Return of Hive Academy

This team wouldn't note have anything really to do with the old hive team other than the name so no if you were in Hive prior to this you will have to start at the bottom like everyone else as in you can be a teacher but you are just as good as important as any other teacher and same goes for if you are a student. Yeah you can gloat and say you're this cool guy but no one would start as the best student there you gotta earn it.

If enough people want to do this I will make an unofficial school roster and if the site takes it seriously and it becomes popular enough and the higher rank staff approves it then I will move it into an official team roster format. If you are interested please state who you'd use on the team (I will allow multiple characters though note if you have both your characters as a teacher and there's some one else who has on character they want to be a teacher that teaches the same thing as you I'll ask you to pick a different subject.)

So Please state below who you'd use and what class they will teach (You can list multiple subjects and suggestions for others that you'd what to have around for others to take up.) and or if you want to be a student or not. Until someone takes up a class an npc can be used in the classes until someone in character tries to apply for the position. The head master will also be an npc that I will control until someone new apply for the position.

Now for the application process I have come up with something a little more 'Interesting for the 'interview'. For the interview you will have an application you will have to fill out to see if you are qualified via a point process to see if you have the needed skills for the position. At this point you will arrive in the 'gymnasium' for the interview where entire staff and student body will watch as you must fight the person you are trying to get the position of.

You will have to out smart them, beat them, and or force them to surrender the fight. A person wins by either killing the opponent, knocking them out, or forcing them to surrender by any means necessary other then hurting the students or staff that you aren't fighting. If you are going up against other non npc's you will enter the same set up but in a battle royal fashion. When fighting the npc you can either pick 4 other members of the site to have them play as the npc.

Out of those who agree to fighting as the npc the current head master will pic out of character who seems the most fit to fight you but if no one wants to fight you the head master will either fight you as the npc or pick someone for you to fight (Note if you do not like who they pick to fight you you are allowed to ask for someone else if you have another person in mind to fight with.)

Note this method of taking positions can be used to take up others from their position so if you gain your spot you can be 'challenge' to see if they can get your position IF they head requirements that will be stated later that involve being very active for the past month to avoid someone inactive to get your position. If they meet the requirement and you refuse to respond to the challenge within a week you will automatically lose your position and be placed in a pending section.

This auto boot is to promote teachers to stay active and to avoid inactivity in subjects where others want to teach but can't due to you not begin there if you have to leave for a short while that person who tries to take over will take over as a substitute until you return. (You can apply to be universal substitute teacher if you want to take over for those who are not around for a long time but will return shortly and or needs a substitute while they are away.)

In the pending section you will still count as a member of hive and when you return you can apply for a new position or find an non taken position that isn't covered by an npc and start right away teaching that class. Though I will make the rule of you must stay a teacher in the position you have just taken for at least 2 weeks before swapping subjects or going for the head master position.

Also I will have it set up to where you can become a higher rank in your class by a point system that goes off of you doing well in classes, actively attending classes, preforming well in after school crime activities for extra credit, and or going in other events that will appear as school goes on to prove your skills, Also who ever kills a titan or a strong hero gets automatically a rank up in grades.

If you become super inactive and or do other things that are poor rp or betrays the school or breaks rules you will lose points and ranks. This is to promote activity and great rp via trying to get further in ranks.
