Under New Ownership (Open to all)

Within the Pylon night club numerous teens where dancing to loud music from all the latest artists. others where hanging out at the local bars, where ID was throughly checked, but juice and soda was also provided to any minors. Lights and smoke filled the dance floor with a snese of freedom, mystiq and ambiance as the club goers all went about thier busniess and enjoyed themsleves. As such, no one seemed aware that they where being watched, by a figure in the office overseeing the club thorugh a glass floor that allowed only one to view the dance floor through the office.

Inside the office a medium sized man, with a storng build; dressed in gray slacks, with black suspenders, a white collared shirt, and a tie drapped around his shoulders was watching the club goers down below. Carlo Vinci lite one of his cigarettes and smiled as he saw the club goers mill about, and do what he loved most of all, spend money. Since being made a Capo in the Romano Mafia Family, Carlo had been sent out west with his fellow Capo and childhood friend Dominic Moreitti. however where as Dominic was busy tkaing over all Gambling operaitons out west for the Family and setting up his palace and throne in Jump City, Carlo had instead come to Steel City. Under orders from Don Romano himself he has come to the city to help forge a peace to it's troubled streets and bring an end to the constant gang warfare.

He had already forged an alliance with Mr. powers, ensuring he had the most powerful man in the city backing him up. At the same time, he had already established connecitons with the local olice chiefs and even had some Aldermans and the Deputy-Mayor on speed dial. Now with his control of the local dock workers union as a front and having purchased the Pylon club as a form of extra income; Calro had established himself well in the city. At the same time his name was feared amongst the local gangs who know new to be afriad of him and not cross him. As such Carlo smiled as he turned back to one of his men who had just poured him a glass of red wine as he tapped his foot in collaberation with the beat of the music.

"Looks like a good night for busniess eh Carlo?" the man asked as he handed Carlo his wine.

"Always a good night for business Silvio" Carlo responded as he sipped his wine.

As he sipped his wine and enjoyed his cigarette, the Italian gangster suddenly saw his desk phone ring. Walking over, Carlo snuffed out his cigarette and sat down in his cheer, kicking his feet up on his desk as he answered the phone and sipped his wine.

"Hello? Oh Frankie! Buoena Sera, how are you? Uh huh, yeah it's all taken care of. I got things out here. You and Antonio can count on me" he said as he spoke on the phone to the Family Underboss.

Crowds.. To many people. He's not used to this. He's been alone so long. The bouncer at the door tries to stop him, but a little pressure on the mans hand changes his mind, and the enormous young man walks right into the club. Still, he's not comfortable.

Other club goers look at him strangely, a huge young black man, clearly not dressed for scene, in a white sleeveless shirt that has a half dozen.. are those bulletholes? Maybe, maybe not. The large young man moves around towards the rear of the club, where he figures the offices will be.

Another bouncer, contacted by the first, moves to intercept him.. "Look, you can't be in here." The man places a hand on the chest of the young man, and his expression changes. The huge man says in a deep voice, "Where is your boss.. The BIG one."

The bouncer, a big guy himself, backs up a step as if scared or intimidated somehow.. "There." He points a finger, and then is swept easily out of the way of the large intruder, who basically walks through him, knocking him out of the way. He moves directly to said office, two guards standing outside of it.

"Hey.. What do you want?" One of the cheap suit wearing guards says, exposing a sidearm stuffed into his belt.

"Tell Carlo that Eddie Bianchi sent me, the guy from Vegas. He should know."

The two guards look at eachother.. then one of them turns to go into the office to make his report.

Carlo was continuing his call with Francesca when one of his men walked in with a worried expression, prompting Carlo to give him a wierd and annoyed look.

"Carlo, we got a guy outside right now whose said he wants to see you"

Cupping his hand on the phone, Carlo looked annoyed as he said, "Tell him to get in line and pick a number, I'm busy here."

The thig however shook his head and said, "Boss you don't understand, he said Eddie Bianchi sent him."

This instantly made Carlo look up in shock and he stared surprised for a moment as he took in the informaiton. Edward Bianchi, also called Eddie and Sly Fox Bianchi; was the Family Senior Capo Regime. Although tecnically no higher then Carlo in the family chain, Carlo still took orders from Eddie who acted as a Go between for the capos and soldiers and the family leadership. Although not a violent man, he was still a dangerous one if provoked, and seeing as Carlo reported to him, well there some cases that allowed a person to jump to the front of the line.

"Frankie dear, listen I have to go. I just had a surprise meeting come up, give my regauads to the Don. Good-bye Frankie" he said as he finished the call and hung up the phone.

He then motioned for the thug to bring the visitor in while motioning to his men to take positons around the office and ready thier weapons just in case somehting didn't fit right.

"This guy tries anything, you all know what to do?" he asked of his men.

The men nodded and a few opened thier coats to show thier holsted hand guns and sub machine guns to prove thier points as the sound of the door opened and the visitor was escorted in.

Terry walked into the nightclub, regular attire of a black tee shirt with a brown leather jacket, and some blue jeans, looking around. The beat and music was nice and loud, and had a very good rhythm. It was just like those nights he spent with Dana.

He went to get some fruit punch, drinking it a bit before texting Raith. He had invited Raith here and the others just so they could chill out a bit, and blow off some stress from work. He sent the text to Raith.

Are you here yet?

Terry watched a large guy make his way towards the back, knocking along a few bouncers along the way. He wasn't seriously injuring anyone, so Terry decided to leave it alone, but kept an eye on the guy, nonetheless.

Lead in, the large young man fills the door for a second, before stepping in fully. He'ls big, 6'10 and put together like some kind of olympic freak with huge shoulders, a bull like neck, and massive, thick fingered hands. He looks around the room at all the armed men and halfway smirks.

"Eddie said you would be in the market for some muscle. You'll want my Resume. Just google The Royal Flush Gang, Ten, Las Vegas."

He then stands there in front of Carlo's desk and crosses his arms over his ruined shirt, then waits.

Raith intercepted the text just as he was finishing up some work in the bathroom stall.
I'm coming Beyond...
He said mundanely while pouring about seven bottles of pills down a toilet. He then opened the door to the bathroom stall to see three different drug dealers strewn across the floor each bloodied and bruised.
How about getting your pharmacy degree before distributing...
He said smiling and walking back out to the club atmosphere. It took a few seconds but he finally spotted Terry. He pushed and danced his way through the crowd until some big guy bumped into him knocking him over.
Dick...
He said as he fell/ sprawled to the ground. He got back up and was able to make it to Terry.

He said smiling.

Terry finally saw Raith poke through the crowd, after being pushed down by that quite large man.

You okay? I hope that guy never gets to make wrong decisions.

Terry looked around at all of the people and the lights. He then sighed.

The sad thing is when you do this job for too long, you don't know if you wanna search for any possible crime syndicates with over twenty suspects already in sight or just find a girl to dance with.

Carlo watched in shock as ten made his way in. He blinked his eyes a few times at the sheer size of the man and the strength he obviously possesed. Coughing a bit to regain his lost composer and nodded in understanding.

"I see, so Eddie sent you. Well I will be frank then my uh, large friend, but I simply can't take your word for it. I hope you don't mind me checking into this and confirming your story as a man in my position can't take any chances" he said as he nodded to his men and reached for a phone.

Suddenly the click of various guns where heard as all of Carlo's men with drew guns and aimed them at Ten. Carlo glared in suspicion of Ten as he dialed a number and waited for it to ring a few times before it was answered.

"Hello? Yeah Eddie, it's Carlo como sera. Yeah, yeah I got those numbers for ya, but look the reason I'm calling you is becasue I got a rather big and storng looking young man in my office who said you sent him. Uh huh, Ten yeah that's his name. Royal Flush gang, ok good good. Duked it out with the Man of Steel once, ok ok, just wanted to confirm it. Ok I'll use him and give him some good work, I need all the help out here I can get. Thanks Eddie, my best regards to your wife and kids. Areivederchi Eddie, thanks again" he spoke on the phone as he made a hand motion and all of his men put thier weapons away.

Carlo then placed his hands on his desk and looked at the Ten. "I assume then you know who I am and who I work for. I apologize for that right now, but if everyone came in here saying they knew a high ranking member of the Romano family, I'd be richer then Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor. That being said, I am willing to take you on into my crew as what we call an Associate. Effectively this means you will work for me and get a reguarly fee here at the Pylon as a guard and bouncer as a start. You do good, and I'll give you more paying jobs taking on any gang member or punk that tries to muslce in on my turf or hurt any civilians on my turf"

He then stood up and gave him a strong look, or as strong as he could give someone as big as Ten. "There are two main rules as a member of my crew. Even though you can't be made, as an Associate you are expected to follow the same rules of Omerta as everyone else in this room. That means anything you hear in here stays here. Break it and I'see your giant backside tossed out onto the street. The 2nd rule is, that if in working for me, aside from what I pay you, you are allowed to keep any cash you may find on the rival gangs. Even if in a safe, take it by all means. However as a tribute to me and the fmaily 60% of that cash must be given to me. Your reguarly payment is yours to keep, and don't try and hide any extra cash you come across. I'll know if you are ok. Are these terms acceptible to you?"

The huge young man waits as Carlo makes his call, not even glancing at the men raising firearms at him. He seems completely and totally unconcerned about it. Of course, The Man of Steel melted a STEEL OBELISK over his head and the molten metal didn't even singe his skin.. so a few bullets are unlikely to do much to him.

He listens closely to what Carlo says not him, and nods a yes when he says "I assume then you who who I am and who I work for." He listens to everything, and doesn't interrupt. He's somewhat insulted when Carlo tells him he'd be used first as a guard and a bouncer, but a moment later figures the man needs to protect himself as well. Letting someone like Ten in all the way right away could be dangerous. Heck, Ten figures this guy doesn't even have access to the weapons tech necessary to even give him the equivalent of a paper cut.

When Carlo finishes, Ten nods. "Yeah, they're acceptable with some Caveats. First, I have no money or anywhere to stay. I just walked here from Belle Reve Penitentiary with nothing more than the clothes on my back. I'll need an advance and room. Second, once I prove I'm a loyal worker and you decide I'm trustworthy to begin helping clean up this city.. I'll expect to be paid like anyone else with my abilities would be paid. Number 3. When I was in Belle Reve they put a collar on me and the rest of the prisoners. They called it an inhibitor collar and it blocked my strength, though it didn't make me any easier to hurt. I want one that will do the same thing to me."

He pauses for a moment, then figures he'll need to explain further. "Anyone with a little extra strength can be a Tommy Terror.. and just use their strength when fighting. What separates the real heavy hitters from the others is skills. Without reducing my strength to a normalized level I can't train without knocking over buildings. With something that blocks my strength.. I can head down to the local gym and workout without killing anyone. Develop the skills necessary to really utilize my abilities to their full potential. If you can agree to that, I agree to your terms."

Ten will hold out his huge hand to Carlo.

Carlo nodded his head approvingly as he looked at Ten and sipped his wine again. he then gulped his sip and then said, "I can give you an advance to get you set up. I also happen to own a buliding down at the docks that has apartments in it, but I'm warning you that it isn't going to be a five star resort. But it has what you'll need to get by and I'll take care of your rent while your working for me."

He then stood up and scratched his chin as he said, "I don't know much about technology but I got a guy named Vinnie who can probably get that collar you want. Just give him the specs and and he will handle the rest. Once you show you cna handle the streets I promise to pay you what I do the rest in my crew get. That being said, I believe we will work fine together."

he then reached out and shook Ten's large hand. As he did, one of Carlo's men came up form behind him and whispered into his ear. As he did, Carlo suddenly looked shocked and then angry as he walked over and looked down at the large crowd below, his eyes settling in on a pair of teens talking to each other. Looking back towards Ten, Carlo made a head motion and said, "It seems that we have a mess to clean up in the bathroom. According to what I have just learned, those two had a hand in it. You Ten can get to work right now, I want to have a word with those two about messing up my club with broken and injuried dealers."

"I figured I'd be the one breaking and injuring dealers." The large man says as he turns around and heads out of the office. How best to handle this situation? Go down there and just grab them? That never works. Young men, probably tough. He could probably get one of them, no problem.. But both, he's not fast enough, and he knows it. If only Jack were here.

He'll have to use his brain.. and when he exits the office he comes up with a plan. He looks over to one of the guards,

"... I'm going to need something."



A few minutes later, a pair of very attractive twins walk up to Raith and Terry...

"Hey, studs. Want to buy a couple ladies a drink?" One of the two asks.

Think about it like this most of these guys are packing heat, doing coke, or planning to hurt someone here... You just gotta ignore the ones who are discreet enough and make an example of the obvious ones.
Raith said smiling at Terry. He then spotted the two girls and heard the ones words through the crowded club. John smiled and leaned in on Terry.
The one on the rights mine...
He said smirking as he then walked away from him. John put his hand on the small of her back and looked at her.
Depends what you're drinking?
He said with a grin.

Raith told him they should just focus on the ones who were obvious, and ignore the ones that were discreet. Some girls called them over, and they were quite beautiful. Terry looked at them, and almost walked over, but was reminded of Dana. Instantly, heartbreak displayed itself over his face, first from desperate sadness and loneliness, to a frozen cold expression.

Screw taking the right. You can have both. I'll stay here.

The girl Raith goes up to grins at him, while the other pouts that Terry didn't join them. Though that doesn't last long as the girls both are soon cuddling up on Raith, touching him, rubbing their hips gently against him, one on either side.

"Drinking a lemon twist, cuteness." Number One says, as she pulls a cherry out of her current drink and pops it in her mouth, gently sucking on it. Number Two nuzzles up under Raiths arm and puts her arms around his waist. "Looks like you get two for the price of none. But that's ok, your friend isn't half as hot as you."

These girls are certainly being forward, they're both already probably a little drunk, if not a little more. But gorgeous twins who seem ready to go? Thats almost too good to be true.

Raith was just amazed at this... He knew he looked good, but this was movie star treatment. He walked with his arms around both girls, but didn't stop when they pasted the bar. John led them to some stairs... And to an office that was off limits to guest at the club.

He said ripping of his shirt revealing his huge angelic wings. He then smirked and said.
