The Key To Our Hearts. (Celebration)

Fenrisúlfr was a bit disappointed to find out that Ben didn't really know him, but, apparently, someone else did. For, a voice rang out, saying that he knew Fenrir, before grabbing him by the arms, which made Fenrir's eyes widen, wondering what JaK Sage was doing. JaK...knew him?! What a shock. He had never expected to have been known by him. He was one of his favorite Titans, along with Ben 10.

However, JaK, whoever he thought Fenrir was, said he wasn't, and asked why he was alive. Fenrir's eyes widened, as JaK said he was an impostor.

I-I have no idea what you're talking about! I'm not dead! W-why do you want me dead?!

It was then that Superwoman and Superman separated them, holding JaK back. Why did he hate him...? It hurt Fenrir very badly. JaK was calmed down by them both, and then he said what was on his mind. He said that Fenrisúlfr used to be a member of Titans East and that he was killed in a battle with inverse versions of themselves...whatever that meant. Ben 10 clarified that he was fighting someone at the time and hadn't seen it, but heard that Fenrir was an angel. This caused Fenrir to be even more surprised. He did have wings...

However, JaK refuted it by saying that if he really was who they thought he was, that they could tell, because he had a glow. Fenrir was about to refute it, but choked up. All eyes were on him now. His eyes widened.

Speak...speak! You're going to get killed if you don't speak right now!

He finally gave himself courage, putting his hands up to show he meant no harm as he took a step toward JaK tentatively.

W-wait...JaK...I-I'm not an impostor...not technically...look, please, hear me out.

I have no idea who I am. I woke up in the care of some woman who said she had nursed me back from death. I don't know if I'm that same Fenris guy that you're talking about, but I have the same name. That's one of the only things I know. The others, he unzipped his hoodie, and took it off, wearing nothing on his torso underneath so that his bare chest was exposed. This revealed two other things. One, was three ragged scars across his torso, that were mirrored on his back. The other, which quickly gained attention, was two pure, white wings that spread out to their full span, which were quite large. He had a look of desperation as he looked at JaK. Look, I have no idea what I did to you to make you hate me like this...but I'm sorry. I really am! But I know I have these wings, and these scars...so examine me. I know I'm not trustworthy to you. So look at my scars. See if they match the wounds...see if they're real. If you see I'm not the person you're talking about...I'll leave. I just...I just want to know who I am.

Fenrisúlfr submitted himself to the Titans' opinions. If they didn't recognize him...he didn't know what he'd do.

Julie simply listened to the new guy, never moving from Bens side, but sharing his quizzical look.

"Well, I can't help. I didnt know Fen in life." she shook her head, "But I don't think this one means any harm. He'd have to be rather stupid to try anything here and now. No offence." The Titan smiled at the boy, but kept her distance, ready to attack should he prove a threat.

OT: I guess I'll go then.

If he was a fake...Then he was an excellent liar, because those scars and wings seemed very much like Fen. In fact, JaK knew he probably wasn't lying when Will read his mind, not to mention even more experienced telepaths other than Psychosis, such as the Martian Manhunter didn't object to his reading.

"Ok, so maybe you're not lying. Still doesn't explain how you came back from the grave and if it was the guy upstairs why you haven't used your angel powers to heal or you don't remember us?"

JaK spoke matter of factly, he didn't care that telling this guy he used to be an angel might be a lot to take in at the moment. There was no time for subtly in this line of work, lives could always be on the line whule you beat around the bush. Afterwards Psychosis asked the disturbed ex-titan if he could meet the woman who saved him and since this seemed to be Titans East business, Ben decided to leave it alone.

"Eh, I think well let you guys handle this one. Come on Cap, let's try and avert the cameras from coming over here. Give the guys some personal time to work this out."

As they walked off JaK and Will were left to talk to Fen alone. The others having agreed with Ben left the situation to avert the media. Very smart thinking; don't want them digging into the mystery man's background. Especially when the Titans apparently didn't even know much about him themselves.

"For the record, I don't hate you. I just don't trust angels who say they're a servant of God and then when they're killed, instead of proving to me their one of his guardians. They wind up losing all their memories and somehow come back to life powerless. If that's what really happened, the almighty is much crueler than even I originally thought."

JaK was skeptical of there being a creator of all things, because if he was real...He was a real jerk to let people suffer and die pointlessly. At any time some psychotic meta-human could use their powers to blow up a city block that he was born with, meaning they were given to him by this same divine being.

Static looked between the multiple Titans and the new guy. Things weren’t quite right, and he wasn’t exactly sure what was going on, but everyone seemed to be keeping him in the dark.

“Whoa, whoa, okay, back up. Hold on a second. Let me just get up to date here,” he said, trying to make sure someone would answer his questions, “New guy and all. You,” he said, gesturing at Fen, “Were alive. Then you died,” he began, “And then someone brought you back to life. Assuming this isn’t some weird ass hallucination induced by the leftover pizza I ate earlier, I mean,” he stated, examining the new comer with great interest.

He certainly didn’t look, or smell, like a Zombie to him. But this was almost too cool for Static to handle.

“Cool,” he stated, shrugging, even checking the guy’s neck for some Frankenstein-like bolts.

The race finally ended, with Tojo coming in at a dead last."Huff...huff...You beat me..."Flash grinned."Yep, sure did. But don't worry, you held a pretty good account of yourself, kid."Grinning slyly, Toji said,"K, time to show off my power!"Flash nodded,"K, let's see what you can do!"Settling into that famililar stance, Toji glanced up, making sure there where was no air vehicles nearby."Wolf......Roar!!!!"Firing the huge beam into the air, Toji laughed, watching Flash stumble back."Whoa!!!!What the heck was that!!!!!"
