Star Wars Free RP?

So! I have had a bit of history of Star Wars roleplays and was wondering if anyone would be interested in joining a Star Wars Free RP thread here and, if so, get some specifics down here.

What would the setting be? Old Republic? New Republic? Clone Wars? Something we can make up?

How about...

7 ABY. Coruscant in hands of New Republic. Galaxy divided three ways between them, the Empire, and warlord Zsinj. Plus handful of other warlords, Hutts, and the Hapes Consortium. Jedi Order rebirthing under Luke but not rampant; era of the Squadrons Rouge and Wraith.
