Legends?

Ok so I was looking through the sections and I figured why can't NPC's also be Legendary right?

So I suggest making both Seth, Fake, Jemmy & Possibly Toji or Privateer Legends based on contributions to storylines.

Basically the idea is things wouldn't be the same on this forum without these characters...which is true to a degree for each one.

Other suggestions or supports for my suggested nominations?
