have a number of holes riddled throughout them from his feet to around about the knees on all four of his legs. He also sports a pair of insect like wings that allow him the power of flight. Note: If Paragon transforms into a form that lacks wings or simply isn't meant to fly, he will not be able to fly under his own power until he changes into a brand new form that can.

===POWERS===

Powers:
Transformation: A skill that is so ingrained into the changeling form and practiced so thoroughly as to be considered religious zeal by human standards, all Changelings are required to be able to perfectly transform into forty different forms of a wide range of different shapes, sizes and species in perfect detail in under sixty seconds before they can be considered an adult in the eyes of the swarm and take their place out in the world. While Paragon was younger then the average when he finally managed to pass this test, he was by no means the youngest swarm member to do so. Because of their lifestyle and diet, Changelings need to be able to transform into whatever shape they require, be it animal or other. Evolution has shaped the Changeling body to be able to shift size, weight and body mass from something as small as a mouse to the size of a full grown buffalo in less then two seconds in perfect detail without issue. Whenever a Changeling changes form, their body is engulfed in a green light that lasts for barely a second, allowing the Changeling to change from one form to the next in the blink of an eye.

Flight: Despite their strange body shape, Changelings are able to fly under their own power. Their wings make a insect like Buzzing noise while in flight. If the changeling changes into a form that cannot fly, they cannot fly until they change into something that can. In his true form, Paragon has been clocked at being able to fly at seventy miles per hour, however he will tire quickly if he maintains this speed for longer then seven miles. Under normal conditions he is quite happy to buzz along at a comfortable thirty five miles per hour.

Energy bolts: Changelings can use the magic of their bodies to produce a destructive bolt of green, magical energy that they can fire at will. However, it is quite rare that this spell would be used unless the Changeling themselves were in danger since most Changelings prefer more covert approaches to gaining food. This is one of the few abilities that can be over a number of transformations, provided the Changeling has a medium to unleash the spell (Aka Human hands). How strong the blast is depends on both how long the Changeling has charged it and just what they are aiming to hit. The blast itself hits like a fist, designed to wind and stun rather then kill, allowing the target to be subdued for feeding purposes.

It's hard to say just how strong this spell can become since Changelings are generally quite gifted at knowing just how much power they need to pack into the blast to wind and stun the target without causing intentionally causing internal damage. The few cases where such damage does take place can be blamed on per existing medical conditions in the target that the Changelings would not have been able to know about. Changeling bolts have proven capable of winding and bruising Tamaraneans, despite the fact that it normally takes several such shots to fully render a combat ready Tamaranean solder unconsciousness.

Feeding: Changelings feed on powerful emotions. They can eat physical food but that is more of a means to an end to help them get to their real food source, the emotions of others (True Love being treated as the finest cuisine fit for royalty). Changelings have a number of skills designed solely to get close to a person and vastly increase certain emotions for the intention of feeding off of it. While there are a couple of different feeding methods, the most common, every day one is to wait for the emotion of choice to reach the desired level before making eye contact with the chosen victim. Regardless of their current form, the Changelings eyes will glow bright green as its hypnotic stare freezes the target, bringing them under control (How long this takes depends on the persons willpower, how emotional they are at the time and just what sort of emotion they were feeling.)

Once the target is safely in a trace like state, the Changeling will use their magic to coax out the emotion they desire in the form of a colored mist from their victims open mouth (Color depends on emotion), after which they will simply breath the mist in quite happily. There are different methods of extraction, but this is the most common and used one. Advanced techniques are really only situational improved versions of this basic method. Victims of emotional feeding will undergo a period in which their eyes will turn blue, their iris will shrink to pinprick sizes and they will remain in a zombie like trance for a period of time (How long depends on just how much emotion was taken). Given time, the victim will recover and be perfectly unharmed with little to no memory of the event or what came before it.

Mental conditioning: It is rare for a Changeling to attempt to overpower their victim and forcefully drain an emotion, since the only real emotion that can be got in this method is fear and it is a rather... nerve rattling taste. Instead, Changeling agents will get close to their victim before slowly weaving their magic into their targets mind. Mental conditioning is a spell designed to softly and silently weaken and remove mental defenses over a longer period of time, slowly turning their victim into a willing zombie like slave at a pace that they wouldn't notice at all. This is an ability that a Changeling only uses when they are playing the long game, being willing to remain undercover for days, weeks, months or even years if they deemed the prize worthy enough. This spell is quite subtle, the Changeling slowly twisting the victims mind over a long period of time to believe them over everyone else and in the end breaking off ties with family and friends to devote themselves fully to the Changeling.

It should be noted that once the Changeling stops affecting the victims mind they will recover after a period of time (Depending on how long they were under the Changelings sway) without any physical or mental issues related to the spell directly. However, the bridges burned while the victim was obsessed is a whole different matter.

Skills:
Natural Empath: Considering that Changelings require strong emotion as a source of food, it isn't really a surprise for them to be natural empaths. Being able to feel the emotions of others makes it easier for them to find a fitting meal or snack. Due to their physical design and mental training Changelings are not to impossible to overwhelm thought emotional means, making them better at it than their human counterparts.

Infiltrator and Observer: While all Changelings can be considered natural born infiltrators, Paragon's role in the Swarm was more along the lines of a deep cover spy than anything else. His task was to infiltrate a village, town or city and merely watch and learn. Considering how vital to the Swarms feeding habits this position is to the Swarm, such agents are only selected from the best of the best. Even then they are further augmented and trained to enhance their already fast ability to learn and comprehend the world around them to brand new heights.

Genius Student: Paragon was already a smart cookie to begin with, but the advanced training and augmentation undertaken in service to the Swarm has enhanced his ability to learn and master new concepts to frightening levels. While his greatest talent is that of languages ( Being able to master a new one within a single day) Paragon can learn and master things in a fifth of the time that most humans would be able to do so.

Weaknesses:
Silence: Paragon has always been apart of the Swarms hive mind. Even if he was a somewhat interdependent member of the swarm he was still connected to his family mentally. When the Hive was attacked Paragon was forced to hear the agonizing dying screams of his family. The Silence that followed however was so much worse. Paragon became quite the social animal after the destruction of the Swarm solely to try and drown out the horrible Silence in his head. While it becomes a little easier every passing day, if Paragon is forced to be alone for too long he was begin to lose his mind.

Bug Spray: Due to their insect like bodies, Changelings can be harmed by bug spray. While spraying it on their skin wouldn't be fatal under normal conditions, it would be like a human pouring a painfully poisonous acid on their skin. To a Changeling, Bug Spray is considered a monstrous chemical weapon and using it would be considered a war crime by human standards.

Interchangeable depending on form. However, Paragon himself has recently become very social and outgoing since the destruction of his Swarm in an attempt to replace the family he has lost with a brand new one. He fears being alone.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Family Members: Mother (Queen of the Swarm), hundreds of brothers and sisters. All either missing or dead.
Place of Origin: The Hive, Underneath Mt Washington.

History:
Born as the forty second egg of the fifth clutch of eggs produced by Hive Queen Hemiptera as a Drone of the Swarm, D.E 42 started live surrounded by his newly born brothers and sisters while remaining under the loving eyes of their mother and those members of the swarm best suited for dealing with the newborns. As they grew bigger and stronger, D.E 42 proved himself as a fine example of what it meant to be a Changeling with both his studies and his attitude, becoming the best of the clutch through training and hard work. Unlike certain others however, 42 tended to help his less gifted brothers and sisters improve their skills and become better suited to serve the Swarm. This did not go unnoticed by his Mother who gave him the name Paragon, making him the first of his clutch to earn a true name.

Selected to become one of the Swarms intelligence field agents, one of the most vital of jobs for the Swarm, Paragon accepted without hesitation. Undergoing advanced training and augmentation to make him better equipped to serve the Swarm in this role, Paragon proved himself a capable agent. With one final meeting with his Mother, he was given the job of observing Jump City in order to better inform feeding parties on where they should focus their efforts and how best to go about their tasks. Within a matter of days Paragon was alone in Jump City, setting himself up in positions around the city that allowed him the best places to learn things without being noticed. The night life culture of the city provided him with a vast source of food with minimum risk of discovery.

Several months into his assignment, Paragon was horrified to hear the screaming and shouting of his family over his connection to the hive mind. With effort he was able to translate a few details about what was happening, discovering that the Hive was under attack by humans and being gassed. The last words he heard from his mother was that the Hive was to be abandoned and that the latest clutch of eggs needed to be saved. After that... nothing but silence. Paragon has not returned to the Hive for a number of reasons, mainly because he knows there will be nothing for him there. Only ghosts of the past.

With nowhere better to be, Paragon remained where he was. He will remain until the next course of action is clear.

Paragon got the idea for his 'Tony Stark' form from a comic book he was reading while pretending to be a child in order to get close to the son of one of Jump Cities politicians. He has kept it ever since.

Okay, we have 1 too many powers. None of the 6 powers you have right now are super powerful, but 5 weaker powers is the limit. Something's got to go.

Depending on what you keep, we need to know:

-How fast can Paragon fly at top speed?

-How much force does it take to take down the magical force field? What would someone have to use to make him vulnerable? How long can he keep this force field up?

-How powerful are the energy bolts Paragon can create in terms of physical force and elemental/magical damage?

After you make these additions, and remove one of the powers, I will be happy to approve this character. I like the originality of this emotion eating Changeling, and am excited to see it in action.
