===POWERS===
Powers: Alpha has many varied abilities:
-Energy Manipulation: Alpha has the ability to fire energy beams form his hands and eyes. He can also concentrate the energy in his hand to provide light. This, like most of his powers, is weakened when he doesn't have his sword.
-Telepathy: Alpha can read minds, and it becomes easier the more he knows the person whose mind he is reading. This power is useful in recon missions that require absolute silence, as he can form a mental link between all of his teammates, and they can all communicate telepathically.
- Information Absorption: When coming into contact with any information, such as from hearing something being stated in the vicinity of his hearing or reading records, Alpha will instantly memorize it. He can only hold so much information, of course, and because of constant information absorption, he may forget short-term memories.
-Enhanced Strength: Alpha also has superhuman strength, but not even close to someone like Superman, or even Superboy for that matter. He can lift about fourteen tons, and lifting too much for too long immensely strains his muscles.
-Flight; Lastly, Alpha can also fly. The fastest he can fly is 100 mph., and he can fly well past Earth's atmosphere, but doesn't, simply because he cannot breathe in space.
Weaknesses: As stated before, Alpha is weakened without his sword within his "comfort range". This is because his soul is linked to the sword. He also will react fatally to metal chromium and arsenic. When his strength falters, he may be inflicted with serious fatigue, or pull a muscle. If he flies too fast, he may not be able to regain balance, or will begin to sustain injuries from the atmospheric pressure.

History:
Alpha was created by STAR Labs to be the "perfect" soldier. They managed to get some Tamaranean DNA and graft it into his DNA when he was still an embryo. They did this several times, but for some reason he was the only embryo that survived. So, in his tank, he grew. He grew for 15 years, and he finally began to think. He wondered who he was. What he was. He also wondered if the people he could somewhat make out behind the fluids of his tank were his enemies, and if they had put them there. He soon began to struggle, and eventually broke out. He noticed as he broke out of the tank a sword sitting in a glass case, and felt some how drawn to it. This was because his sword was linked to his soul, as it was a magical sword found in the Amazon by STAR Labs. The sword was created by Doctor Fate himself for one person, and it was Alpha. Without the sword, Alpha would be very weak compared to himself wielding the sword, as it magically boosted the wielder's power. So, he broke the glass, took it, and broke out of the facility, to start a new life.
Over the four years after breaking out of STAR Labs, Alpha learned to use his sword, and also mastered his powers. He fought crime, saved lives. He had become a hero. He had become the Alpha Knight.
