Dark Dealings (Villains Wanted!!! open)

In the middle of a rundown forgotten street of Jump City stood a single signal of life amongst the decrepit buildings and old homes: the Daft Draft, the nicest bar with the worst reputation in the city. Where council members spend their weekends and drug dealers land to relax, the Daft Draft truly seems to be the one place where members of all walks of life come together to forget about their worries and drink themselves to death. The various levels of ceiling were adorned with chandeliers and various golden and silver lights, accompanied with maroon walls and white trim all across the large rooms of the pub. The doors opened to a large circular bar that was surrounded by many high tables to stand near and platformed dance floors filled with hundreds of guests.

It was a rare occurrence for the owner of the bar to make a visit. He was a foreigner, exotic, odd. To see the tall man in the maroon suit set his cane aside at the door and remove his overcoat would be a humbling experience as he was adorned with fine rings and a certain air of class that most couldn't replicate. He moved to the bartender and whispered something to him. The bartender nodded quickly and motioned his hand for the man to follow. The room grew quiet as the man moved through the room and eyes followed him from all over as he seemed to meander with purpose to a black door that stood guarded by two large men in the back. The man leaned in to speak to the large men who looked offended and followed him into the dark mysterious room, leaving only a teenage looking girl with pale blue-purple skin leaning by the door.

After a few moments, the two men emerged and stuck a flier on the door. They moved to the bartender and handed him a few as well and dispersed them throughout the crowd before they moved to the streets and posted them in strategic back alleys where the authorities wouldn't see them and where only the most villainous individuals in the city would come across them.
