Snack attack! [Bow/Invite]

Some time in the late afternoon, as the sun began to set, the city's nocturnal inhabitants would begin to rouse from their slumber. Among them would be a creature who looked more like she had come from a dark place of someone's mind- which coincidentally was right by a different dark place. She had just come to this place very recently, not that she had any way of being able to tell- or a way to count how many times she saw the big white ball sinking into the sky. It was cold, cold was bad. No normal creature could thrive in it, and even animals that lived in colder regions did so with adaptations to help keep them warm. She was also starving. But that was nothing new, ever since she could remember, she was always hungry. But she had learned quickly that it was sometimes more beneficial to avoid going overboard and stay in an area too long to feed. It drew unwanted attention, who brought pain with them.

Tonight would probably be no different from any other, she'd first need to find something to eat, and then find a nice dark place to settle down for the rest of the day. Sleep was the only time her hunger was alleviated, and only time she could bare it. Making her way across the rooftops, it didn't take her along to catch a whiff of something tasty. She could've had any regular person, she was perfectly fine with that. But this smell... this smell was just... intoxicating. It was heavy, wet and greasy. Before long, she'd find herself staring into a fast food burger joint, people inside staring back at her with concern. Not concern for her well beinging mind you, her large copper colored eye made them uncomfortable. But then when 4 eye stalks emerged from her back, and joined in the staring... those by the front moved away. People were starting to shout inside, something probably related to calling her a monster.

But she was blissfully unaware of that, and seeing food being left alone was all the encouragement she needed to get to it. If only she could... get to it but there was this invisible barrier in her way. Something in the back of her mind said it wasn't invisible, just see through. Right. But without further to do, she would back away from the see through wall, and then immediately smash her way through with a scream of terror. Not by the hapless food left for her but from the people inside who were now making for the exits. She was fine with this, it simply meant there was more food for her! She didn't stop at just the food, currently unable to tell the difference between the food, the wrappers they sat on, or the ables beneath that. She WAS partially aware of the stinging pain from what felt like tiny little nails digging into her skin, shaking her whole body like a dog trying to dry off as her body shifted and spat them out. The see through wall wasn't really tasty, she concluded as she literally cleaned out the front of the place and started making her way toward the kitchen area...

Gluttony was trying her best to keep getting out of the house ever since her run-in with Cain at Sconehenge. It really did her mental state good to just walk around every couple of days. Just to get out of the house for a little bit. Usually, she made her way to the park or to a food place she really enjoyed. Of course, she also visited Sconehenge regularly at this point. This point being maybe two weeks since then. Today her plan was to go to the park and swing on the swingset for a little bit, but something caught her nose.

The small Sin blinked and sniffed the air, tilting her head in confused curiosity. What was that smell? It almost reminded her of her siblings, but it wasn't any of their scents. However, it definitely was familial in a way. Did one of her siblings have a child? She sniffed again. It definitely wasn't Rico or Avy. And it didn't smell like them, so it wasn't a Bow and Kyte kid... Who was it??

Her curiosity overrode every other thought in her brain as she teleported her way to the source of the smell that was intoxicating her. When she got to the burger joint, she heard the screams of evacuating humans and blinked. It reminded her of a similar scene that she had been the center of upon her arrival here on this Earth. Suddenly, a big sister protective instinct inside of her was flicked on and she went wide-eyed, teleporting into the restaurant and looking around.

When she spotted the girl, Gluttony blinked and smiled sweetly. She was so cute!! As she devoured everything in sight without regards to whether or not humans would think it edible. It made the Sin giggle lightly and wave over to the girl. "Hi there! These burgers sure do smell yummy, huh??" Let's see if she understood English yet.

The short cyclopean creature would just be about to crawl over the counter much to the dismay of the employees who had been the last to actually run, making a mad dash for the emergency exits in the back. But then she stopped with a jerk at a sudden smell, no matter how sudden or small it was in the aroma of greasy burgers; then a voice. Her eye stalks would on reflex whip around and stare back at Gluttony. Sniff sniff... she took more whiffs of the air before she actually looked over her shoulder and blinked. Small two legged thing- not like other two legged things. Smells... not safe but... is safe? Was the first line of thinking as she stared, clearly not understanding what she was saying.

She also didn't know how she knew that she was... safe but not in a definitive sense. Or rather, she got the implicit feeling that Gluttony didn't mean her any harm if that made any sense. One of her eye stalks would return to looking toward the kitchen, growing longer and snaking its way further into the back to scout out the kitchen. The little cyclops would in the mean time just watch Gluttony like a stray cat that didn't trust hoomans but was still debating on wanting attention.

No response. Either this girl didn't understand English or she just didn't want to talk to Gluttony yet. Either way, that meant that verbal communication was out the window. Luckily, she had the thought that she knew a good way to communicate without that. But she would have to act fast. Surely this little one had set off an alarm. If not, someone was sure to contact the police. But it wasn't her fault that she was hungry!! Glut needed to get her out of this situation and fast.

The Sin looked around and bit her lip, wondering what she could do to tell her to follow... Oh! Duh. Gluttony giggled lightly and pulled out a few bags of chips from her portal, waving it in front of her to try and get the girl to come close. Hoping it would work. Were those sirens in the distance? Not so soon she hoped.

Sniff.. sniff... she smelled something else that reminded her of the little yellowish sticks. But she also heard a familiar whining sound in the distance that she recognized as bad for her. But she was stil hungry, and so stared at the potato chip bags with her various eyes before climbing back over the counter. Offering food was always the best way to earn a stray animal's trust, which was probably faster because Gluttony smelled... familial somehow. Once the little cyclops was near, she'd open here mouth wide like a shark. "AH!" She grunted and pounted as if trying to gesture to toss them in. She knew THAT much of interaction at least...

Gluttony sighed in relief as the weird cyclops girl started to move towards her and giggled as she made the motion that Glut knew so well. The little Sin tossed the bag in the air to watch as the other snapped it from out of the sky. "So cute!!" She giggled and took out another snack! This time it was cotton candy. She held it out for the girl to get a good look at it, before teleporting out of the restaurant, but still in view of where they had been. She needed to get this girl away from here and fast. As soon as she came over, Glut would feed her and then start the process over again with various snacks until they reached her apartment.

When they got to the door, Glut was out of breath and unlocked the door to go inside. "Y-you're like me... you're always hungry and can't ever get full, huh?" The small sin poured out a large pile of snacks for the cute girl.

Gluttony was now designated feeder, which was preferable to being designated as food as the little cyclops chowed down on the offerings. Then there was even more food! Her main eye locked onto the cotton candy, entranced like a cat getting ready to pounce, which she tried to with bringing her jaws down, getting nothing but air and confusing her for a moment. Sniff... sniff. One of her eye stalks spotted Gluttony, bringing its mistress' eye toward the cotton candy, which she followed after singlemindedly. This would seem to repeat itself many times more, with no concern being shown over the fact she was being led like an animal home with treats. She was getting food and that was all that mattered!

Then the treats stopped briefly when Glut opened the door, her new guest slinking back warily until more snacks were provided and she slunk inside. "Nomnomnom," was her only response to Gluttony's question, her eye stalks looking all about curiously while she ate the pile of treats ravenously. She was definitely not full, but hopefully she could stop eating for abit like Gluttony learned to.

Gluttony smiled happily as she watched her new house guest start to eat the pile of treats she had put in front of her and looked around herself, her smile starting to fade. This place was not ready for anybody... especially not someone that she wanted to help. She felt like Bow. Which made her giggle and another smile formed.

WWBAKD? What Would Bow And Kyte Do?

Bow would definitely help in any way that she could. This apartment had an extra bedroom... or she could share hers. Probably best to share hers in case Bow and Kyte ever did come home for any reason. Okay. So that was settled. Now for the state of this apartment. She looked around and bit her lip. She needed to clean every inch of it. Every time she had tried to start on it before had always ended very quickly with a panic attack and resorting to more snacks... but now she wasn't doing it just for herself. She needed to clean it up for this cutie too!

Who really needed a name... Hmm...

Anyway! What would Kyte do? He would get finances in order? Maybe make sure that she's okay to stay here? But she can't communicate!! Oh! They need to find someone to help teach her English... Who would that be? Gluttony looked through her phone and bit her lip. It really boiled down to just two choices. Cain or Rico... She would think about it and decide in the morning.

The rest of the night would consist of Glut cleaning and giving the Cyclops more and more food until one or both of them eventually passed out.

Which fortunately would eventually happen, as Gluttony's new roommate would finish off the batch of treats and start... looking around as if looking for something else to eat. She could still smell food in the air all over, and proceeded to eat a pizza box laying around while she had this internal debate with herself as to what to do now. She didn't know what she was up to, her eye stalks roaming around and looking at stuff curiously as if trying to deduce if it was food. Which if it was concluded as food, she'd try to shove it in her mouth and eat it. Then she started giving her more food! This was obviously the best thing that could've happened as she'd just keep eating as much as Gluttony was willing to give her.

At least until she felt sleepiert than she did hungry. She'd have eaten her out of house and home if Glutt hadn't been constantly feeding her from her little dimension. She "looked" full for the moment two, despite the occasional stomach growl. But her eyes were blinking sleepily, and sleep would eventually win out as Gluttony could take her where ever to sleep for the night; pulling her eyes stalks back in.
