Powers: Matt has the ability to manipulate energy in his body to some extent.
-Enhanced abilities, Matt's power allows his body to enhance the electrical signals moving in his body, this works to increase his speed, agility and strength to a near super human level.
-Matt's body stores more energy then the average human, making his body about twice as dense. He looks about half the weight he really is.
-Healing ability, Matt's body contains a special kind of energy that can be used to heal himself. While focused this also allows him to speed the healing of any living object.
*due to Matt's abilities his body is very weak towards attacks that use electrical signals, making him very weak to anyone attacking him mentally.

-Nightvision - The cells in his eyes are more effective at processing light then the average human. Without his sunglasses he is blinded in daylight.

Personality: Matt usually a normal person to talk to, as long as you do not crowd him, if he speaks to you he is normally an accepting, reasonable, and open-minded guy, He keeps to himself and won't usually start a fight. He can have a bad reaction if he is crowded, usually he panics - prior to his powers sometime he'd completely break down in a crowd but now he tends to forget his own strenght and just focus on getting out of the area.

Matt has almost no sense of justice, he will gladly break the law if it would benifit him, he only draws the line at hurting other people, in rare cases this is not an issue.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Family: Matt family is still alive, he has two sisters and a brother, he is the second youngest with a younger sister.
Place of Origin: Canada
History: Matt was raised in a small town and this didn't fair very well for him, during his first day at school a few kids decided he was an outcast - and that stereotype stuck. He spend most of his days with the same few people, when he interacted with the other kids it never turned out good, he was usually pushed around and told he was a freak.
When his powers activated he had no intent of hurting anyone that picked on him, he just thought of it as a way to pick up his things and leave. His only goals now are to see the world, he will comment a crime if he needs the money - how ever he avoids hurting people and even comes to the aid of anyone who needs it.

After visiting Jump City for the first time he had a small run-in with the Teen Titans, after a few days of research he decided the group wouldn't agree with his ideals and decided to pick up and leave before he ended up on the losing end of a fight. He roamed the states for -a year until he somehow circled back into the town, bad luck maybe?

Matt kept in his seat as a train slowed to a stop, most people we're rushing to get off but he didn't have anywhere to go, or the will to push himself through the crowd. He was the last to step off, he walked out of the crowded station and looked around, this city was fairly big. He looked around with no idea of where he was at he glanced at his ticket, Jump City. Seemed like an alright place to stay for a while. He walked down the street until he came onto a small motel and went to order a room.
"Just a room for one."
"I need to see ID and a Credit card."
"I don't deal with credit cards, how much would you need for a security deposit? I intend to be here for a few weeks."
Matt asked as he reached into his pocket and took out his wallet, waiting for the man to decide if it was worth it.
"I'll say a grand, half a months rent."
Matt nodded as he passed him his fake ID, once he nodded in agreement he handed him the money in return for a receipt.
"Enjoy your stay."
Matt nodded his thanks as he put his wallet back into his pocket, picking the key off the table and walking to his new room.

Matt sat in his room, it was pretty well put together, yet simple. He thought about how he was going to get money, as he had barely any left, he assumed by the size of the city it would have a few banks or something, he just wanted to make sure he was taking from the rich people, they could afford the lose. His plans we're not thought out very well, he usually just acting off a vague idea and let things work themselves out. His mind slowed as he decided he was done, he then laid down and drifted to sleep.

How strong is he? How fast is he? How quickly does he heal?

Answer these questions and I will happily approve this character.

The speed and strength have been answered already, near super human.
I would assume he could run a hundred meters in about 13-14 seconds, nothing impossible in itself however he also has near superhuman stamina(see agility) so he would be able to keep this up longer then any normal human. I'd say he could clear nearly a kilometer before he became tired pushing his max.
For strength, I'd say about 350 lbs max, I looked up that 440 was a record for someone 210 lbs but I want to balance him a bit, he can lift less then a world record but likely hold the weight he can lift longer.

The healing is very minor unless he is given the time to focus on it(then I'd say it's a moderate ability), bruises are a very little issue likely healing themselves in a matter of minutes. A cut would take longer and if it were big enough he wouldn't be able to close the wound without the time to focus on it, he would likely still feel the pain from any open wound but could manage to stop the bleeding.
Things like concussions or broken bones would take hours, the bone would reset itself but it's be a rather painful process.

None of his powers are too great, its the combination of the all smaller abilities that make his useful.
