| William walked up to the monument of his brother. He knew he would never be able to live up to Evan, who had obtained a soul.
It was strange. Looking at Evan's dead 'body,' William felt that he himself had no right to be alive. After all, he was merely a copy of Evan.
Now his brother had been killed by Kat, perhaps the one person that William trusted and loved. She had been the first perfected human in William's new world order. However, now she had killed Evan. It didn't make any sense. Did this mean that William should kill himself? Should he hunt heroes, following Kat's example? It seemed wrong to kill those who you had protected.
It was then that William realized that he was insane. He had to protect the Titans, but at the same time he had to kill them. Kat said that he had to live his own life, but at the same time she was telling him to end it.
Until William figured this out, he did not want to make a mistake by saving or hurting any Titans. He decided to leave the funeral. He had given his regards to Liev. That was all the social responsibility he owed his brother.
Leaving the estate, William returned to his orb and disappeared as it digitized his body back into pure information. The orb returned to the clouds and flew far away. |

| Jay landed then fell back on the lawn. *Why did I decide to fly all the way out here? I coulda shoulda taken a cab or plane, but no, I had to fly on my own...* Jay thought to herself as she panted hard to try to get her breathe back. She sighed. "I have to get up some time... " Jay got up to her knees and took a deep breathe, forcing her wings to fold behind her shoulders. She pulled a jacket from around her waist and then paused, "Nah, I don't think I'll need this" She tied it back around her waist. She hadn't dressed up, mostly cuz she couldn't fly in anything real fancy, nor did she have the money to afford it. But she was dressed in a black shirt and dark jeans. One of her few pairs that didn't have a rip in it. She stood and stretched, then went inside, hoping to find some one she knew soon. She stood right inside the door, not really wanting to just come in. | |

| OOC: GOOD LORD, I'VE LET THIS THING GO TO THE DOGS! DX In my brief absence(s), I've been hand-writing my replies to practise my English penmanship; alas, I can only so far conquer capital letters, but it will have to do. That being said, I saw no point in writing them up again [in type], and my scanner oh-so-conveniently is located next to THIS VERY COMPUTER! *cough* My replies to yours, Robyn, are the one that I've handwritten. I hope you don't mind! EDIT: I'm trying to stress the German accents of the Ehrlichmann family, so that's why most of them will have some funny spellings and strange apostrophes. However, Liev's German accent had initially disappeared due to WAY too much time in AMERICA! BIC:•••• [[JAY]] Margaret Ehrlichmann, Liev’s oldest step-sister, had been running through the Dreiher-Stanze mansion when she noticed, out of the corner of her grey eye, that another guest had arrived.
“Oh!” she exclaimed, came to a stop, and ashamedly wiped her hands on the simple black shirt that she was wearing, tucked her long black hair behind her ears, and pulled the shimmery, silk scarf more closely around her skinny body. “I didn’t know zat anozer guest had arrived; I apologise––I zought Liev vas still ‘ere!”
Margaret shyly held out her hand and and smiled sweetly. “My name is Maggie––I’m vone of Liev’s oldest sister. Velcome to our home. I’m... I’m sorry about you friend,” she said softly and solemnly, but suddenly, her face it up in amazement. “Oh, your vings are SOOOO beautiful! Zet ‘ave such a pretty colours... oh, I am jealous. Such beauty, madáme! You a very blessed. Again, velcome. I’m sorry for our lack of hospitality... zings are just a vittle bit crazy here for us; ve haven’t had guests for some time.” |

| Jay blinked in confusion as she attempted to get through the girls accent. "Oh, uh its ok. I'm Jay, sorry I'm late, had to fly all the way out here." She shook the girls hand and smiled at her own stubbornness, she could have gotten here on time if she had decided to take the plane instead. But no, she was afraid of them, afraid it would suddenly dive bomb into the ocean and kill them all. Jay bit her lip as the mention of Mod. He was a type of computer, some type of technology. She had killed her computers all the time and never felt bad about it. Her Tamogatchi pet had died several times before she decided to chuck it out the window and watch as it smashed on the rocks and had smirked when she flew down and picked up the little pieces. Why was it she was upset that Mod had died? Jay snapped back to reality as the girl mentioned her wings, "Thanks, but trust me there not that much to be jealous of. They get in the way a lot, trust me." Jay said as she thought of all the times she had to cut holes in the backs of new shirts to put her wings through and when ever they got wet the wings would get all soggy and heavy till she had to just drag them on the ground then have to take a bath to clean them only for them to be wet and heavy again. "So, where's Liev and every one else?" she asked as she scanned the room, attempting to pick out any one she knew. But it looked like a sea of black outfits, so even if she saw her friends she wouldn't be able to tell them apart from every one else. She felt a little out of place since she was dressed in jeans and a t-shirt instead of something nice like every one else, but it was the only way to fly here.

| OOC: SORRY HONEST! So sorry! RL is kind of hard right now, sorry i havent been on, whats the latest primarch thread btw?
/ic/
Running her hand through her pixie cut hair, a keepsake of primarchs fight, Juliette noticed a man there, eyeing him warily she stayed close to Zack. "Zack..." she didnt know what else to say. Things were so confusing right now, what with Ben and JaK and the strange electric girl who was neither friend nor foe yet wasnt opposed to kiling her. Just..no. So JaK, was he a hero or not? She thought of his defeated words and felt her temper flare slightly. Hmph. Then there was Ben..stupid as it was she couldnt help the feeling she got when she saw him. Though to her feelings were always just annoying and irritating and painful. So she tried to bury them deeply and just keep them in a friendly basis. That was just how she was. Trust nobody, keep enemies close, keep friends closer. She knew what to expect of enemies, it was friends that were unpredictable to her, that hurt her more. Shaking out of her reverie she really wanted to go back to Liev. She missed him and she wanted to be there for him. | |

| OOC: Again, I was waiting for a few others to reply so I can keep things balanced, but I really have no excuse anymore.
I hate to do this, but I think it's best for all of us to call it quits; kinda like Antenora, this has been dragging on for quite some time, but it's nowhere near "done" as I see it, unfortunately. :/ Plus, there is the whole shebang with the merging of the teams/two towers that is pretty impertinent (sp?) to the whole site and is taking quite a bit of effort.
-sigh-
I'm sorry to let you all down, especially you, Dar. Feels crappy and kinda a jerk thing to do, but I just don't know anymore.
...thoughts? |

| There is only so much that can happen at a funeral. You can't really bring complete closure to anything at an event like this. For these reasons, I think this is actually the best place to end.
Don't feel bad about this at all, Honest. This is the perfect funeral for Evan, because it leaves us with questions unanswered. Thank you for this thread. It was exactly what I wanted. |
