| Eric punched Sabrina in the shoulder playfully. " Good job, now you have to find a roommate." Eric said watching the creepy cat. He usually liked animals, but a flying cat, that was just kind of creepy. He was glad to have another member on the team though, The Titans is a great group that now is becoming like a mini justice army. Eric was going probably going to be leaving soon, so he's taking in everything before he goes his separate way. | |

| Sabrina paused for a moment and looked at Eric, a room mate? She was going to share a room with one of the team members, an easy way to learn about the team. Arzraya yawned and stretched her wings out and rolled into a more comfortable position. "I would suggest finding some one who you can over power easily in case they were to learn your plan."
Sabrina nodded to her familiar,"Good plan."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jay was wondering down into the kitchen when she saw the cat laying across the back of the couch,"Alright, who is letting in the cats?" She asked before setting her eyes on Sabrina, then she looked over at Eric and Honest. "Newbie?" With out waiting for their answer she jumped up and went over to the witch.
"HI! I'm Jay, Are you a new member? OH! What powers do you have? oh, and is that your cat? If so, please make sure it doesn't eat any birds around here. I kinda have a bond with birds. OH! That's an interesting tattoo, where'd you get it? What does it mean? Is it celtic or something?" Jay attacked with so many questions all at once with out waiting for an answer. Then suddenly she paused and looked over at the kitchen,"I need sugar..." she said to herself.
Sabrina blinked a couple times, surprised that there was some one this hyper on the team, then the fact that she thought she needed more sugar? Was she nuts? | |

| ooc:// Moon, you're having Eric leave the team? Oh! And Foal, would it be okay if I had Honest start Sabrina's actually test (like, a legit training session in the training room) right away? If so, I'd like to continue this thread in the Training Room section of the Titans Tower. It's totally up to you, though, and I'd like to get Moon's input, too. Last thing, apologies for being so late. I nearly forgot that you had already replied, Foal! My bad! bic:// Honest rolled his eyes, again doubting how safe of a plan this whole 'new membership' thing was, even if it was on a trial basis. And that cat of hers... the shapeshifter had seen a lot of weird and fantastical creatures in his time––heck, his creations made up a big bulk of the mix––but it wasn't so much the hybrid of felines and avians that set off alarm bells in his head; the intelligence of the cat did it, almost so naturally that Honest might have guessed the animal could actually be a human in disguise, but that may have been a little far-fetched. Maybe I'm just paranoid, he gesticulated silently, ...or maybe I'm just not seeing the whole equation... all the variables and the purpose of their existence...
But that train of thought was severed when none other than the Princess of Hyperactivity suddenly appeared in the room, spouting away an introduction in a true-to-self, excited and crazy fashion. Liev both laughed and sighed as comfort began to ease his tension when a familiar, friendly, and trustworthy face came into his field of vision. He was genuinely delighted to have a fellow member of the tiny team he joined back a couple of years ago as a colleague again. Sure, Grace Koori had also been one of the founding members of the Teen Titans' east division, but she had never been the most kind or easy to get along with kind of gal like Jay was. It embarrassed Liev, however, that when he and the half-bird, pretty, young woman had first met, he had acted like a serious creeper and made completely sexist, inappropriate remarks about her beauty as if she was a prize to be won.
Honest blushed.
"Jay! Calm down, mi amiga! The last thing you need is more sugar! I wouldn't be surprised if you bled the addictive stuff!" Liev replied jokingly, "but anyway, this newcomer is Sabrina who is here on a trial basis, but only because I'm SUCH a generous guy. And, I'll admit... I'm kind of a cat sort-of-guy, although Azraya over there obviously isn't your typical cat. Then again, is there anyone 'typical here?'" |

| Hyper-active chicks at the Titan's tower? Was it possible? Eric thought everyone was serious, well I guess then there's Eric. He chuckled lightly when Jay said she needed more sugar, that chick was hyperactive! Honest said are there typical people here. Eric's hand shot up. " I'm normal!" Eric joked implying that he was Human, the most normal you'll get around her. This was fun, the cat was kind of creepy, and Sabrina was some what suspicious. But if you think about it, it must be awkward to just come up to a place and ask to live there. | |

| Jay bounced on her toes as Honest told her to calm down. "But, I can't! I've already downed three cups of coffee and two dozen pixie sticks! I needs my sugars or I may explode!"
Sabrina eyed the bird girl, she was going to explode? Not surprising. The witch thought to herself.
Jay continued to bounce a little as Honest continued, "And please Honest, bleeding sugar? That's a bit crazy even for you." But after she said it Jay bit the inside of her mouth, just enough to draw a little blood. Nope, not sugar.
Sabrina nodded to Jay in meeting as Honest introduced her. And Azraya purred as the strange shape shifter acknowleded that she was not a normal cat.
But then as Eric announced that he was normal, it seemed every set of eyes turned on him.
"Your normal? You sure? I mean, you are on the team. Hey Honest, when did we start letting normal peoples in?" Jay teased, smiling.
"And I know that normaly, normal people don't ride a motorcycle like a maniac like you do." Sabrina added with a nuetral tone that sounded niether joking or serious.
Azraya snorted and licked her paw. Still perched on her witch's shoulders.
OOC: And sure Honest, if you want you can start up the trail. just start it up and send me a link. ^.^ | |

| So, the witch had some sort of humour... falsified or not, at least it was a start. However, Jay’s sugar addiction and crazy, loony speak became too seriously evident to ignore. Honest decided that something must be done about it. Maybe a little philosophical dealings? That would surely put anyone into a stupor of boredom...
“Ffffffffffft, humans will be humans, metahumans will be metahumans, and... well, then there’s the paranormal animals. Eric, trust me; we’re all pretty ‘normal’ when compared to that cat,” he said, but then remembered that he was still in drag, “um, well, maybe I’m the exception here!” A string of awkward yet sincere, immature yet full-hearted, and spontaneously fitting laughter pervaded the air as Honest burst into a hysterical fit and tried so hard to supress it. “Oohoo! Aha! Ehee, hee, hee, hee, hee. Oh, good gravy. Sorry, I just realized what a drag I was being with the whole ‘normal’ spiel... uh, I’ll go get changed, you guys can chat, and in ten minutes, I expect to see you in the training room, Sabrina. Oh! And pests––I mean, pets are not allowed.” ooc:// *such a subtle hint* I'll post a link to the thread once it's up, but for now you guys can make any replies you want to, of course. Also, Moon, if you'd be willing to join in on this next one, it would be awesome! |

| Eric chuckled at Jay's sugar over load. Crazy much? He smiled softly then jumped up as Honest left. " Okay, now since that old ball of energy left. I'd like to know more about you." Eric joked but then came of serious. So what he was a human that rides motorcycles like a maniac! He still can come off serious too! " Well, if this is too much to ask, i'd like to know about your past, growing up with your parents." Eric asked with a half grin. He kind of felt bad that he didn't talk to Jay, she needed a lot of attention, and sugar. | |

| Jay was about to fly over to the couch to sit and listen, but then she remembered the cat- bat- thing. Shethen glared at it and sat cross legged on the floor where she had been standing.
Azraya glared back at Jay, then deciding to annoy the bird girl some more she stretched out even further along the couch, taking up as much room as she could.
Sabrina didn't really know how to answer the question Eric had just asked. No one had ever asked her about her past. Not even when Azraya came into the witch's life had the cat asked about her before thier meeting. She sighed and thought about it.
"Well, my mother was a witch as well, though more talented then I am and her powers where very different from mine. She was a potions witch. I remember she had this huge raven for her familiar. She cared for me but was disappointed when I didn't show any forms of powers and instead just wanted to draw. So one day Azraya came wandering into the house and that tipped my mom off that some where in me I did have powers."
She paused as Azraya yawned then purred,"there's nothing that can detect a hint of magic like a familiar. Especially us winged cats."
Sabrina smiled and continued her story. "Well, my mother brewed up a potion and then used that potion to tattoo a pattern on my arm that was intended to draw out my powers. Thats where I got this," Sabrina indicated her tattoo. "It worked, but I failed horribly at potions."
Azraya let out a chuckle,"No kidding, I remember when you "accidently" blew all the feathers off of her Raven. Then as if that wasn't enough, the feathers grew back neon pink. I thought it was going to peck your eyes out."
Sabrina laughed at that memory. Luckily her mom had managed to spell the bird back to its normal colors, but she refused to help Sabrina harness her powers after that. "Any way, one day I was drawing and accidently brought a monster to life. That was when my mom finally kicked me out to fend for myself, since I had finally discovered my powers. I'm still trying to better my powers, but the only training I can get is from myself, it seems that I have a rare witch power." Sabrina realized that she may not be making the whole training thing very clear. "You see, only a witch with the same powers as the pupil can really train them, my mom was a potions witch and so couldn't teach me anything. But all my traveling hasn't helped me find any one else with my sort of powers." Sabrina shrugged, "So, I have to train myself and I hope that the Titans will help me out with some more training and challenge me to use my powers more." Almost all of her story had been true, all of it really, in a sense. She did hope that the Titans would help her, but not in the way they would imagine.
Jay had been surprisingly qiuet through the story, though she was still bouncing and fidgeting every now and then. | |
