Rules of Devil ArmsThis are just some general rules of Devil Arms. They grant whoever obtains them with extreme power. A human will become superhuman. In addition to enhancing their natural abilities, some also grant abilities of their own.
In addition, one does not need to carry multiple Devil Arms. They can only use the abilities of one at one time, but if they no longer wish to use one, the one they want just appears in their arms, and the neglected one vanishes.
RebellionOne of the basic Devil Arms, Rebellion is a massive broadsword with a heavy double-edged blade, notched on both sides near the tip. In its dormant form, the pommel is a single spike, but after awakening it splits open into several. The grip is plain, but the guard is skeletal, with a skull-face on each side leading to the rib cage from which the blade emerges. Dormant, the crosstree is folded in against the ribs, but extends when awakened.
Power: Rebellion can only be awakened when it tastes a strong demon's blood. When it is awakened, however, it enhances the user's abilities as if they had two Devil Arms. Rebellion has the power to launch shockwaves, and is a very heavy sword, giving the user the strength to lift it, among other things.
The CerberusThe Cerberus is a tripartite nunchaku Devil Arm which originates from Cerberus. It can stretch to incredible lengths, and is infused with the power of ice, making its technique "icy-cool to the core".
Power: Cerberus takes great skill to wield, since it is a tripartite nunchaku, and skill to wield it is not one of the powers it gives. It does, however, have massive ice powers, and while it won't freeze a target instantly, it will put ice on their body. It's a good idea to avoid being hit by this Devil Arm. It, again, has extensive stretching power.
Agni and RudraThe Agni & Rudra are a pair of uniquely shaped scimitars; the most noticeable difference between the two is that Agni is red-orange, while Rudra is blue. The blades are serrated with the segments appearing to interlock like a Celtic knot. The ends of both are slightly jagged but not pointed as a normal blade would be. The pommels form the talking "heads", and the guards of both are round and plain.
Power: Agni and Rudra have the powers of fire and wind, respectively. They can create large blasts of each, and can even combine to make a double bladed sword which combines the fires of each.
NevanNevan is a curious, guitar-like Devil Arm which originates from Nevan the Lightning Witch. The wielder can control powerful electricity and bloodthirsty bats by jamming on Nevan, and its sickle attack is deadly. It is described as being "charged from the heavens".
Power: Nevan appears as a wicked guitar at first, but can morph into a very deadly sickle quickly. The guitar form makes lightning blasts and strikes by playing its tunes, and also summons bats to rip apart the target. In sickle form, it gets a very powerful electrical charge.
YamatoYamato is an Ōkatana with ornate bronze guard, traditional gold wrapping, with black ornaments, and the tsuba is oval, and the tsuka-ito seems to be braided from white and black material. The blade features several intricate ornaments, most notable is a relief of a dragon at the endpoint of the hilt. The scabbard is black, made of traditional lacquered wood, and features several metallic ornaments on its far end. It also features a yellow sageo, the cord rarely used to tie the katana to the waist.
Power: Although Yamato resembles a Japanese Ōkatana, it is said to be able to cut through anything, as it is even sharper than an Ōkatana, and is imbued with tremendous magic. Yamato also grants its wielder higher accuracy and reflexes. Most cuts of Yamato are hard to predict.
BeowulfThe Beowulf is a set of flash gauntlets and greaves Devil Arm which originates from Beowulf the Lightbeast. It appears as gauntlets and boots that glow with a neverending light. This can be disadvantageous in stealth situations, as the glow cannot be muffled.
Power: Beowulf gives the user enhanced strength, and the power to blast light at targets. This is fairly similar to Fenrir's holy blasts, in comparison, but does not have divine power.
AlastorAlastor is a living Devil Arm, the "Thunder Sword" and "Spirit of Lightning". It can only be wielded by the "chosen one" who can conquer it, but it is able to grant its possessor lightning speed and aerial capability.
Power: Alastor grants its wielder great speed and reflexes, and also gives them wings to fly. In addition, Alastor can also become massively electrically charged.
IfritThe Ifrit is a living Devil Arm, the Flame Gauntlets with hellfire hotter than a volcano. It can only be wielded by one who can conquer it, but it is able to grant its wielder increased power.
Power: Ifrit grants its user extraordinary fire generation and manipulation, and this fire is deadly. It can melt stone if applied long enough, so you can see it's very hot. The gauntlets are also something one would not desire to be hit with, for it is almost as powerful, if not more so than Beowulf.
LuciferThe Lucifer is a sword-summoning apparatus which is obtained from Berial's Hell Gate, which it was used to power. It is a hellish weapon worn like a backpack, and is able to spawn a countless number of spectral swords to hover around it. These swords can be rearranged, thrown, or wielded, and will explode either after a short duration, at a command such as a clap, or once fifteen more blades have been spawned.
Power: To spawn infinite numbers of spectral swords, in a sense, but only fifteen can be in play at one time. These swords while sharp and deadly also detonate. Lucifer allows the user to do whatever he wishes with these swords, keeping them suspended around him in an array, or launching them, etc.
GilgameshGilgamesh is made of a devilish metal which absorbs organic material and transforms it to steel, and its techniques can be powered up by engaging the thrusters on the gauntlets and greaves. The gauntlets have small drills on each arm capable of extending during some attacks, while the greaves have small saws allowing the user to cut through enemies with kicks.
Power: Gilgamesh can absorb organic material to reinforce the endurance of itself, but also grants its wielder enhanced strength.
