Npc villian idea

Alright well I've been wanting to create a npc villain, these are my ideas so far.

Gang of five: name- The recks ( they're always together kinda like the hive five used to be.)

#1. Leader of the gang: Reverie Metherlance. (meta-human)
Codename: The Sniper
Age: 10
Appearance: short black hair in a ponytail. 4'1", 76lbs.
Powers/skills: Very skilled, excellent gunsman....gunsgirl. and skilled in martial arts.
Other: has mostly every type of gun or knife, only carries her favorite.

#2. Larence
Codename: The Boa
Age: 22
Appearance: tall yet well built, muscular. Wears a whit business lookingsuit and hat. Carries a suitcase that is also a gun in disguise.
Powers/skills: skilled gunmen, tank.

#3. (doesn't have name yet)
Codename: the venom
Age: 21
Appearance: tall, slim female.
Powers/skills: also knows martial arts. Drains energy and life with kisses.
(stay away from her she's the scariest)


I need help coming up with the othe two, also tell me what you think and give me ideas.

Oh? Do I detect some Gunslinger Girl in that sniper, Ninjafox?

I like your first 3, although venom saliva seems a lot less useful than life-draining kisses. I would say get rid of the saliva thing.

As for Larence, by "toughest" are you implying that he has enhanced strength? If so, that would make him a tank character, instead of the trickster character that I currently see him as (with his suitcase gun).

I would suggest adding in a thief and a mage (pardon the DnD references).

Thief:
Steals stuff, surveillance, turning invisible, sneaking into places, etc.

Mage:
Someone with a more unusual power. Suggestions: Intangibility, elemental bending, teleportation, telepathy, putting people to sleep, or alchemy...just to name a few.

I like your ideas, and yeah this is just a rough draft. I'm still open for more ideas.
