Robin slowed once Bark went down, unable to determine if he was really out cold or just stunned. He could also be pretending but right now he couldn't tell. His suit could be partially insulated enough to lessen the effects of the electricity. Better safe than sorry- but time wasn't on his side so he'd have to act partially under the hope that Bark was down for the count. Until a wall across from the room exploded, disturbing the gas and smoke to start venting through it as a figure seemed to float in. It was a a green armored figure- no, a robot of some kind, equipped with a small missle rack on one shoulder, a cannon on the other, and something on one of his wrists that Robin couldn't immediately identify.
"High priority target located: Robin," Cap would monotone, landing with a metallic clack. He briefly looked over and saw the other body, nothing came to memory but within mere heartbeats concluded them to be irrelevant for now. He had no interest in opponents already defeated, and Robin was high on DOMA's list. But did he really deserve that? After all, he was only human. "By order of DOMA, you are under arrest. Resistance is futile but encouraged," and with that CAP's shoulder cannon moved downwards and started warming up.
Robin narrowed his eyebrows as the machine stated it's affiliation before warming up it's cannon, rolling out of the way of a shot. The robot kicked on some thrusters and charged him, throwing an upwards swinging kick at him. Robin moved to the side and ducked down, swinging one of his Eskrima sticks low to try and sweep it's other leg with but a clang of metal against metal. Robin jumped back before the robot's heel could come back down, puncturing the ground instead as Robin stumbled alittle. This was bad, everything required more effort to do. Unfortunately the machine wasn't giving him any choice as he whipped around and charged him, cannon warming up again as he threw a few punches, finishing with a more powerful cannon blast for the ground.
It was taking a lot out of Robin to not fall over from CAP's punches, which he only barely managed to redirect. It wasn't holding back and if he wasn't careful, it'd probably just kill him as opposed to trying to bring him in. Before the cannon went off, Robin hopped up and used his hands to flip over CAP right before the cannon blast went off- propelling him further than he intended. Robin wouldn't land gracefully, losing his footing and tripping as the gas continued to rob him of movement. "Hmm, paralytic toxins? How unfortunate," CAP remarked after noticing Robin's clumsy movements. He had quite the informtion on Robin, and this was not reflected in what he was seeing. Couldn't remember why he had it but he was confident in thinking the source probably had no reason to lead him astray. But he had no wish to fight a crippled fighter either and so was going to end this one way or the other.
So he raised his napalm launcher toward Bark's body, letting it linger there specifically for Robin to see and have time to react to it. When Robin went to put his cape up between the flames and Bark, Cap's cannon would start warming up again. "You lose," CAP said confidently as a birdarange came veering out from behind Robin's cape. CAP casually caught it with his free hand, and promptly hurled it away. It was a good thing too, as it quickly exploded from behind him and threw off his aim JUST enough to miss Robin and also forced his flamethrower down. Robin immediately took this chance to bolt for the hole in the wall, avoiding CAP swinging at him on the way passed as he dove out the hole.
CAP followed after him, instead watching Robin try to grapple away from the building. He could easily go after him. His missles were already locked on- it would be easy... too easy. Yes, that was the reason. That's why he hesitated shooting more at him. Not because of anything else that implied otherwise. Still, he atleast had one prize...
Robin would meanwhile feel his adrenaline and willpower start to give out, resulting in him more or less crash into a fire escape, and then into an open dumpster. This could only get worse- Robin wasn't sure whether or not that robot was after him still, and wasn't in a state to do anything about it if he was. He literally couldn't do anything about it right now one way or the other, and could only endure the pain from his landing. Hopefully there wasn't any glass...
