| If there is one word to describe the authorities in Jump City, it would have to be; determined. Only a matter of fifteen minutes or so ago, and Hydra (along with Nina) had broke free two of their HIVE classmates; War Machine and Gadgeteer. Managing to give the police the slip, it appeared as though now the metahuman’s had become the prey as squad cars patrol up and down the various Jump City streets. The weather didn't help either party really, a cold, blistery afternoon. Clouds hanging around above the city, looking like they’ll pour with rain soon enough. There was a little bit of fog around Jump, but not anything that would concern anyone.
Having decided to go their separate ways, we’d find Hydra downtown; having just free fell off from atop a building. She fell down into the alleyway beside the building, landing on her feet with a thud, needing to use one hand for balance before standing up. Luckily for her, the wet suit she was wearing did not have the ‘HIVE’ logo depicted upon it; though the fact she wasn't wearing normal clothes would be enough to raise suspicion. She gently walked towards the very end of the alley, poking her head out as she looked around the corner. It seemed to be clear, for now anyway. Looking the other way now, and she could spot a vehicle moving towards her with some speed, slowly the sound of the alarm blaring, coming into hearing distance. A sigh, Hydra would back into the alley again. Maybe the other end would show better luck. She turned and walked away, needing to find the best way out possible.
“FREEZE! Police!”
The voice of a police officer; calling out to Hydra who was about halfway to the other end of the alleyway. The police officer stood his ground where he was, pointing a gun towards Hydra. Most notably he had a baton and a Taser as well, both attached to his belt. But it seems the gun was an obvious choice. A sigh, Hydra would casually shrug her shoulders, turning around to face the officer. She had a look of mischief about her, confident that she was in control despite having a gun pointed towards her.
“You just, put your hands up where I can see them! …I don’t want no mutant freak playing games”
Charming, eh? At least his voice was loud enough to mask the sounds of his partner who had gone round the other side to slowly creep up on her. He had a gun in hand as well, making careful, precise movements from cover to cover, making his way ever closer towards her. Perfect plan.
“Just let me be on my way, and you’ll get one last chance to see your fami-“
“SHUT IT! FREAK! I’m the one with a gun here, you do, as I say”
The other officer was making steady ground, crouched down now as he was only a couple of meters away from his target. Hydra had caught a glimpse of him in the corner of her eye, having heard his footsteps a few moments ago. She gladly allowed him to sneak up closer, a plan forming in her head. He had his gun clinched in his hand, ready to strike her in the back of the head with a clubbing blow. He raised his arm, about to do it, not expecting for her to be aware. Hydra quickly turned around, clenching the officer by his wrist, squeezing tight. He dropped the gun, and now with ease; Hydra threw him towards the other, launching him into the rather big mouthed one. The two collided, both falling to the floor, weapons dropped; both unarmed and in a bad position right now.
Hydra had grown weary of these games, she just wanted to head home is all. But, it appears that is a right taken away from Atlanteans now. Hydra looked pissed, an expression of pure anger and frustration as she slowly walked towards the two officers. Her eyes glowed with a bright cyan color, infused with power. The two officers had crept back slowly, pulling themselves back as best they could. It didn't matter as Hydra pushed both hands forward, generating a jet force blast of water at the two. Both were picked up in the current, sent through the air to hit the side of the building across the road. As they hit it, a bit of debris fell down before those two officers did, falling down with a thud, unconscious; with possibly a few broken bones. But for now they had been dealt with. The eyes of Hydra returned to a normal sate, and she walked off down the alleyway; maybe that little stunt will prove useful, a distraction for her to find a way home.

| Isenstein could see a small plum of smoke rising from the distance. He knew where exactly that smoke was rising from: the Jump City Prison. He was patrolling the rooftops, hoping that it would be an uneventful night but his hopes were shattered. He had looked forward to visiting a club some where in the downtown area but instead he was faced with the chore of finding out who broke into the prison and killing that person. He heard an officer yell, "FREEZE" from a far off distance but paid no mind to that. He figured it was just some punk getting caught, nothing more. Until he saw a small dust cloud coming from the alleyway where he heard the officer yell "FREEZE" and a slight tremer from the building collapsing. He jumped from rooftop to roof top, unsheathing his sword as he jumped from one roof top, then his switch blade from another roof top. He was fully equipped with shurikens, two tomahawks, and his Ming Dynasty blade. When he finally arrived at the location, he could only see a woman walking away from the destruction. He looked at the debris and could see the two officers lying unconscious. This could be the person that had broken into the prison but he needed more proof then two unconscious cops. He walked in the same direction as her, following her until her path was blocked by fifteen of Jump City's finest and seven police cars. He listened as they demanded the surrender of the girl but decided to help her for a moment. He took out his phone and played around with a little tool he liked to call "Hack 2.0". He pointed his phone toward the cars, which promptly played Catgroove by Parov Stelar as loud as possible.
In the midst of the distraction, he jumped down from the roof top and landed softly in front of Hydra. He didn't look at her first but instead, started to walk with the beat, skipping and dancing as he twirled his sword with the beat. He wanted to have some fun before he murdered the lot of them. He crouched down and dove forward, spinning himself in the air as he held his blade towards them. One by one he had cut them down while dancing to his favorite song. He wasn't going to the club anytime soon sense he had to handle this missoccurance. There were shots fired and police batons with the officers who tried to defend themselves, but Isenstein's training was to good for normal means of killing. When he was finished, he took his phone out, sighed, and clicked a button to turn off the music.
"That was fun," He said absent mindedly, "Now, why were they trying to stop you?" He looked at the villain and felt his heart drop. It was Venus! The girl he had met a couple days (I'm assuming a couple days passed). He put his switch blade back into his coat pocket, keeping his Ming blade out, and looked towards Venus, waiting for an answer. He was perfectly disguised, his mask hiding his face, his hair dyed black instead of his original red shown.

| "Can't a gal' make her way home anymore?"
Hydra had asked, having seen the murder of a few officers in front of her very eyes. A scene that may not be so easy to deal with for most people, but. In Hydra's line of work, or study, really; it was something of a norm. Folding her arms across her chest, putting slightly more weight onto one leg; she stood there in front of Isenstein; unaware of whom he really was. A yawn, she spoke.
"Look, while I appreciate the entertainment, it's getting a little late. So, if you don't mind moving aside, I'll be on my way... or are we going to have a problem?"
She said, hinting past her shoulder at the result of her interaction with a couple of Jump City finest. Swords don't exactly strike fear into an Atlantean, naturally.

| "Now, now." Isenstein said, wagging his sword as if disciplining a dog who wanted to go outside after going outside for a third time. "We have plenty of time till' dawn." He ran up to her quickly, grabbing her waist and pulling her close as he straightened his sword to point in a prepared thrust through her chest. It almost seemed that they were about to tango, except for the sword that was pointing to her chest. He wasn't planning to stab her but had the idea that if he had her arms restricted, it would make it easier for him to fight her. So close quarters it is. Except for the problem that she is an Atlantean and has the power to command water. His plan seemed perfect in his head, he had the upper hand with a Ming blade that could cut through steel, and if he needed to escape quickly before she could attack he had smoke pellets at hand. "Was it you, my goddess?" He said, slipping out the goddess part on accident. "That opened the gates letting all of those baddies out of the prison." He said, pressing his blade a bit against her, a small trail of blood flowing. | |

| What is it with all the 'Goddess' stuff lately? To her kind, she was just a common Atlantean like her parents. Guess on land moving water is special, hence the freak remarks... and the goddess ones.
"You and your sword, need to learn a little something about space"
Yes, Hydra didn't like this close quarters stuff, it was a little too close. Not that it really mattered, she just preferred the sound of water as opposed to the sound of a thump from a punch, made possible by her Atlantean strength. A look down to where the blade was pointed at her, it wasn't the nicest of feelings, a sword being stuck into you. However, when Hydra had realized the sword had cut past her Atlantean skin slightly, it angered her. That, was a mistake. She would use just one hand to push Isenstein back in one foul swoop, creating distance between the two of about four to five meters is all, nothing excessive. Her eyes would fixate on the person before her, a cold dead stare, fists clenched at either side with her pink hair flowing majestically in the wind. Hydra was far from amused.
"Problem it is. I'll give you a ten second head start, then... I'm going to kill you. Oh, and before you think of hiding. Don't. I'll turn this City into Atlantis 2.0 if it means ending you"
Not that she has ever once tried to flood a City, it'd likely be a huge drain on her powers. It was more of a threat, to induce fear if anything. Though those words were said with a degree of certainty and meaning, in a rather cold tone. Hydra certainly has nothing to lose from this battle, or any other for that matter.

| And now, Isenstein has regret his actions for once. He stabbed his sword in concrete as he stabilized himself from the force of the push, the concrete splitting in two. He pulled his sword out of the concrete, much like King Arthur and his sword. He stood up, pretending not to have regretted his decision about standing against her. He held his sword toward her, readying it in an defensive stance. He wasn't going to allow her to escape but he couldn't just kill someone he cared about. Well, it was more of a, I just met you and lets be friends. He had taken out several smoke pellets and kept them ready when she counted to ten. Once she did, he held his arm up and slammed the pellets down, creating a massive smoke screen enough to consume the block. He hide inside the smoke, throwing more pellets to keep the cloud going. He wanted her to think he escaped, when really, he was quite close. | |

| "Coward!"
Hydra would yell a split second before the smoke engulfed the area around her. Some degree of coughing, she looked about around her, looking for where he may have gone. Though of course, the smoke wasn't helping with visibility at all; well purchased items right there, working correctly

| "If I was a coward," Isenstein said within the smoke, his voice giving off an echoe, making it harder to tell where he is. "I would have ran away by now." He ran past her, making a small cut on her arm, and then dissapeared within the smoke. He crouched in the smoke, dropping one pellet to keep himself hidden. He twirled his blade slightly, making a swooshing noise that merely echoed within the smoke. He was hoping she would leave or atleast run away in fear. It was a hope that he feared would not come true. He ran toward her again, holding the blade upwards for another attack. | |

| One thing that Albert didn't quite know about 'Venus' yet, is her temper. The difference between being angry and being calm for Hydra can change just as quickly as how the waves come and go. These 'cowardly' attacks were just a mere annoyance, and in know way threatening Hydra to leave. The cut on her arm didn't bother her, her Atlantean skin could easily take such a weak attack. Her eyes took on an aqua blue color as she gritted her teeth, the two buildings either side rumbled frantically for a few moments, as water built up from the water pipes within. Finally, a burst, as bricks went flying, the alleyway was doused in a stream of water; washing away the smoke that had filled the area. The water it self felt so rejuvenating as it touched the skin of Hydra, she smiled, delighted; ready for a fight.
"I hope you like that sword, buddy. It's the one I'm going to be prying from your cold, dead hands once we're finished here"

| Isenstein only had a second to see the water rushing from the alleyway towards him and the only thought that came in his head was 'Damn, I'm going to get wet aren't I?' The water had engulfed him and sent him to the other side of the street. The dye in his hair was washed off, revealing his bright red hair. He breathed in slightly but cringed as he felt something stab his arm. He looked down and saw he was pinned with a piece of rebarb on his arm. He gripped the rebarb and pulled it out, the pain becoming extreme until it slowly numbed. He grabbed his sword that he dropped in the water and twirled it in his hand. "This could have been simpler." He said, his blood dripping down into the water. He ignored it for now and grabbed his butterfly knife, holding it with his wounded arm. He ran toward her again, blindly attacking. | |

| "You can't be serious..."
Running head on, at Hydra, in an alleyway, which is doused in water? Are you mad? The water from the ground would rise up to create a high pressured wall a few meters in front of Hydra. He wasn't going to be able to get past that in a hurry, and when he did? Well, Hydra had a clenched fist waiting.

| Isenstein threw his butterfly knife toward her feet, the knife stabbing into the ground. He stepped on the knife and launched himself in the air, holding his sword up. It looked like he was going to slice down into her, but instead his blade was aiming for the power lines. He cut through them, the powerline's electricity snapping as it fell to the ground, hitting the water and sending an electrical current through them. He landed on his knife, the rubber handle blocking the current, protecting him from any harm from the electricity. He placed his foot on his knee, standing on the knife handle, and holding the sword toward her, placing his free hand on his chest in a half prayer. He looked like one of the Hindi statues except without all the arms. | |

| At the sight of electricity, Hydra had darted back a step or two, keeping her distance. Electricity was a hazard for her. Hydra would scoff before pushing both hands forward, generating a blast of water to knock Isenstein backwards, to a wall. She walked towards him now, slowly, but show two more blasts of water towards him. These two blasts would form a cage like shape around Isenstein. Once again highly pressured, tough to move through as to allow Hydra time to react should he think of making an exit. She now stood just in front of him and the cage, a hand on her hip as she gazed over her opponent.
"Before we end this, little date. Hows about I see that sweet ol' face you be hidin'?"
A bright smile as she spoke. She'd hope he would remove the mask for her, and how could he say no? Hydra was for once, not the one being netted

| Isenstein felt ashamed as he sat in the cage. The bleeding had already stopped from his wound but he felt more ashamed about being captured than being easily wounded. Heng would have a fit when he came home, that is if he came home. He leaned on the cage, placing his arms around the bars and said. "I'll give you a hint of who I am. Come closer." He said, moving his index finger towards him. When she came close enough he pushed the mask up to reveal his lips and grabbed her, kissing her lips like he did when he first met her. He grinned, leaving the mask where it was. "My hair doesn't give you any hints? Hopefully that does, Venus." He said, playing his last card. He wanted to talk to her, that is, if she realizes who he is. If not, he had no plans to avoid this water cage. | |

| "YOU!"
Hydra would say, having taken a step back following the kiss. It was if the anger that was fueling Hydra had been dispelled, for the cage of water fell to the ground into a puddle. Though this just raised further questions, like; Why would he cut her? Really, Hydra didn't know what to think just now. Clearly he was aware it was her to begin with, why proceed with such a battle?
"You could of got yourself killed, you know"
She'd respond in a slightly heated tone, a little annoyed that they had even fought it all.
