Mall heist(idiosyncratic, pm to Join)

Ravian was in the mall once again, this wasn't the best place for a heist but most metas here weren't super powerful. Mostly. Sorta. Okay that was a lie. The real reason he was here was to prove to himself how good he was or perhaps how had he was depending on what happened. This wasn't an easy place to steal from. They always had security, the stores were small and the money wasn't much. But if he could find more central way to store money henkight just he able to make this worth it.

Yesterday had been a holiday, so the banks weren't in business. This meant that he had a few hours until the mall moved it's money from where ever it was now, into a near impenetrable bank car. Well, impenetrable for him, he didn't want to draw to kcuh attention to his activities and stealing directly from a bank was a ton off attention, sure to attract at least one of the titans or maybe even several of them. He couldn't handle that without more training. Which reminded him.

As he walked past any outlets if one carefully watched Ravian, sparks kept out to him from them but they stayed simple without much arching or spreading. He gained as much extra charge as he could before starting this. He started ailing a security guard and once he opened the door to the security office Ravian simply followed behind him silently, barely slipping through as the door closed.

About half an hour later he found the safe and, with his powers he had fried it's circuits. Just after stuffing his backpack full of money he was caught, well, noticed. A few loud thumps would he heard and with a strike lightning the door of the security office came Flying off. Ravian no far behind, he jumped out of it straight to the second story of the mall, hanging on to the railign of anwalk way henlooked down as several men flowed out of the office Ravian had just escaped. A few had burns and scrapes evidence of Ravian's defense. At least they wouldnt be able to use rifles in here. Just pistols.....yay. "Careful with those! you're gonna hit someone! Like me!" he said with a slight smile. He didn't like that he had to steal but this sure was exciting. He could handle these chimps easily, maybe this would he easy.

Other than the park, beach, cafes, and knick knack stores, Galaxuis could be usually found at the mall munching on snacks before viewing the many cloths and objects Jump City Galleria had to offer. Today she decided to have churros, potstickers, and large cup of Dr.Pepper in which she was enjoying alone at a table closest to the widescreen television. She stared at her meal happily, leaning in and taking in the scents of Earths food. She bit her lip in slight excitement before grabbing the chopsticks the cashier had provided her. Without separating the sticks Galaxuis jabbed the chopsticks ferociously into a potsticker. Her mouth watered as she saw the meat and spices inside and she took a large crunching bite. Her movements stopped as her eyes grew large with detest. She grabbed the napkins from her tray and spat the mixture of potsticker and chewed up chopsticks. She stared at the mixture angrily and then grabbed the chopstick, throwing both away in a nearby trashcan. She then on decided to use her hands for the rest of the potstickers in which she vigorously devoured. It wasn't long until she consumed all that she had bought and was lazily people watching from the table. Her thoughts slowly returned to Golethie and how they too had buildings similar to malls. Her memories became more vivid as she remembers running around the mall-like buildings with her younger brother. His black eyes beaming with excitement while his curls bounced with every step he took. She remembered that dimpled smile he would wear from time to time and the laughter that would escape from his throat. Her ears drooped as she realized that her brother was a good year away from her, that everyone she had befriended and trust were all a far far distance ahead. Galaxuis shook her head as she realized her thoughts were becoming visible. In front of her stood a black replica of her small smiling brother. If she knew how to bend the colors of matter this replica would have been amazingly real. She reached out to touch him when her concentration was broken by security guards running by talking into their devices about a metahuman stealing money. She had a duty to carry, she was indeed a Titan and with that her imitation of her brother disappeared into a smog.

She flew above the rushing crowd following the security guards until she came of view of the whole situation. She saw the other security men aiming their pistols at something but why was it so familiar? Galaxuis started to get a feeling again, one that was not her own, excitement. Then she heard Ravian's voice and her heart nearly stopped "It's him again," she muttered. Though she was used to this she always found it a bit strange to get intense feelings from someone else. This however made her nostalgic mood burn away into his excitement. If he decided to play hard she was more then ready and willing to go play with him. She then realized the men pointing their weapons were in a lot more danger then they would anticipate. "Hold your fire, unless you want to get electrocuted!" She called down to the men who did as she told "In fact take cover and head back to your post, if your needed you'll know." The men glanced from one another until they faltered back to where they originally came from, hopefully still calling the police and ambulance if things got crazy. Other then a few stragglers running for their safety there was silence. She crossed her arms as she slowly glided towards Ravian "So what brings you here? The churros, soda, cloths, and earthling objects or," she smiled as she paused "Money." She placed her hands on her hips as her smile turned more playful "Watcha got in the bag, handsome?" As she asked the bag straps unraveled around his arms and begin to fall to the floor below him..

Ravian scanned the crowd as a loud female voice rang out telling the guards to take cover or be electrocuted. Who would know that? How would anyone know that? Barely anyone knew of his powers. At least who ever it was was telling the guards to go hide. He would done his best not to kill them but he made mistakes, especially when being shot at. All the loud noise bright flashes and danger of being killed any second made it hard to focus and allowed bigger, less accurate bolts. Which could even hit civilians.

But Ravian did feel like the voice was familiar. He knew it from somewhere, recently too. The name was right on the tip of his tongue, who was it!? He got his answer as Galaxuis came floating up, his smile faded slightly, what a buzzkill. He didn't really wanna fight her, hensorta knew her and she had helped him. But he pushed that aside, he definitely wasn't going to get caught.

He, slightly confused, return her smile as she floated to him. "Well you see I was just....hanging out and got in some- Hey!" he said as the shoulder straps oh his bag just, dissolved. That was his only backpack!! And now it was useless. As it fell he looked to the bag then back to Galaxuis quickly. "That was uncalled for!" he shouted as he let go of his railing and fell to where the bag was. Picking it up by the smaller hand grip on the top, it wasn't nearly as comfortable as the shoulder straps, and henwouldnt he able to hold it and attack with both hands if this got to the point where he was using his powers. "Don't suppose you would just look the other way, you know I thought we got along pretty well back at the warehouses." he said with a nervous smile.

He remembered her powers they seemed sorta, well, dangerous, powerful. Possibly able to restrain, and capture him. So where as most heroes didn't like to kill, she might not even need to knock him out to restrain him. He didn't like the thought of going to jail, "I mean honestly, there's no real reason to fight with me. You're not a Titan or any...wait? Are you?" it sorta made sense she had helped him before for seemingly no reason and now she was stopping a robbery, at the very least she was a hero. He considered his options, finnally deciding that he would hold back a bit, just a bit though.

Galaxuis smile became more mischievous as Ravian made his way to the backpack. Still floating she lowered herself to have her eyes meet with Ravians "Remember how I told you that next time I found you doing something illegal I'd have to stop you?" She tilted her head to the side "I am a Titan and though I am strangely fond of you I must carry my duties of justice that is...unless you return the money." Her cat like pupils widened with excitement for his answer. She secretly hoped that he would resist at least for a little while. Though she came to earth to find her father, she joined the Titans not only to stop crimes from effecting innocent peoples lives but to have a wider range of training. She had worked hours and hours with the Spirit Omegas back in Golethie and was deemed to return an ultimate hero. She needed more then just the training room back at the tower. Besides, she liked Ravian she knows he is a good soul who is choosing bad decisions she wasn't going to hurt him, just rile him up a bit. She wasn't going to back down from her firm words.

He did remember when she said that. He had hoped she forgot, or maybe had changed her mind but no such luck. She seemed intent on not letting him get out of this without giving up the reason he came here. Which meant he would've just done all of this for absolutely no reason. What kind of deal was that? He could do this, she wasn't that tough. Bough hendidnt like that smile she was getting, it looked far too....confident. He would wipe that smile off her little alien face. For start he laughed.

In he face, as if he even implying she could stop him was the most hilarious thing hebhad heard in weeks. His arms sparked just a bit as he stopped and looked Galaxuis right back into her eyes with his own brown ones "Though inreally do find you fondness endearing, I can't just give up. I've got appearances to keep up ya know." he said with a smile. She didn't know who she was messing with.

His arms sparked again "As a Titan you might know me, I fought grace and Ben 10 before, Grace froze me, she's not all that nice." he said with a small chuckle. It had been embarrassing at the time, being frozen. He had had no idea what happened for a few hours.

Ravian got into a fighting stance and shot a bolt just to her left, trying to scare her out of his. He still didn't really wanna fight her. No matter how unlikely that outcome was "Give this up before you get hurt Galaxuis, and trust me electricity hurts, or so everyone tells me." this was her last chance before he took her down.

She could sense that he had become slightly agitated with her. What was he to expect, a free pass every time she came across him doing something wrong? Galaxuis may have a passion for people but she too had a image to fulfill. Thankfully for her she had the whole mall to her advantage and her powers only got more defined since she had last seen him. Ravian spoke of how he had fought Ben and Grace and how she had froze him. She could taste his humiliation in the air and for a moment she had felt sympathetic. She too wasn't on Grace's good list, though for another reason; being part demon. She was about to state how she never heard the stories but then Ravian threw a bolt of lighting to her side. Galaxuis eyes grew big with surprise as she lost concentration to her flight and landed face first on the floor. As she lifted her head she could hear Ravian give her a warning to give up which only infuriated the demonic alien. Her nose felt hot as blood rushed down to her lips and chin. She felt him getting ready to strike if she didnt resist. She pulled her body up staring down at the small droplets of blood on the Galleria floor. Her mind went back to her younger brother and she remembered that smile. God, did she start to feel out of place. In a way she was always out of place the only place that was truly home was in the hearts of her beloveds 1,000 and 1,000 miles away.
She couldn't help but smile as she felt a bit of her sanity break. She lifted her hands and flicked her wrist towards herself. At the very motion two large mannequins broke through the glass windows spin kicking towards Ravians back. Galaxuis then flew back into the air her laughter clashing with the ear shattering sound of glass and moving plastic.

He laughed, he laughed again actually. As she fell face first he couldn't help but laugh. It was pretty hilarious. As she got up he saw her bleeding, that only made it funnier. He had had much worse falls, so he knew how it felt but the fact that her flying could be troubled by his most basic power was simply sad "you've got little something on your face their." he said with a chuckle before motioning towards his mouth and nose. Mocking her little injury. He wasn't even doing it as a strategy, just moving for fun. She would have to get used to that. He was a talker like that.

As he heard the glass break he turned to look quickly, his own eyes widening this time. As the mannequins cane flying towards him he realized he didn't have time to dodge. The mannequins both hit him as he did his best to take the hit, as he hit the ground, landing on all fours, he coughed a bit, having had the wind knocked out of him. This wasn't going to be as easy as he thought.

Ravian quickly jumped up, getting a bit closer, close enough to actually hit her. Je charged his hands as he let a punch fly towards her jaw, as the punch flew he kept turning, letting himself turn all the way around to follow the punch with a kick as his heel from the leg opposite his fist flew towards her side, just as charged as his fist, just enough to make it a good deal more painful. Finally he fell low and made a grab for her ankle, wanting to give her a good shock. "Watch yourself." he said quickly, with little breath in him. He took in a quick inhale right afterwards. He was actually starting to have some fun.

Galaxuis licked the blood off her lips as a smile spread across her face. She knew her simple trick wouldn’t knock out a metahuman so easily and though Ravian was on his hands and knees coughing from loss of breathe, Galaxuis expected a great fight. She moved forward a bit, her compassion for others starting to make themselves present.
As Galaxuis expected Ravian was fine, he jumped in the air with his charged up fist. Galaxuis movements were fortunately fast enough to move her whole body the side, dodging his electric fist by mere inches. She couldn’t however escape the fast and powerful kick Ravian did onto Galaxuis’ side. She let out a small yelp as the pain burned though her side. She needed to pay attention to him more carefully, the Spirit Omegas voice ringing through her mind “Think of pain as an energy , channel it and make it work to your advantage.” Galaxuis eyes widened as she watched as she saw Ravian movements indicated that he was aiming for her ankles. She channeled the pain as energy and fought through the burning sensations by pushing her body forward making her legs unreachable for the electromancer. In this swift motion she was now facing Ravian’s back. She took the opportunity and grabbed him by the shirt with both hands, she used her ability of flight to give her more power to swing both Ravian and herself around twice, building more momentum for when she finally threw him across the mall into one of the mall pillars. Galaxuis flew higher into the air and outstretched her arms “I call upon the spirits of the forgotten, do my bidding and attack,” 50 small glowing white orbs became noticeable from the arms of Galaxuis as the glowing orbs shot down at Ravian like missles.

Ravian knew something bad was gonna happen as soon as he missed her ankle, he was wide open now with no means of defense. He had ,at first, felt sorta bad for making her yelp with his kick. But as he was lifted up he felt his guilt disappear, she was just fine. This wasn't going to be an easy fight like he had hoped. She seemed pretty tough.

His thoughts that she wouldn't be good at hand to hand combat due to her powers were starting to seem oh so very, very wrong. As he soared though the air towards the pillar henriened his body to take the impact sideways, it hurt, but not as much as it would've. He was quickly back on his feet with a smile. She wasnt gonna beat him that easily. Though his side ached, it quickly stopped as his mind went elsewhere, nothing was broken. It didn't matter. It would probably bruise.

Ravian got ready to strike again as Galaxuis rose up into the air, his smile faltered as small lights appeared around her. He took a few steps back and as the balls flew towards him he didn't move at first, then once they got close, ducked behind the pillar. It was now dented, probably not quite as dented as himself though but stood up to the barrage.

The boy let out a tense breath as he heard them stop then jumped out from the pillar. And quickly shot two bolts of electricity at Galaxuis. They were just strong enough to cause, well, major pain for one. But other than that just a minor burn though, despite her not thinking quite the same he didn't really want to hurt her much. Just enough to find a place to run to where she wouldn't follow. Unfortunately his only escape technique was traveling through wires and that took a few seconds to start and she knew about it. He doubted she would let him get the time to do this. He shot another bolt at her as he looked about trying to find a quick escape.

Dust puffed up around the attacked area, making it difficult for Galaxuis to keep track of the thief. She had to take precautions immediately before Ravian decided to attack in some form or way. The orbs regenerated and quickly returned back to their keeper as a bolt of lightning shot past her right side. Galaxuis eyes widened as she quickly made a thick force field to block the next bolt. Though she was safe behind her force field she still physically braced herself for another to come from behind but was only greeted with another powerful bolt, which broke her shield and had her blowing backwards.
She impacted onto the floor and slide a few yards from the backpack full of money but quickly regained herself by getting up to her feet and having the tiles from Galaxuis to Ravian's supposed spot (and the pillar) turn into a very sticky like substance. She let a small grin play upon her satisfied lips

Ravian smiled as he saw Galaxuis hit the floor. That should teach her a bit, she shouldn't mess with someone more experienced. He was an urban fighter. He could fight her in an area like this for hours and take minimal damage, he knew this environment rather well. He knew how to use it to, the only problem was her powers which seemed to be centered around doing whatever the heck she wanted.

He couldn't figure out her powers, she said something about spirits but he doubted that was all she did. He had sen her summon large hands before. So he knew to watch out for those. Though he wasn't sure what to do if he saw them. It was hard to fight giant inanimate objects. Ravian's arm buzzed as he took a few steps towards the downed alien girl.

Just as he though this fight might be over though he realized his feet were stuck. He struggled and squirmed, both to keep his balance and try and free himself. After a few momenta of widened eyes and a frightened expression he stopped realizing that it was useless to struggle. He looked at Galaxuis "Good one, but-" he said lifting a foot out of his shoe then placing it ontop of the shoe and doing the same wig his other foot quickly before jumping to a dryer, less entrapping ground "Don't know where you're from but apparently you're not Alll to creative" he said with his own small smile, fancing himself pretty clever for getting out of that. He then shot yet another bolt at her, but kept it going, forming a large arc of lightning cutting through the air, he would have to be a bit more extreme than usual to beat her. He had forgotten how much tougher metas were to beat than humans.

Galaxuis raised an eyebrow as Ravian challenged her creativity. She almost wanted to smile, the world was her giant field of possibilities she can change anything to become something else and warp any kind of matter into anything she may desire. It also helped to have the spirits on her side for when her mind and body became tired from battle. She wasnt tired though she was challenged and that would keep her moving for awhile. Ravian quickly shot another bolt at her which she did try to dodge by creating another force field but only happened to make the lighting less threatening then what it was. She still let out a scream of pain as electricity ran through her body making her insides burn and cry in terror. The pain was so much that her body lost control and fell limp onto the muck she had created. Her eyeballs rolled to the back of her head and her mouth was agape begging for breathe as it was taken away from her. The sticky substance turned into what looked like quicksand and she sunk in until her whole body became consumed.

10 seconds passed in silence until the quicksand started to churn and sand in the form of hands grabbed onto the regular concrete of the mall floors. The hands hoisted up what looked like a giant ball of sand but as the sand slide off it revealed a small boy, similar to Galaxuis. More hands (about 3 or 4) appeared also hoisting up little boys like the other. They stared at Ravian then gave him a smile before another pair of hands, much bigger this time, hoisted something up. Once the sand slide of the figure it was noticeably another Ravian. It too smiled and all in the figures laughed in unison as the dark matter Ravian flew up in the air and shot black muck all around the original Ravian. The muck then turned into the 5 little boy he had seen before. The ones by the sand poofed into a smog and the sand turned back into solid concrete. "Let's get a little more creative then," said one of the boys "I'll show you not to underestimate me, Ravian," said another boy behind Ravian. The voices weren't their own, it was a very amused Galaxuis.

One of the boys behind Ravian's ankle attempting to bite it. Two other boys went for Ravians arms (they then turned to a substance of rubber if they touched any part of his body, holding him down), one hunched over for the other one to run ontop of and jump, spin kicking towards Ravians face.

Ravian's face turned from confident to horrified as Galaxuis fell from the skies. He hadn't wanted to hurt her so much. He had just wanted to give her a scare, but he must've over estimated her, he hadn't ever hurt someone, he knew or had a connection with, so much. He took a slightly frightened step forward. He couldn't believe he had done that to her. Why hadn't she just run away!?

Ravian's eyes widened as she began to sink into the ground, he didn't know what happened. Had he killed her? Where was she!? Wait had he killed a Titan? No, no way he couldn't have. Would the- wait, what was happening. He watched, confused as the hands came out and hoisted up bodies. He stepped back, clearly bewildered by what was going on. Then his doppleganger came out. He completely lost his confident air. He visibly flinched and nearly panicked as the muck was shot at him, nearly falling over. But once he heard the voice coming from them he realized what was going on.

He tried to regain himself but it was a bit late in his realization. The boys grabbed him, he fell to a kneeling position as his ankle twinged. He stuccoed and let off large flares off electrical energy, to no avail. As the kick hit Ravian his head quickly pivoted to the side and he fell limp. His eyes partially open. Though after a mere moment he woke back up, the kick had knocked him out for an instant. He spit out a hit of blood, having bitten something apparently and looked at the copy of himself with forced disgust "You'll need to do better than that!" he yelled, though he was clearly tired; but still fighting.

Ravian's copys happy expression faded into what looked like a twisted sorrow. The clone and the other figures then immediately poofed into a thick black smog. The mall was once again silent, of course expect the sounds Ravian's breathe. The smog lingered longer then normal, slowly twisting itself around the teen instead of fading away. Galaxuis was being careful, though she really didnt want to hurt him she wasnt sure if after her harsh moves if he would pull another charged up bolt. Galaxuis was on the second floor, recovering from the intense pain that Ravian had given her. She had escaped by making her body sink into the ground and shifting matter and herself underground, stopping every now and again to create her figures to distract and attack him. Eventually she was far enough that Ravian wouldn't notice her come up from the ground and back up to the surface. She couldnt concentrate to much on flight so she got on the elevator and found herself resting on one of the benches that overlooked the bottom floor. She let out a small pain as the sting started to sear into immense pain. Galaxuis stared down at the scene and noticed Ravian spitting out blood. She needed to stop now, if she trained any further one of them would get badly hurt. She pushed herself up, trying desperately to ignore the pain and yelled out "Give up...We are both tired," her breathe was cut short as the pain made itself more present but was able to yell out "I can end this easily."

She knew she had to fight past the pain, it may have been over something simple like money but loosing was no option. She screamed as she spread her arms open, sweat building on her face from intense concentration. The smog begin to move faster becoming harder as it started to intertwine into a shape of a large solid rope. Galaxuis let out another scream and she wrapped her hands around herself in what seemed an embrace as the rope was about to copy her movements.

Ravian stumbled as the...things, disappeared. Had she run out of energy to keep them up or just let them go? Ravian knew he could keep going, for a bit, though he wondered if it was worth it. She was so much stronger than he had given her credit for. He had no idea anyone but green lanterns could make such complex things with their mind. In the back of his mind he might even have been a little scared of her. But that wouldn't stop him.

He shook his head from side to side, a few more drops of blood flew through the air, his lit was split, "no missing teeth though" he reminded himself with a mumble. The blood tasted all, irony and bad. Horrible taste. He briefly wondered if the reason blood tasted bad was so animals wouldn't bite themselves. Evolution worked weird like tha- wait back to the fight. He was in a fight! Had he really just almost forgot? Maybe he as Ina bit worse shape than he thought. But as he turned to where Galaxuis' voice was coming from, he heard that she was in pretty had shape. So he had managed to over and under estimate her all at the same time. He had thought her body would be a bit tougher than it was. But she sounded rough....maybe even rough enough for him to escape. He smiled weakly, trying his best to look confident.

At her first scream he realized what was going on. But he also, fully this time, realized how bad she was burnt and shocked. He started to feel a bit guilty, she had helped him and this was how he repaid her? He would make up for this later. He rolled towards the bag, dodging the rope as he inwardly winced at her scream. He picked up the bag of money and pointed his hand at her balcony trying to create a distraction good enough for him to get away with. But just before he fired a much more high pitched, cleaner sound than thunder broke through the air. Ravian shot went off target by a good 10 feet as he spun to grab his chest. The bolt, now much more powerful than intended thanks to the sudden surge in pain and loss of control, soared across the mall, demolishing a small section of the upper floor. Leaving a jagged cut as the It's mark.

By the time the bolt was gone Ravian had fallen to his knees, a security officer had crept out of hiding and , quite justifiably, had though Ravian was about to finish the job he had started. Killing Galaxuis that is. So he had shot the boy twice right upper chest, Ravian struggled to get up but couldn't manage it. He flipped onto his back and stared at the ceiling, only thinking "Ouch." he clutched his shoulder, though the shots were lower, not quite to his lung though. Thankfully. Henley got for amkomejt to look at his hand, but put it back once he saw red. "Okay, you win, good job" he said forcing a smile, as if this wasnt serious, who knows, maybe he was actually just over reacting.

((lol, over dramatic post isn't it? Anyways, I have learned a lesson in coin flipping, coins don't like me....))
