Power One- Healing Light
She can heal someone from any injury. She can do this effortlessly, and there is no limit to how many times she can heal someone. Touch is required to heal someone, and the healing usually takes place in one to five seconds, depending on the severity of the injury. Healing extensive wounds, however, like when someone is on the edge of death, may take up to 30 seconds. She cannot bring people back from death.  She cannot heal herself. Her hands glow white when she uses this.

-Charity can heal people from diseases and poisons. Requires touch, but is otherwise effortless.

=Sub-power= Restoration
-Charity can heal mental, spiritual, and emotional injuries. This is effortless, but it requires touch and the willingness of the target.

-Charity can create wings of light. These wings grant her flight, but they do not move or function as wings. She can move through the air effortlessly. She can hover perfectly. Her maximum speed is 100 miles per hour. She can only carry 60 pounds while she flies.

-Charity can create a halo of light above her head. This halo allows Charity to understand every language. Furthermore, everything within earshot hears her words in their native language.

-She is cheerful and kind-hearted. She seems to like everybody that she runs into, and shows compassion on anyone who is hurting. If someone is evil, she wonders what has hurt them in the past to make them that way, and seeks to remove that hurt from them. In this way, she is astonishingly compassionate. She is generous, and will give away pretty much everything she has if she feels someone needs it.

History
Charity was born with white hair, so it wasn't that hard to figure out that she was special. Her compassionate nature was strong, even at a young age. In school, she often gave her snacks and lunches away to other kids who hadn't brought a lunch. This left her weak and hungry for the rest of the day. Her parents were not pleased, and they confronted her about these actions. They told her to make sure to eat her lunch, and that it wasn't her responsibility to feed other kids.

But Charity saw things differently. To her, it was her responsibility. She had the power (food) to relieve the pain (hunger) of the poorer kids. From the days she had gone without eating, she knew exactly what they went through every single day. Wasn't it right for her to help them?

That was when she healed her parents. She healed their hearts as she hugged them. Unknowingly, their hearts had been hardened over the years. When they were growing up, they had very little, but now they realized that though they had plenty to spare, they were still carrying around worry from years past. That healing hug from Charity returned to them their compassion for those less fortunate. 

A year later, when Charity healed a neighbor's broken leg, the Rivers realized just how special their little daughter was. She had a gift, and they felt that gift needed to be shared with the world. The Rivers family moved to Jump City, a place filled with strange and supernatural phenomenon. It seemed like the place where Charity would be able to use her gift the most. 

Charity is, in fact, the current physical representation of the Virtue of Charity. There have been several Charities during the past. Charity is currently unaware of the source of her power.

I'm gonna ask you to add on an amount of time in which it takes her to heal wounds rather than instantly since she can do this with any form of injury, in mental weaknesses you left in the original text from the template, just wanted to point that out in case you wanted to edit that out. Other than that I see no issues. Fix that one thing and I'll relook this over, also glad to see Charity back, and sad to see jemmy gone... though the fact they are never in the same place at one time... one would wonder.... if jemmy... is batman.

No prob, and that looks alright, I would prefer if you also added in a possible time it would take for more sever wounds but this is good enough for your first approval, you can add in that extra time if you'd like while you wait for your next approval i think anything around 20-30 seconds would be a good point for sever wounds so that the person being healed isn't instantly back on their feet and actually had some down time before they can run back in and fight. Also ty put in illuminati music in at my last comment about jemmy sooooo jemmyilluminaticonfirmed!!!!

Can she heal herself as well, or just others?

I have added in a longer time frame for severe wounds, as requested. Giving someone back all four limbs will no longer be possible within a single post in combat. So if someone is really hurting, Charity's going to have to sit on them for a while.

It is curious that Jemmy and Charity have never met. For a time, I thought about giving Jemmy healing powers, but that idea actually spawned Charity. If you want to believe that Jemmy is secretly Charity or Batman, well...I can't disprove it. Just remember, your beloved Lord of Chaos is still out there, somewhere, spreading disorder to the universe.

Bloo, she cannot heal herself. It's an important detail. I am kicking myself because I thought I put that in there. I have added that now.
