| Alright so I've been thinking about video game consoles and I was wondering which consoles you guys were raised with! So instead of just asking I decided to throw out a fun poll for you guys to participate in! I put in the earlier versions of these consoles for the sake of childhood n such. I believe most of us are older so we weren't raised with the Xbox360 or the Wii U.

| I just assumed the concept of 'raised' meant like how Tarzan was 'raised' by gorillas.
The PS1 was a good father to me, but the N64 was an alche of a mother. | |

| I grew up with a lot of those like the Super Nintendo, N64, PS1, PS2, All the Gameboys, my own SP, but specifically the GameCube. The GameCube is where I get my most nostalgia with video games. | |

| Watching the in-game trailer for Kingdom Hearts 1 while playing a PS1 game, the moment I fell in love with Kingdom Hearts, Street Fighter 2, I could never get past Dhalism and he was the first guy lol, then playing Lara Croft 3 for the PS1, in the mansion I was really scared of the butler following you around and farting, I thought he'd suddenly become an enemy and try get you lol, only years later I discovered you could lock him in the meat locker. Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was always a fun game for the PS2 too.
My first Gameboy SP game, Pokémon Emerald, the colours and the music, I can't remember how I felt at the time, but after having watched the anime for so long at that time, I just loved it, Hoenn is my Pokémon home lol.
I also had a computer growing up too, one of those big chunky ones, playing video games on that with a controller was always fun, whether it be on a joystick or a simple looking computer controller, I have fond memories of watching my dad play Dino Crisis while my brother and I hid behind him under the piano chair, we were too scared to play it ourselves but we loved watching my dad play it and seeing all the dinosaurs lol. | |
