Born a year after the continious conquest of the Victorian era,Minerva's parents were wealthy as for fewer years others people suspected that she was different and mistreated her.However with all that at age of 5 she extremely became bossy over her family and caused off theirs death by a mysterious non-controlled energy force.Shortly before her 10th birthday, she escaped a Britannic orphanage and secretly lived her life in an adoptive house who also started to see her hardcore behavior as in the end she was banished after killing off the adoptive parents.When she departed alone in a newer place to life which for the moment had to be an abandoned library.Minerva at 11th was accidentally seeking for a good book who turned out to be an old black book who became the source of her powers.For months she kept training by herself and discovered all she could do and the others books knowledge was likely helping her but then Minerva had enough of all the citizens who misjudged in the past then avenged herself on them cruelly this made her turn out evil as she still show hatred on humanity.However now reaching 12th and knowing about being immortal,ageless and being able to travel time she somehow already thought of the future,meaning what would happens after the ended Victorian era?well to find it out by herself she traveled off into the upcoming time as for her arrival she landed right into the modernized timeline of Jump city or present to be precise.On that discovery Minerva was now hidden in a old creepy manor somewhere that peoples seemed to already avoid which was good because she is living in this shady abandoned house.

Energy Control/Manipulation: Basically involves the numerous ways and uses of using pure purple colored energy to create shields and force fields of varying shapes and sizes for protection and circular purpleish shapes or globes that can be thrown to disable enemies. Beams of purple glowing energy that are generated from the user's hands can also be used to knock enemies back, ensnare them, or slice through objects with a slashing strike. In addition, platforms of purpleish energy can be created and used to levitate the user and others in the air and to get to higher ground,however the limit it can take to atleast 1 full hour but if used in weaker quantities,it can take to a bonus of 1h and 20 minutes.
Immortality/Eternal Youth: The user can never die. Although she still experiences pain and injuries, mortal wounds result in the user becoming unconscious until injuries are tended upon, but her body will never rot, age or grow old. The possessor will stay young forever as the cause of the result will be gladly explained below on the next ability.
Time Travel: User can travel to future/past this given skill also combine the fact on Carter's young immortality to the point of staying as she is forever. Can encounter previous self and various selves from the past, future, and even alternate realities and alternate timelines.Minerva is not immediately all-knowing but she may still gather passed infos or those to comes in order to tell others what they want to know or missed during theirs lives.Tough she may be unable to a different location spatially, and instead just end up in the same location in a different timeline,nonetheless Time travel to the past may create an alternate timeline, in order to prevent changes to affect the original time. This means that the past would branch off into a new dimension of time, while the present would continue as though nothing affected the past. This prevents her from intended changes..
Darkness Manipulation: The user can create, control, manipulate, materialize and summon darkness,often by accessing to a variety of effects. create and summons shields or areas in total darkness and teleport one's self through massive distances via shadows.She can also use the dark energy to dispel the darkness as blast of energy, granting her a variety offensive or defensive abilities but to add,she can have only a limited time of 45 minutes if full power is unused,if she does the count stop at 25 mins.
Weaknesses:
Extensive use of the Energy power over a long period of time could deplete one's energy reserves.Minerva is prone to headaches due to the mental focus that is required to control her Energy manipulation.
Even by being immortal,eternally youth in the non-aging concept,she can still experience pain,fainting sequences and injuries that she receives from opponents who defy her and demolish all her devilish plots.
Light's manipulators and generation are especially effective against her Dark power.It also should be noted that darkness can overpower light as well and Holy items can disturb Minerva when she uses her shadowy ability.
Nowadays,there is somes limitations to be strictly avoided when she time travel,but of course she may bring other peoples along,but Protection conjecture, a cause that prevents the change of the past, could interfere with the Time Travel in some cases. If not and the past is change, results in the present time, before the travel,can have unwanted results.

Habits/Quirks: When alone or not that busy,she is found to spin herself around or mess with taken down corpses well more theirs skeletons and decorate fewer areas of her creepy manor even the exterior.Also when having nothing much to do Minerva uses whats she likes to do such as sewing or think of all sort of evil plans.
Personality: Minerva is a comedious like liar and perfect at this,she is a good strategist and very well informed in several stuffs wheter past or future so it make her quite tough and smart.However while having somes sense of manners such as introduction she is heavily cruel and careless on a person's life and will not let her being influenced by any others evil beings out there that need her help for whatever reasons.She likely always work by herself,she would obviously take down anyone who crosses theirs paths around Carter while her plotted schemes are happening.It is shown that she cares more on fewer animals especially black cats or darkish colored creatures rather than humans or heroes,overall she is quite silent.
