EM Weapon(WIP)

Emily is an Omega-Level, S-Ranked NPC. Because of the extreme power held by Emily, she can only be controlled by Mods, Global Mods, and Administrators. Emily cannot enter a thread, and just she cannot kill another character without the permission of the other player. On the site, Emily will serve to kill off unwanted characters, as well as occasionally save the day from Omega-Level threats. Unlike other NPC’s, Emily is not designed to be defeatable. Although beating her is possible, it is very unlikely.

[HISTORY]
Emily began her life as a blue goo in a Double-Man Project Laboratory. She was a weapon built in order to protect Jump City from Omega-level threats like Primarch Joshua. She was designed to absorb and copy the DNA of meta-humans. Double-Man operatives obtained DNA from Superboy, Honest, JaK, Will, Lance, Grace, and Push, granting her a human form and a wide variety of superpowers. She was then given an intense education with her brain directly hooked up to a computer. In three weeks, she gained the intelligence of an 8 year old student, but not how to read. Her body’s base look, however, looks 18. Knowing nothing about the world, she was awakened for the first time in a chaotic battle in the laboratory between the Titans and Seth’s minions. Seeing the world as a dangerous, scary place, the EM weapon began its programmed goal on a large scale: to wipe out all metahumans in Jump City.

Powers:
EMily is an artificial human created from the DNA of several heroes, giving her many of their powers. She also has been modified to remove the weaknesses associated with these powers. For example: She can shapeshift without the need of masks, and kryptonite only causes her discomfort and nausea. When she started out her life, she had the following DNA in her:

-Superboy: Flight (300 mph), strength (can lift 20 tons), speed (300 mph), invulnerability (rockets feel like mere punches to her. Anything less will not hurt her at all.)

-Honest: Shapeshifting (she does not need a mask to shapeshift. She can look like any humanoid, but can’t turn into animals, monsters, or anything else. Her clothes are actually a part of her, so they can change with her.)

-JaK: Advanced healing (heal from a minor injury instantly, heal from a fatal injury in an hour), immunity to magic and electricity. (Technically she has JaK’s matter absorption power. However, her matter absorption consists only of Nth Metal into her skin. This absorption is permanent and cannot be replaced with anything else. The Nth metal that she has absorbed makes her immune to magic attacks of any kind. It also makes her immune to electricity.)

-Will: Telepathy (She can read what is on people’s minds. She can also tell if you are a meta-human or not, although she can’t figure out your power.)

-Lance+Grace+Push: Telekinesis (The three powers combine to provide total telekinesis. Her telekinesis is not as strong as her body is, but she can still lift a car with her mind and throw it at 30 miles per hour. Smaller objects can be thrown at faster speeds.)

-Tiberius: Poison (drains strength rapidly, no known anti-venom yet, it's similar to scorpion venom so there is a comparison. The poison can be launched in a 30 foot streams she can use it in this method six times an hour. The poison is a neurotoxin that targets muscle coordination eventually leading to temporary paralysis if you are hit twice.

Weaknesses:
Kryptonite- Superboy’s DNA gives her this weakness. However, thanks to JaK’s healing, kryptonite cannot kill her or take away her powers. It merely causes her severe discomfort and nausea.

She is sensitive to bright light and loud noises. Either of these things will make her feel sick and want to run away.

Emily only has the intelligence of an 8 year old girl. On top of that, she cannot read or write. She cannot answer difficult questions, which gives her away when she’s in disguise.

Emily is oblivious to many things that might happen around her, as she doesn’t pay attention to her senses very well.

Skills/Strengths:
Emily has no skills or strengths to speak of. She has a basic understanding of human society, but has had no experiences to learn from. She relies on her powers for everything, from getting food to winning a fight.

Likes:
Peace and quiet, sweets, candy, milk, flying around for fun, running outside in the rain.

Dislikes:
Meta-humans of any sort, aliens, anyone with superpowers, super-powered items. Loud noises, bright lights, being asked difficult questions.

Equipment:
Massive amounts of Nth metal have been absorbed into her skin, making her immune to magical attacks and electricity. When she shapeshifts, she forms clothes for herself.

Habits/Quirks:
Emily is vulnerable to develop dependencies in order to deal with her chaotic understanding of the universe. The most prominent of these dependencies is the tasting the blood of any meta-humans she kills. Less seriously, she will steal candy from time to time, as it is her main source of nourishment. She also usually sleeps outside, especially if there is rain or snow.

Personality:
Emily has been ‘programmed’ to be a cold-blooded killer. She hates all meta-humans, whether good or bad. She is addicted to metahuman blood and gains self-esteem by killing meta-humans. Beyond that, the world is a confusing, scary place. Emily has the intelligence of an average 8 year old girl, minus the ability to read. Although her natural body looks 18 years old, the grown-up world is foreign and terrifying for her. She is slow to trust anyone, because she never needs to. She takes what she wants, which really isn’t much. She’ll steal candy from time to time, but she really isn’t a menace to normal human society.
