The Forgotten Birthday (Open)

Nina walked back to Kyte after she finished her prayers and held him tight "I love you Kyte, you're so amazing, you're my everything, please don't ever leave" she whispered softly.

He smiled gently, hugging her.

We're spending the night here. It's a wonderful experience.

Nina grinned excitedly "yaaay!" she said before she blinked "you still have the sleeping bags right?" she asked.

He smiled, putting the bags down.

Everything we need.

Nina grinned and readied everything, rolling out the sleeping bag and just laying on it calmly.

Kyte stayed up, sitting on one of the hand rails that were usually around the decks of temples, watching the moon.

Nina stared at the moon and smiled happily, thinking back on what an amazing birthday present this had all been, her love for Kyte had grown intensely and she didn't think she could love anyone else but him, ever.

Kyte looked back to Nina. He decided that this would be the best time to do it.

Nina, love, I know you just got comfortable and everything...but could you come here for a second?

Nina blinked and stood up, walking over to Kyte curiously, stood in-front of him she stared at him "what's up hunny?" she asked, wondering what Kyte could want.

He smiled, taking her hand, and looking into her eyes.

Nina...ever since we started seeing each other, I had a feeling awakened in me. I'd never felt it before; not for all five thousand years. Never at this intensity.

That's why I think I can say, with 1000% certainty...Nina Vulpes, you are the one for me. I love you.

He got down on one knee.

Nina's eyes widened in shock as Kyte spoke his words, amazed at how sweet he was being as she stared back into his eyes, even more surprised when he got down on one knee, her heartbeat pounding against her chest as she was taken back a little, before he said anything else she crouched to his level and placed a finger to his lips "yes Kyte...yes I will marry you, of course I will, ever since we met my life has been a never-ending dream of pure bliss and love, and I don't ever want that feeling to stop, I love you Kyte, and I always will, forever and always" she spoke softly before taking her finger from his lips and kissing him passionately, holding him tight in her arms as she smiled, a few tears running down her cheeks from happiness.

He blinked as Nina shushed him, telling him that she would marry him, and telling him how she felt about him ever since they met. He smiled when she kissed him, kissing back very passionately himself, wrapping his arms around her waist tightly.

Nina smiled loads as she felt Kyte's arms around her waist, slowly leaning him backwards until she was above him, still her lips pressed passionately to him, french kissing him lovingly.

Kyte chuckled as Nina tried to lean him backwards, turning her around and pushing her to the floor, getting on top of her. He'd be damned if he let her have top, french kissing back passionately.

Nina chuckled softly as she let Kyte take top, she loved it when he dominated, it just fit him so well, letting her tongue explore his mouth as she enjoyed every moment of it, already daydreaming about their wedding.
