Personality:  Alucard has no respect for life. If something is in his way, he will destroy it to advance to his goal. He is completely ruthless, cold, and calculating, but also engaging if he is your ally long enough to forget how terrifying he can be when unleashed. He loves to spread terror and malevolence. He is a sadist and a sociopath through and through. He will listen to no one. He finds company tiresome unless they are people he respects. He respects few people, and is loyal to even less. There is no one Alucard will not double cross, sometimes he does it just for fun. He often tends to be extremely headstrong, stubborn and quite confident in his own skills. He doesn't let his confidence become arrogance. He only sees potential allies or potential prey, there is no gray areas for him most of the time potential prey. Alucard is perfectly described as wild, he does what he feels. He is a spirit that comes and goes, but he is highly intelligent and cunning. He knows how to use his words to get what he wants, but has no qualms in blackmailing and shooting before using words. It's not that he likes to watch people suffer, it's all in the name of surviving. Alucard can hardly be called a man, he is more like an animal that speaks the words of a man, but thinks like an animal.

History: Alucard was born into a very nice and caring family. When Alucard was born with a very rare disease.  The doctors said that Alucard might not live to be five. His father being a scientist believed that if he were to combine Alucards dna with that of an animal that was immune to the disease then he could save his son. So Alucards mother begin looking for animals that were immune to the disease and found that the gray wolf was immune. So Alucards father got ahold of a gray wolf and taking some samples of it started trying to combine it with Alucards dna. For three years Alucards father tried to combine Alucard with the dna of a gray wolf.

Then when Alucard was four the government got word of the experiment his father was working on and put a stop to it. When the government arrived at Alucards house they broke in and took Alucard and so his parents wouldn't be able to tell what happened killed Alucards parents. The only thing that saved Alucards brother and sister from being killed was the fact they were at school When Alucard was taken. The government took Alucard to a secret base and started experimenting on Alucard more than his father had believing that they could use Alucard as a weapon for war. They gave Alucard the codename wolf since they were trying to give Alucard the abilities of a wolf.

When Alucard was seven he met a group of people that had gone through the same stuff Alucard had went through but with different types of animals. Out of all the people he met there was a girl around the age of 17 that went by the name of Sasha she had also been combined with the dna of a gray wolf. When Alucard was nine Sasha came to Alucard one night telling him that her and a group of the others were going to try and escape and told him to be prepared for when she came to collect Alucard so he could escape. Then two months later after planning enough to escape Sasha came for Alucard and both of them along with a group of people escaped. During their attempt to escape almost all of the group had been recaptured. The only people to escape was Alucard and Sasha.

For years Sasha and Alucard were able to stay away from the government. Then when Alucard was 13 Sasha and Alucard accidently let up there guard. They had tried to get a ticket to board a plane that would take them to mexico. But when Sasha went to go get the tickets she was captured and killed by the government. Befor Sasha had left she told Alucard that if she were not to return within two hours that Alucard was to run off without her. When two hours had passed and Sasha never came back Alucard knew something had happened to Sasha. So Alucard ran off with out her like the plan was. After 7 months of running alucard came to Jump city. During the time of Alucards running he developed the nature he has today.

Sample rp: Alucard was up late again like he had been for the last two months waiting for Sasha to come and get him. All of a sudden Alucard could see somebody outside his room the people who had taken him always left it open that away they could check up on him when they needed to. “Alucard come on we are getting out of here” said the person by the way the person said Alucard he could tell that it was Sasha. “okay im coming” replied Alucard has he got up off the bed he was assigned and walked out the door. Alucard knew that the hall were always guarded so that no one could escape but as Alucard looked around he couldn't see any of the guards. “Alucard just stay close to me and you will be okay” said Sasha. Alucard responded with a nod. The group that was with sasha spread out looking everywhere for any type of guards. Then Sasha ran off going at a speed that only very few people in the group were able to keep up with besides Alucard. As they came outside they were spotted by one of the guards. The guard was able to take out some of the group but was unable to get his hands on Sasha, Alucard and a few of the other group members. Then before they knew it more of the guards were on their tails. Then Sasha, Alucard and the remaining group were at the wall that surrounded the base. The remaining group boosted Sasha and Alucard over the wall. When they went to get over the wall the rest of the group besides Sasha and Alucard was caught.

The only problems I see with this are your enhanced reflexes. You can move at 38 miles an hour but a bullet travels 2,004 miles an hour on average. You'd need speed equal to that to get out of the way in time, and if your reflexes are letting you move at 2,004 miles an hour, we can't approve it.

Also, I see martial arts in his skills, but mastery of martial arts has to be a power. In other words he can be a novice, but a master could defeat him in hand to hand.
