The Forgotten Birthday (Open)

He smiled, already nearly done with his food as he watched Nina eat. He actually didn't want to wolf down his food, but they had a lot to do tonight. He waited for Nina to finish patiently.

Nina eventually finished her meal and sat back, completely stuffed with an empty bowl and plate in-front of her, finishing the last drops of her sake she smiled at Kyte "uugh that was lovely" she said happily, covering her mouth as she burped.

He chuckled as Nina burped a bit, finding it a bit amusing.

The night has only just begun, my sweet...

He paid for the bill, tipping the waiter with a hundred dollar bill, and then helped Nina out of her chair, walking her back to the limo.

Sorry, I have to blindfold you again. And this time, you're going to be wearing it for a long time.

He put the blindfold on her again, helping her back into the limo, and then they drove to the airport. When they were there, he turned to Nina again.

I'm also going to have to ask you to wear earplugs as well. I really don't want to give away what we're doing.

He put them in, and then walked Nina to a private jet. It was only going to fly them, and it was headed to Japan. He also made very sure that the ticket booth and the private jet itself didn't tell her where they were going.

When they were on the jet, he took the blindfold and earplugs off of her.

Ta-da.

He smiled gently.

Nina looked around "w-we're on a jet?! H-how-what-where are we going?! I haven't even packed or anything!" she asked with pure surprise and curiosity, looking out if the window amazed.

He laughed gently at Nina's surprise, glad he could keep surprising her as the night went on.

Sorry...I took the liberty of packing things for you while we were at the restaurant. I marked objects and had my clansmen pack the jet while we were there. I hope you don't mind.

Nina sat next to Kyte looking completely amazed at him "n-no I don't mind at all, where are we going anyway?" She asked curiously, still unable to believe what was happening, she truly began to think of Kyte as her one true love, the person she'd want to spend all of eternity with.

Sorry, can't tell you, Kyte said, chuckling. That's the point of a surprise, dear.

Nina started to pout at Kyte, trying to make the cutest pout she could in an attempt for Kyte to reveal the surprise, before turning into her fox form and jumping onto his lap and licked his nose cutely for even more adorable points "pweeeeaaaase..." she said.

He laughed gently as Nina tried to be cute so he could tell her where they were going, petting Nina as she licked his nose.

Come on, Nina. I'm trying to make this your best night ever. And in order to do that, it has to be a surprise.

He pulled out a laptop from under the seat, putting it in her seat.

Here's your laptop. Play League of Legends or something.

Nina turned to her human form and huffed at Kyte before she looked to her laptop and decided to lay across his lap, her stomach area resting horizontally on his lap as she played some Grand Chase, smiling happily at the cutsieness of it and the amount of badass looking attacks.

It was a few more hours until they landed, and Kyte was happy with Nina just laying there and playing Grand Chase. When they landed, he smiled, and put the blindfold and earplugs on Nina.

He walked her out of the airport, and into the limo.

Just a bit longer, I promise, he said, taking her earplugs out.

Nina smiled excitedly "I can't wait sweetie!" she said, her curiosity almost at it's peak.

They finally arrived at a Japanese home amidst a forest of cherry blossoms, with a few koi ponds and rock gardens. They also had a torii gate on the walkway to the house. Kyte smiled, and helped Nina out of the car, before taking her blindfold off.

Welcome to Japan, love.

Nina stared at the house in amazement and looked at the cherry blossom trees and the torii gate, falling back into Kyte as she almost feinted "K-Kyte...th-I..woah..." she said at a total loss for words.

He laughed gently, and helped Nina stand.

I guess I really did surprise you, huh?
