Powers:

Scarlett has the power to manipulate the energy around her into a physical form (like the energy blasts in DBZ), an arrow. This arrow isn't fatal if it hits you like a normal arrow as she doesn't like to kill (that doesn't mean she wouldn't). When it hit you it feels like you've taken a punch from someone
strong, most normal humans get taken off their feet when hit by this arrow. Scarlett is also deadly accurate with an arrow, she can hit a target from quite far away (she has never really tested this distance) and she can also plan ahead to hit a moving target exactly where she wants to. She is also a very skilled figher being a master of some martial arts.

Equipment:

Folding Bow. Scarlett has a top of the range bow which has a button on it which when pressed folds it up so that it is easier to transport

Scarlett has a number of trick arrow like Green Arrow does. These include but are not limited to:

Acid Arrows: Arrows which contain small vails of very corrosive acid. When the arrows hit a surface the vails break and the acid is spilled out over the surface

Explosive Arrows: Arrows which contain a little explosive device in the tip which can be set to a timer or to explode on impact

EMP Arrows: Arrows which contain an EMP device which when hits a surface emits an electrical pulse which disables all electronics within a 20ft radius

Flashbang Arrows: Arrows which when hit a surface explode emitting a light that temporarily blinds anyone within the immediate vicinity. It also lets out a loud bang which deafens them. Both blinding and deafness only last between 30 seconds to 2 minutes

Grappling Hook Arrows: Arrows which serve the same purpose as a grappling hook. They can be shot up to the top of a building and then a part attaches onto Scarletts clothes which will then pull her onto the top of the building

Lead Arrows: Arrows made out of lead incase Daxamites get brainwashed and go on a rampage. (Not carried at all times)

Net Arrows: Arrow which can release a net which will trap enemies. The net can be released while the arrow is in mid air or when it hits a surface

Smokescreen Arrows: Arrows which when hit a surface release a high ammount of non leathal black smoke, prevent anyone from seeing anything over 5 feet away. Provides good cover for escape or if looking to seperate a group and take them out individually

Tazer Arrows: Arrows with a blunt end which can be fired at a person without it hurting them and when the arrow hits them it works just like a tazer and sends an electrical current through their body causing their muscles to tighten and make it hard for them to move


Scarlett also has a pair of thermal vision googles that she uses when she uses her smokescreen arrow. These goggles allow her to see her enemies while the smoke is up but prevents them from seeing her.

Personality: Scarlett is a friendly outgoing girl when she isn't out fighting crime. When she's in "hero mode" she'lll be completly focused on the job and very little will stop her from seeing it through.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

History: Scarlett grew up in one of the wealthiest families in Steel City, her parents were millionaires, if not billionaires. She had a very privellaged upbringing. When she was young her parents made her take up archery which at the time she thought was boring but soon came to love it and practised it for around 8 hours everyday til she could hit the target without even trying. When she was older she spent some of her parents money on buliding her very own folding bow and trick arrows (unknown to her parents). Later when her power started to develop she liked it and went to show it off to her parents straight away but they were disgusted, although they didn't show it. Scarlett went to bed one night thinking her parents loved her power as much as she did but when she came downstairs during the middle of the night they were talking about what they would do with her which caused her to feel a little broken. She then ran back up the stairs, packed up her bags and her bbow and arrow and ran away as fast as she could.


Sample RP

It was a dark gloomy night in Steel City, rain poured from the sky as Scarlett was perched atop one of the tallest building she could find. She was overlooking the busy Steel City. It was almost 11pm and the city was still busy, where the hell was everyone going? That didn't matter. What did matter was what she just heard. The alarm from the Steel City bank was going off. She looked over, she could see the bank from where she was and she saw a black van leaving the bank as well. "This looks like the perfect time to step in".

She then reached behind her back with one arm, pulling out an arrow. She reached down into a pouch on her trousers with the other pulling out her bow and pressing the button, allowint it to unfold. "About 20 seconds should be enough". She turned the timer on the arrow, placed it in the bow and pulled it back before letting it fly. It collided with the windscreen onf the van and started beeping and flashing red, the theives knew what is was and hopped out of the van as soon as they could. They got out with about 5 seconds to spare before the arrow exploded, blowing out the front half of the van while leaving the back half, and the money, intact. the two men then looked around to see where the arrow had came from but they had no idea. Scarlett once again reached behind her back but this time she didn't grab an explosive arrow no, this time she grabbed a grapping hook arrow. She shot it so the it went above the van and hit the wall behind it, alerting the two bank robbers to Scarletts position, but that doesn't matter because as soon as they looked up they saw another arrow coming towards them. This time Scarlett had fired a smokescreen arrow which landed in the middle of both men before letting out a cloud of back smoke not letting the men see anything around them.

Scarlett then hooked herself onto the grappling line and started to zip down the line towards the cloud of black smoke. As she got above the cloud of smoke she detatched herself from her zip line and dropped into the cloud of smoke. As she landed she flipped her thermal goggles down and noticed that there was one mine on either side of her, but neither knew where she was. She ran over to one of the men and jumped over his head before kicking him in the back if the knees, dropping him. She then landed a roundhouse kick to the mans head, knocking him out. All the noise had alerted the other man who proceeded to fire his gun through the smoke at her, but she had a feeling this would happen and jumps across the floor and rolls out of the way of the bullets. She looks over to see the man looking around for her aiming his gun ready to fire. She then holds her hand out and a white aura starts to glow around her and her hair starts waving around as if there was a fan underneath her. The white aura then soon moves to her hand and form the shape of an arrow. She then puts the arrow in the bow and releases it straight at the remaining theive. As the arrow collides with his chest the man is sent flying back into the van and is knocked out. The smoke then starts to fade as Scarlett hears the noise of police sirens. She launches another arrow back up towards a different building and zips off so that the police don't see who she is.
