The Battle for EM (Open)

"SETH!? Looks like we meet at last."

Spider-Girl had strayed away form the battle with Emblem and left Raivan and Shadow Boy to keep him at bay. She had found Agent Soul, the main antagonist in all of this. He was her target, although at the moment he seemed to be busy with another girl it didn't matter to Liz. Whoever and whatever he was doing could wait until after he got out of the pen, which was most likely going to be a long time as far as she was concerned.

"You're coming with me, it's time you answered for your crimes."

Spidey was unaware of the Em weapon and her function, all she knew was that Seth was here, and alone and didn't have any protection other than this girl possibly. Either way, if she got in her way Liz would be forced to take her out to. Lizandra landed in a knelt position in front of the EM girl and Seth. Seth would probably be very happy about this, since the Em weapon was interested in muties and one had just popped up out of the blue to deter attention away from him and keep the arachnid hero from getting her hands on him.

"Now, lets see how tough you are without your lackies backing you up."

"Actually, he must be way more dangerous than I thought, because for some reason my Spider-Senses are on max! Or could it be her, really??"

"The heck is he blabbing about now--HOLY %#!@!"

Upon the utterance of the words, almost instantly the girl near Seth charged Spider-Girl as he finished his statement. She moved so quick Liz wasn't even able to perceivably process the movement. Luckily, her Spider-Sense activated her reflexes for her. She herself was not able to move at 200 mph at her own accord, but her body attempted to parlay the blow via placing a forearm in between herself at the attacker, however, Liz had no clue just how much more powerful this female really was! Spidey blocked the blow alright, but immediately lost ground as the punch connected and pushed her back. In addition to shattering the armor casing on her forearms all the way down to the tips of her fingers and cracking her humerus. Although, Liz using the aid of her suit's shock absorbers and her own spider-strength stopped herself from being pushed back and immediately countered instinctively with the girl in such close vicinity with an acrobatic impossibility for most humans; without warning, tensing, or posturing the girl back flip up-kicked Em backwards or rather off of her and then landed in a knelt position while favoring her arm. The tip of her metal toe meet the meta-killer's chin as she hit the maneuver with enough force to definitely knock her back, SG realized there would be no pulling blows with this one.

"Ouch. That really, REALLY, smarts. This is definitely not some ordinary girl, but why is she working for Seth? Is his reach really that far and if she's working for him, who killed his henchmen?"

"My fight isn't with you, but you're in my way hun. Deploy web-spray, slow her down."

Out of Liz's other forearm, which still had a working web-shooter, she coated the area in a thick haze of sticky substance just in case Emily came rocketing at her again in the hopes of slowing her movements. The Mecha-Spider needed to get past this girl and catch Seth before he escaped.

"Oh, well is that all? Great, you had me worried for a second there. Now I know you're just some super criminal girl like all the others."

"Actually, much different from all the others; she's much more powerful, fast, strong, seemingly invulnerable based on how she was fine after I hit her and---WHOoOOoA, telekinesis!?!"

"Aww you gotta be kidding me, come on, that's sooo cheating!"

Spider-Girl then shot a web bullet at Emily's face, hoping to hit her in the eyes with it. Although, that wa just a diversion, she then shot a second web-line at her head via the same web-shooter, but changed the device's function from bullet to line by rotating the dial in her palm with her middle and ring finger then pressing down. The web-line, however, unlike the bullet wasn't met to hit or blind her. The sticky tether was purposely aimed past her head as so it could latch onto the bodies of Seth's men Em had laid out and yanked them back towards the girl. Although, Liz had no leverage to move or abiltiy to pull thanks to telekinesis. The gauntlet had it's own retract feature, kind of like how a ship reeled in it's anchor. In any case the bodies should break her concentration enough to stop the super girl from pummeling her.

"Her telikinesis is going to be the biggest problem for me. I can't use my evasive tactics when hes restricing my movements, which is pretty much my entire shtick...Well, that and the never ending quips that is."

Once the body connected with her and Spidey was free her mask did a quick diagnostic scan for weaknesses. The results weren't coming back very good, her body structure was really dense and the brain activity she was giving off would make most science geeks drop their jaws at the readings she was giving off, including Liz by the way. This girl was an engineered weapon, who she could only guess was meant to take out people like her since she left Seth in tact.

"Deploying Web-Net."

Keeping that in mind, Spider-Girl would go for a quick take down on the girl. In the hopes of ending her before she did the same. From a compartment on her shoulder suddenly a large capsule sprang out towards Em just as she knocked the body off of her and opened up into a giant web like fish net in mid descent, which was meant to ensnare the foe. Afterwards, Liz followed with downward spiral axe kick, which if it hit would smash Emily into the ground at the point of connection with her armored heel and probably threw it now that the heroine wasn't holding back at all.

"Spider-STING!"

Liz then dispensed about a dozen or so smoke pellets from compartments around her waist into each palm. She could've continued to capitalize on Em, but Spider-Girl wasn't that kind of hero. She fought if she had to and if she could talk this girl down, then all the better. Although, she was definitely going to be prepared for her.

"Look. I don't want to keep fighting you. Lets stop this. You live, you breathe, and you think. That should be enough for you to make your own decisions. You might've been given powers to destory and be a weapon, but you are an indivudual with much more potential than being a sword. You hold your own handle to your blade hun, meaning you can choose where to point it. Make your own choice; forget what Seth, the scientists that did this to you or what anyone else says and think about this. What will destorying me or anyone else like me do for you in the end? What's your REAL purpose!?"

Well that was it; Spidey's main and last attempt at reasoning. Emily would free herself by the end of that little speech, which means the Wall-crawler would've passed up a prime opportunity for offense. However, if her word had reached the girl the pay off was way better. In any case, she stood back a few feet and waited while relying on her spider-sense to warn of impending danger/doom.

She wasn't listening to a word she the armored spider had said, as evident by how she yelled for Spider-Girl to stop talking to her.

"No. Don't you see, I'm trying to help you?!"

Apparently not, for she firmly stated that Liz was trying to control her like all the others and then shot forwardth towards her.

"Damn."

In response, the Mecha-Spider threw forwardth the smoke pellet, which covered the entire area in thick pillars of white clouds. However, the cover wouldn't set in quick enough to deter Emily's barrage. So in response Spidey covered herself up by jumping backwards a few feet and bringing her knees to her lower body, which were still very armored. Sure, Spider-Girl could have tried to leap away or avoid the hits entirely, but then she would've exited her cover smoke area, which was the only thing which would stop the girls line of sight for telekinesis. The blows then came one after the other and tore apart her remaining covering; her calf and thigh armoring taking most of the damage along with the knees, but Em did manage to get a few other shots in to. She dented Liz's only working gauntlet and bashed out one of the lenses on her helmet, as well as denting it and shattering her chest covering, in addition to shredding her leg covering as well.

Finally, one of the blows made it all the way through her defenses since she very well couldn't completely cover up without leaving her other arm exposed to be hit, which would surely break or fracture it even more than it was already probably sprained. The hit landed hard, just under her rib cage and nearly punctured her spleen, causing Spider-Girl to gasp in pain, but she didn't buckle; this was a life or death situation. Instead the web-slinger countered with her own lighting quick reflexes and grabbed the arm of her opponent, then rolled backwards and pressed her feet into the meta-killer's abdomen region, resulting in her flipping Emily over head into the air.

"Uughhh...Web-Bullets."

After kipping back up to her feet Lizandra favored the side of her body where he had received the hit and felt how tender it was while coughing up blood, but still knew she had to capitalize on her foe. Her fuzzy visioned helmet innately switched to thermal mode as she turned to locate Em and locked onto the airborne female as Spider-Girl pointed her web-shooter at her, but found that the web-ball feature had been jammed when she punched the gauntlet.

"%#!@! Ok then, I'll just have to improvise."

She had planned to fire a web-barrage at the blinded enemy and maybe stick her to a tree or something, but hey, you had to work with what ya got. So again, Liz adjusted the setting to web-line and shot it at Emily's midsection. If the string of web hit it's target Liz would immediately tug on the line, which would whiplash her foe sideways and eventually into the ground and hopefully on the way into a bunch of other sturdy objects. Spidey wasn't sure of this though, because she could only really see heat signatures with her thermal mode in the smogged setting. heck, she was lucky she even got that with her gear so damaged, but at least her enemy was blinder than she was...Hopefully.

"I didn't want to have to do this, I hope you know that, but you're forcing my hand. All eight of them!"
