Powers:

Electrokinesis: Due to his halfdemon blood, he can form and control electricty with a relative amount of ease, though he works best when it comes from him. This has a wide range of attacks, from simple bolts to other, more complex attacks. His most powerful attack, at the moment, is various lightning orbs that have different sizes, and thus, power/effects. He can form and use these by holding his hands in front of himself, and directing energy to the space inbetween, and then fire them by either flicking his figners out, like a bullet, or throw them like grenades. Not only do they do certain types of damage, but they also do electric damage, besides.SNapper: Golfball size. basically a large caliber bullet, in terms of base damage and radius.. Can form and fire these fast enough to be a gatling. Boomers: baseball size: Baiscally a frag grenade and stun grenade combined. Takes a minute to form them. blast radius of the boomers is 15 meters. Hammer: Size of a basketball, these are truly aweinspiring, capable of tearing a huge hole in the side of a tank. These are 20 meters in radius. It takes 5 minutes for these to form, and 10 mintutes to charge up for another. In the futur, Toji will learn the Wolf Roar, a beam of pure energy capable of tearing a gaping pitin the side of a reinforced building. He hha also recently created two new attacks: Soul Ripper: channels lighting into his hands, andnflings it/them out in a clawing motion that sends out crescent arcs of electricity that cut I to foes. And Storm Cutter: Forms a sword of pure lightning, which is capable of cutting through things much like a lightsaber. It can cut through most standard metals, and stone as well

SubPower: MagnoKenisis: Though it requires him to zap something first, he can also control metal objects. But, this is very weak. At the moment, he can do the astonishing act of floating a metal spoon!

Superspeed: This is probaly his most used skill, with his max(currently) speed being from 0 to 389 in 3 minutes. As you can imagine, this allows him to take on whole (normal) gangs, even ones armed with weapons capable of hurting him. He usually runs around 140, both in combat

Subpower: Enhanced Reflexes: Though Toji is far from being a  genius, he has fighting instincts capable of operating at insanely fast speeds, though he is still very capable of making mistakes. It's one thing to see the axe, and another to know the (Right) thing to do to avoid it. At the moment, he's fully capable of dodging a single bullet, and a good portion of a single automatic weapon, though he can't dodge them all. And if it were two people, he'd be in trouble.

Subpower:
Flashstep: It is a special technique, learned after studying Okamian Lore, using both his own strength/speed and energy from the dark Katana to basically teleport, though he MUST first take a step. It also has several tells. First, Hus lightning flashes around him once as he prepares to take that step(hence the name. Well, that,and that's what this kind of thing is called in TV tropes).Also,just as air collapses to fill in the area he was, it must make room. Thus,if you pay attention, you can predict where he's about to come from by the puffing sound and movement of air.It also causes him strain, restricting him to use it twice in 'normal' situations,meaning ones that he doesn't have to pull out devil mode for.

Super Strength: HIs demon blood allows him to strike far, far harder than a normal human, though he is nowhere near being at the power of his full blooded 'kin'. He can bend steel bars with relative ease, and is also capable of cracking solid stone with every punch, though that is his current limit. In Poundage ton measurements,he can manage around 11 tons of force.

SubPower:Enhanced Durability: Though he's not capable of taking dynamite to his face, he can resist melee weapons weilded by normal humans, and low caliber bullets with no/little damage. But, anyhthing more powerful damages him just as much as anything.

Skills:He's very agile, and uses that and his speed to unleash surprising attacks, though he's far from being a master fighter. ANd having spent so long with Corgi, he has a basic understanding of advanced mechanics, and a medium level talent with metal working.On a (noncombative) side of things, he's also capable of elabrorate pranks, using the things he's 'learned' from Corgi to set up machines that help delver various 'fun' objects to his victims. He also has a instinctive talent with music, and rhymes.

Weaknesses:

Water and snow/cold: Water and the cold tend to sap his strength and powers, basically reverting him to a normal human in a hour if he's not dressed to resist either. If completely submerged, he enters a catonic state, conserving his air and becoming completey helpless.

Holy Objects: Though he's a real good guy, blessed objects deal an extra level of damage, and entering a church makes him woozy and off balance. Holy water acts like a lowlevel acid, burning him where it touches.

Speed and Agility: A large part of The way he fights relies on his speed and agility. If he's slowed down, and forced to stand on the ground, he loses half of his attacks.

Equipment:THe Okamian Arms: With it's base form being a tanto dagger, this weapon linked to TOji's soul can change into a variety of other, more powerful weapons. He can also  bring back the weapon, in any form, to his hands if he concentrates and no-one else has a hand on it.The Dark Katana, Tojis most powerful weapon, gives him the ability to use a state called devil mode. Devil Mode, while its going,doubles the power of all Hus abilities, and increase the time he can flash step to 4.Also, it strains his body,with each Step in reading that strain. So,force him to use four Steps, and hell become helpless soon after.He can only go 30 seconds, after which his abilities are halfed.




Personality: He's very Goofy and carefree, prefering to relax and joke with his 'pack'. But, if he catches sight of a tyrant or evil person, he changes, becoming serious and intense, charging at any threat to the people he's sworn to protect with no fear, whatsoever. He also often has nightmares of the time spent with Corgi, and has a few issues to work with. He struggles with the things he was forced to do, and is often worried that his demon blood with change him into something he doesn't want to be. These things, though, have only made him more determined to protect others, instead of making him bitter and angry.

Strengths:

Loyalty: No matter what, he's always there for his 'pack' and those under his protection, which gives him the strength to carry on no matter the odds. It also tends to inspire others to have his back, so in time he has a legion of others at his back.

Always a grin: His unique, childlike ability to bounce back from horrifying things with relative ease allows him to move on from all but the worst( and most constant), and often lifts the spirits of those around him.

Man of his word: When he takes an oath, he MEANS it, and will never, ever break it, though he doesn't honor those he's coerced to do. This allows him to carry on when ALL is lost, and the will to fight is sapped from him.


Interests/Habits: He loves food, mostly seafood, with a burning passion, and also loves pranks, manga/anime, and also loves rap and hiphop, and don't even get me started on video games! You can often find him at a concert, or on the system; or arcade; that's if he's not raiding the fridge.

Place of Origin: A miniture reality created with the last of Dad's magic, with the entrance placed in the Alps.
History: A long time ago, a demon met a human woman, a soldier, and instead of killing her, he fell in love, with her returning the favor. The demon left his corrupted clan, and married the woman, having a happy few years with her, and also a child. But, the clan, angered by his "treachery", found them, and killed the woman, and attempting to kill the demon and child. The father ran, far far away, using the little magic he had left to create a miniture reality. There, he raised the child. But, at 12 years of age, the curious little one found the entrance, and fell into our world. A evil, crazed sceintist, called Corgi Gasket, found the child, and enslaved him as a living weapon with the means of a mechanical collar that interacted with the childs mind. As the years went on, Corgi grew bored, and is now in Jump to attempt to destroy the Titans, (Thus becoming the greatest villan ever to live). As for Toji, he hopes for a chance to become free......

Update: Toni has joined the Titans United, becoming one of the most fierce protectors of Jump City. He has also began worming on becoming a musician, using his powers to create a sound all his own.

TUrning, the enslaved teen exits the roof, hoping deep in himself that this is his chance...his chance to become free.......

His speed and reflexes need a better measurement. The speed, your measurement isn't very battle effective. How fast does he usually run? As for reflexes, can he dodge bullets, automatic fire, arrows, examples please.
For strength, keep the reference to stone, but a pound/ton measurement would be nice.

What are the blast radius' of the 'grenade' lightning attacks?
Personally, I would like to see another weakness (if possible)

blast radius of the boomers is 15 meters, and his third weakness is : Speed and Agility: His way of fighting relies mostly on being fast and agile. If someone slowed him down, he would lose half of his moves. (Note:using ps, and I couldn't figure out how to mod without deleting. I'll move these edits to main part when I get on a reg computer. I'm sorry.
