| WHAT!?! She broke my construct!? TL didn't understand why his giant war-axe hadn't worked and he didn't even really have time to contemplate it. For after shattering the construct the killer android flew right into the Blue Lantern and hit Mark with a tremendous right hand. The mighty blow sent him soaring through one of the not fully broken pillars and completely shattered it upon impact. Eventually landing next to both The Alpha Knight and Mr. Pacific who looked happy to see him. As Mark lifted his head while laying flat on his stomach pain was etched all over his face and not only that he had used 10% more of his power cells deflecting that hit, but at least he wouldn't have a concussion. Luckily, he had just mentioned a football reference; right before impact BL mentally constructed a Titans (JC College Football Team) helmet that he thought would've been nice to have just before impact. The Helmet took the brunt of her hit and protected him from the initial impact, although dented now, but the rest of his body had to use the aura to protect him. Darn, down to less than 50% power now and not even close to beating this thing...
While flying through the air Mark had heard Mr. Pacific's request and then upon landing, he received Alpha's confirmation that it was ready. "Uuuugh, ok read you guys loud and somewhat clear." That being said, Mark cracked his arm back into place. It wasn't dislocated, but was paining him and then encased the bomb in a blue hue before flying it back into the air towards where 002 was. After locking her in his sights, Teen Lantern sent the car battery launching towards her with a tail of blue that extended back to his ring guiding it like a heat seeking missile towards the drone, who was busy fight the others at the moment. "Special delivery just for you!"

| - Spoiler:
Sorry about the wait you guys. I've been busy. Let's try to wrap this up soon and then we can try for another thread later involving 002 and the Hawks.
Hail Mary waited suspended in the atmosphere for the group to retaliate. Their efforts were becoming increasingly more structured, but not entirely capable of forcing her into submission just yet.
It wasn't until the car battery came flying at her did she finally understand that the beings of this worthless dirtball weren't as helpless as they looked. Some liquid akin to the acids found on various other hostile planets splashed onto her skin, burning her upon impact. As the Lantern propelled the makeshift bomb at her, she was knocked higher into the sky. But once it had exploded, she was left dripping the vile solution.
It would be in her best interest to rinse in a hydrogen compound to stop the burning sensation she was currently experiencing. The acid could leave irreparable damages if left untreated; the Night Hawks had actually bested Hail Mary at this turn. But seeing as how the android had eradicated tens of human lives, it would seem that Hail Mary had won the battle.
She swooped over the heads of the Hawks dipping down to retrieve her javelin before climbing back up to a greater altitude. Then she kicked up her flight speed, not wanting to be followed by neither the Lantern or the Knight. They would be seeing her again soon enough.

| "Direct hit confirmed." Teen Lantern would say triumphantly as the car battery exploded all over the battle drone and it began it's retreat. Wait, it's running away!? Mark couldn't let it go now or it could just come back and kill more people, but the rest of the team was in no shape to continue battle.
Marceline was spent, Alpha was getting beat, Pacific and the others would get slaughtered. Looked like TL was going to go this one solo. Willpower; again, the wrong emotion. "Permission to pursue?" Lantern then made a move to go forward after relaying the message back to the Nighthawks just to let them know that HE was going and THEY were staying.

| It had worked. The car battery bomb had hit the angel robot. Thankfully, the strong acid was eating through the robot's skin. The robot seemed to realize that it was in trouble, and it flew away. Thank goodness.
Many people had died today because of that robot. If they didn't take it down, it would kill more people later.
"Permission granted, TL. Take her down or find out where she's going. Everyone else, we have some cleaning up to do once your wounds are attended to."

| So it seemed the battery bomb did work, Haruhi had doubted it for a second, seeing how the robot seemed pretty much indestructible to everything they threw at it. Now it was retreating, but they couldn't let it get away, it looked like the only one going after it was Teen Lantern. Haruhi didn't even get one hit on the thing. She listened to Mr. Pacific and started going around the rumble of cement and pillars to help and find any wounded pedestrians. | |

| "Right I'm going! I'll be in touch to let you know her location in case I need back up." That being said, Lantern took off after Hail Mary with both arms placed in front of him. Heavy thoughts were on his mind at the moment; he wondered if he could beat this thing for a fleeting moment, but knew for the hope of others to stay kindled he had to. It was his life or everyone in this cities, maybe the planet if she was able to get a communications back to her home planet and Mark couldn't let that happen. Just dropped to 47% power, gotta catch up to her before I lose anymore. I'm gonna need it all for this thing. With that in mind, Mark kicked it up a notch as he neared the sound barrier in flight now, a blue streak being the only thing visible in the sky. | |

| Was Hail Mary retreating? No. She was only alternating task objectives; it had been to destroy the attackers, but became preserve functionality after her run-in with the car battery. She was flying at an astoundingly swift speed, headed for the water of the bay.
Though it wasn't all that surprising, 002 was definitely unsure as to why the Lantern had pursued her. He and she both knew that his power was quickly draining. The bright blue streak passed over her head and the sonic boom knocked her down slightly, but didn't force her out of the sky.
Flying lower than the lantern, the android upped her current flight speed to almost match that of the Lantern. She stayed low, knowing she needed to rinse off the acid - then she'd handle the organism.

| As Teen Lantern flew up neck and neck with Hail Mary, she suddenly attempted to charge ahead. Pushing it more Blue sped up to meet her, but then the drone drifted down as they neared Jump City bay just in view of Titan's Tower. Oh I get it, it's going to try and wash off in the bay. "Sorry can't let you do that." That being said, Mark began shooting multiple blue hard light laser beams from his ring at drone 002, but really, Blue Lantern was no marksman. | |

| The Lantern was becoming quite the nuisance. As he shot out blue energy blasts at the android she dodged by swerving from right to left. Most of the lasers were avoided, but every dog has its day; Mark landed a solid hit on the back of Hail Mary, and she went down spiraling... clear into the murky, muddy waters of the bay. She skipped over the surface, hopping after each impact like a tossed stone. Finally she settled and sank, contaminating the water with the acid she was cloaked in.
Finally having met this objective, she could establish a new one: Defeat the Lantern.
002 shot upward, gushing through the water at full speed. Her wing dripped H20 as she zoomed at Mark. Her javelin reeled back and she swung hard, wielding the weapon akin to how earthlings hold baseball bats.

| Nice going Mark, you just blasted the drone right into the bay. Exactly where it wanted to be. TL scanned the water looking for Hail-Mary after his little blunder and at first there was nothing, but then out of the water shot the killer battle droid, which flew towards Teen Lantern with obviously a new directive to kill him. "Ah crap!" In defense Mark imagined a bank vault door on his right side exactly how you would imagine it with the giant pronged lock on the front and everything. However, 002's swing was so hard it completely dented, folded, and shattered the construct sending Rowan flying back from the ricochet. - easier than describing a battlesuit :3 Eventually the Nighthawk ceased spiraling through the air and regained his barrings. "Ok, that's it, no more Mr. Nice Lantern, you want to fight robot!? Well then come test your metal against mine!" As Mark spoke these words they sounded like that of will, but they were from the bowels of his heart. Mark was still thinking of all those people he had to save and thus was tapping into his hope reserves as he formed the giant battle armor that cost him another full 17% of his powercells and shot forwadrth two missiles from compartments in the suit of hard light armor. Then attacked Hail-Mary via jet propulsion flight boots and jet pack as he attempted to hit her with a left overhand right axehandle. | |

| After swinging and making contact with the vault door-defense of the Lantern, Hail Mary was hot on his trail. He wouldn't dare make it away that easy. She'd sent him sailing through the air with her blow, and as she followed a few meters behind his body he was working all the while to regain control. In finally doing so, he began to speak. 002 ceased flying, waiting to see what was about to happen next and adjust her stratagem accordingly.
The Lantern cloaked himself in a large suit or armor, fully equipped with the furnishings of a true bot. In a way, he was mocking 002's make-up. She shot forward at him just as he released two rockets at her; she dodged them easily by zipping left and then immediately spiraling to the right. But in dodging, she had taken her eyes off of her attack, and he came crashing down on her from above and knocked her down and toward the water again. Stopping herself just inches above the surface, the android pushed back upward into the sky while holding her javelin up like a giant spear - it appeared as though she was challenging the lantern to a joust. The only issue? She didn't care that the boy lacked a pole.

| "Teen Lantern, what's going on? I thought you were finishing her off. Does it really have that much fight left in it? If you need help, we can regroup and help you fight it."
The Night Hawks had made good use of their time by clearing away debris, getting injured people to the hospital, and putting out fires. Everyone looked a little more rested now. They could fight if they had to. Pacific hoped they didn't have to. That car battery was going to drain his bank account. |

| In response to 002's charge Teen Lantern created a compartment on the arm of the battle suit and propped out a chainsaw like light blue blade, which met the lance and a battle of strength immediately occurred. However, the Lantern's source of power was ever dampening over the stress of maintaining it's usage and the blade eventually cracked and broke! Thus allowing the spear to pierce his hard light body's hide and rip off a large chunk of the suit's armor; revealing Mark's human blue hue aura covered arm.
To make matter's worse his team was about to come to his aid, and again, Blue Lantern couldn't let this happen or they would all get slaughtered in their current condition he thought. "No, I've got it under control, she's just putting up more of a struggle than I originally thought. Don't worry though, I've got her on the run." Very convincing duffus! Mark's voice had sounded manic, like a child lieing under pressure. Either way he couldn't focus on that now because like he said before he did have the drone on the run, but the thing was that she was coming back around right for him! The Nighthawk's suit then popped open many compartments and with a fierce battle cry about a dozen or so more blue laser beams all shot forwardth towards Hail-Mary from the chest, legs, wrists, shoulders and many other places on Teen Lantern's construct.

| The android had won the test of strength, cracking through the boy's armor. This battle was almost done, all systems suggested. Another powerful blow would crack the boys out shell, and then a second one would crack his rib cage. Hail Mary sprinted through the sky at the boy, looking ram into him with the full force of her heavy frame.
It would seem the Lantern had one last resort move, expunging from himself all light and heat energy he could muster in a cluster of laser beams. There were far too many for 002 to attempt to dodge them, so she ceased flight and waited out the light show. She was engulfed in the beams, feeling the ends of her garments begin to singe slightly from the extreme temperature. Luckily enough, her skin was unaffected.
After a few seconds the storm of rays was over, and the android's optical sensors readjusted themselves. With the Lantern once again in sight, 002 was all over him like white on rice. Full speed, holding nothing back, javelin poised to come down on the boy from above and knock him into the cold water of the bay below.

| There, that should do it. The Lantern had just unloaded on her with everything he had in the arsenal. However, as the smoke cleared and the drone came into view, Mark could see she was still intact!? "You have GOT to be kidding me, what is it made out of?!" Without hesitation Hail-Mary shot forward at the Blue Lantern and rammed her weapon right into the midsection of his hard light constructed suit.
The force form the blow immediately shattered the hull of the mechanical suit and shot Mark Rowan backwards out of it like a rocket and into the lake below. Upon doing so the construct he left behind dissipated, providing 002 a perfect view of the Nighthawk as he crashed into the lake and a large geyser of water erupted into the air in his wake. Meanwhile, inside the lake Teen Lantern sunk deep down into it's embrace with a squinted eye to show the wincing pain he felt as he felt his side with his opposite ring hand and blood seeped into the water. One of his ribs were definitely cracked and he could feel his powerring levels were near depletion; five maybe eight percent left at best. This definitely was not going very well.
