The Dead Rise- Claira (open)

"Alright... So we're in the ghost world here. Try reaching out to that folding ladder. You should be able to manipulate it."

The flame soul of hotwire reached out the extra distance, about an extra foot than sissels range, and went into the ladder.

"Alright... let's see if I can unfold it."

He switched back to the land of the living.

"Nothing. Can't do it."

"Odd... try that T.V." Sissel said, referring to a tv on a store shelf.

Hotwire went to the t.v, and concentrated. The T.v began to vibrate, before launching into the air and levitating in front of claira.

"Cool... I can levitate technology. I think it has something to do with the powers I used to have."

"Interesting. Can you manipulate it?"

As if in response, the t.v flickered to life and hotwire's face appeared.

"Claira? Can you hear me?" Hotwire's said.

"Hmmm... full technology control. That's new. I've seen levitation before, but not so specifically. Probably due to the variations in the powers."

When the tv levitated over to Claira she hold Hotwire protectively in her arms but continued to hold him but was more confused when see saw has face on the tv.

"H-How......."

Claira holds Hotwire's body a little tighter.

"Well... see that cat there. It's dead. Apparently dying in it's presence grants "souls" special powers. I can control machines. See." His soul left the TV, yet it stayed suspended mid-air, with his face still on it. He jumped to a bench, then the motorcycle he had sent at her earlier.

The engine revved up, the headlights lit up, and Hotwire's voice came in over the radio.

"See... apparently I can control multiple pieces of technology at once.

Claira held onto Hotwires body tightly tears streaming down her face. She looks at Hotwires faces then the motorcycle. She looks down to the ground continuing to cry.

"I'm so sorry...... I... I killed you didn't I?"

"Yeah... but it's okay. I really had nothing else to live for really. You apparently gave up on waiting for me." He said, releasing control on the cycle, and returning to the TV.

"But from what the cat told me... something big's going down in this town tonight... his words... not mine."

"If you weren't just a spirit I'd punch you right now... You had a life you were a hero YOU HAD FRIENDS!!!!"

Claira looks up at him seeming angry tears still streaming from her eyes.

"YOU HAD EVERYTHING TO LIVE FOR!!! Don't give me that bull %#!@ that you had nothing to live for.... YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH EVERYONE MISSED YOU AND GRIEVED OF YOUR DEATH DO YOU!! AND NOW..... They finally have you back and I took you away..."

Claira picks up Hotwire's body and stands up with his body. And shoots out Hawk wings.

"I'm bringing your body to the Titans so they may bury you properly that is if your cat friend can't bring you back nor what ever it is that brought me back like 5 mins ago can..."

"Thank you Claira... shame... they just finished taking down the statue."Hotwire said. Truthfully... he was sad at losing his life so soon after he had gotten it back.

Claira took flight and flies over to Titans Tower placing Hotwire's body on the ground. And picks up his com link.

"Attention All Titans the dead is rising and a good Titan is dead because of it His body lies out side Titans tower.... The dead should really stay dead.... Claira Aka Animal Shiftier over and out..... for the last time...."

Claira changes her arm into a panthers and looks up to the sky.

"Hope you find your way Hotwire I hope I see you again one day..."

Claira stabs the claw into her own chest and through her heart dropping the comlink and falls to the ground dead by Hotwire's dead body as her arm changes back to normal and her opened eyes loses the life left in them.

Sissel switched his view to the world of the dead. and began to speak to the flame.

"Follow me... you have a lot to learn about your new powers."

"... I'm sorry... I just need to think. That girl mean a lot to me... and... well... it's all a lot to take in."

"You need some time to think... don't worry. We have all the time in the world."
