Black Valkyrie: Anyone Up For A Hunt?

Hello, there. I'm looking for a group/mass brawl involving my new character, Black Valkyrie. In a nutshell, she is a headless motorcyclist who doubles as a private eye detective who is trying to make her mark on the elimination of crime. She is a headless motorcyclist who doubles as a private eye detective and is trying to make her mark on the elimination, through solving unsolved cases, discretely pumping information regarding budding criminal action, anarchist plots, and more casual situations such as providing locations for kidnapping victims, drug busts, arms smuggling, and other illegal actions. However, the mere appearance of this “visage of shadow” whom little have seen, and even fewer have met face-to-face causes the familiar suspicion and distrust of the unseen anti-criminalist as has been demonstrated by Batman. In addition, Black Valkyrie’s habit of traveling only during the night has added to this paranoia of an imminent threat or the possible rise of another vigilante “hero.” Even worse, she is not only human like Batman; indeed, she is a seasoned telepath specialising in clairvoyance (seeing, by way of telepathy, visual events as they occur), psychometry (gleaming information of a person via touching/holding an item that previously belonged to the suspect in question), and even a shady rumour that this spectre has no head.

Enter the JCPD. Sure, she has helped many cases, even solved numerous accounts that no one had been able to crack. Sure, she tied loose ends to cold cases and provided conclusion to all parties involved, but nevertheless, she is working outside the law, and with sometimes “questionable” methods; judo, capoeira, and other martial arts have been counted and documented as Black Valkyrie’s effective but dangerous ways of dealing with more stubborn parties.

But she seems to always be one step ahead of ordinary humans, of beings who do well to control the majority of crime syndicates but fail most often to understand paranormal phenomena, and that includes the “new meta on the rise.”

Enter the call for metahuman volunteers, whether they be the Titans or Nighthawks, soloist metahumans, or simply “specially-equipped” beings. Although bringing in the Titans or even a select few may seem superfluous and overbearing, they want this case solved.

What I am asking for are superheroes who would be willing to come to such a task. I can expand on the planning, of course, but I prefer to wait until I see who’s interested.

Also, I just noticed that I didn't specify how/where the JCPD "called" in these superheroes for this assignment; as for the "how," I guess they could have sent some sort of notice to fairly/really well-known metas or something of the like. Fliers or any other public announcement would seem a little counterproductive in my opinion. CX For the "where," I'd say a more exclusive area of the JCPD would be ideal (like, in a branch specialising in metahuman affairs).

Does an NPC JCPD officer's briefing on the situation sound like a good place to start? I could play the NPC, seeing that Black Valkyrie wouldn't be there.

If we are privileged with no more kind souls to join us (...jeez, that sounded like I was talking about us as if we were dead...) for this hunt in about a day, I think we'll just go ahead and start this BAD BOY!

I'll start as an NPC JCPD officer. How your character has/had answered the call for volunteers, that's entirely up to you; the important thing is: you're here, you're ready, and you're desired results from this mission are pleasing enough!
