Things getting done has always been up to you. Believe me, if I had even touched on the grammar in this profile, I would still be writing my notes. In any case, you made the changes needed (although strengths is strangely empty), so I hereby, and finally say:

i took down her martial arts power by exchanging it with Precognition,as i added a second weakness to be quite fair on this and lastly i modified my Afiliation rank

Okay, the change of powers is okay, but I'd like more of an explanation of her precognition power. Can she control what she see? How far ahead can she see? How long do the visions last? Are the visions easy to understand?

Also, I'd recommend adding the extra details on the power you put in her weakness section to the actual Power description. Good idea adding it as a weakness, though. I get the feeling precognition is something you'd want to be as clear as possible with, just so it isn't abused.

Okay, a few issues with this.

The reboot states you can have 3 powers with 2 sub-powers each. I'll let flight slide, since your character is one with wings. You list your powers as Precognition and Thunder/Fire bending. This looks alright at first, except in the very description of Thunder/Fire bending you also have what seems to be light manipulation in the form of lasers and what seems to be wind manipulation. Those powers are in no way related to fire and lightning, and as such, I see it as fire manipulation, lightning manipulation, wind manipulation, and light manipulation. 4 separate powers with Precognition, adding up to 5 powers. Please fix these errors.

Onto the next matter. Does Precognition allow Katera to predict someone's attacks?

The final issue. You mention in Katera's equipment that she carries around feathers to help her abilities, but nowhere in your application does it state how this happens. How do feathers help your abilities?
